Aircel network, sms plan, gprs plan with i am satisfied but aircel company service is [censored] & madarchot, bhikari that aircel is chor service, i am using aircel 5 nos. but automatic activate callertune, friendspack or others unwanted plans & my money less in my balance when i talking with custmercare he said me u send sms or call that plans thats why activeted plan but that is very bad & chori because i am using that nos. only call send & receive & my no [protected] in used sms, gprs & call send & receive thats why i am asking aircel company senior person pls be set ur preper service & look ur company employs & main ur computer system ur company impretion is very bad be preper

Sir I Ramesh Chandra Behera & My No [protected] but I don't know what is the service activated my no every day Rs -3.00 subscribe from my account.I complained Customer care service Agents they advice me you must be deactivate your subscription self from your mobile. But that process is Home page - My Profile - My subscription - then Unsubscribe. But I try that in this page only show DOB - Gender - Occupation etc .But I am not found that option to unsubscribe. it was a disappointment when i talked to a customer care center of aircel...Instead for helping out, it seems they were confused them self.. on the top of it the way they talk even more disappointing.. we don't like to waste time talking with the customer care center in Chandigarh area..i do not wish to post such comment but its a necessary call to make the authority alert that the customer service provider even HANGED the call on the customer..WHAT THE HELL IS THAT ATTITUDE?

I, recharged my mobile (Samsung GT b7722) with Rs. 98/-. But I am enabling to enjoy the same due time out in searching. Definitely, I have loosed my money. Very poor response/signal by the Aircel company. Despite recharging pocket internet, the company has charged an extra amount while I opened the internet. Very shameful. My mobile No is [protected].
