Abn Amro — Non-removal of CIBIL entry

Hello,
My AAB Card Number was [protected], and i had settled the outstandings on 29.01.2008 paying by DD. However, as per the CIBIL report, I found that my name has not been deleted yet. As per the guidlines of RBI, whoever has paid the outstanding amount in full or through compromise deal must not appear in the CIBIL record. I came to know the fact only i approached a bank for loan and my request has been terned down due the CIBIL's negative report.

May I please know when will you be clearing my name from CIBIL?

My RBS Credit Card Number was [protected], and i had settled the outstandings on 17.03.2010 paying by Cash voucher number DEINCR 99630 dated on 22 March 2010.And finally, i have also received NOC Certificate from the Head Office under reference number [protected] dated 24 May 2010 claming that the said credit card a/c has been closed under the name of Mr. SUSHIL GUPTA D-39,SECTOR-56 NOIDA.

However, as per the CIBIL report, I found that my name has not been deleted yet. As per the guidlines of RBI, whoever has paid the outstanding amount in full or through compromise deal must not appear in the CIBIL record. I came to know the fact only i approached a bank for loan and my request has been terned down due the CIBIL's negative report.
Please Kindly arrange immediately to remove our name from CIBIL report and provide consumer satisfaction

May I please know when will you be clearing my name from CIBIL? otherwise we have to go in another way

ABN AMRO Bank — to know my cibil records

sir,
I have applied loan in ING bank.But loan was rejected and they stated the reason due to CIBIL record they rejected the loan. So kindly send my CIBIL RECORD. My PAN NO. is AEPPT5618C
my loan ac no [protected] is completed and i had paid all the instalments in time i had all the reciepts with my self my mobile no [protected] kindly remove it from my cibil and issue me a no due letter
