Airtel — Abusive language Used by female executive

One call centre executive has been calling me regularly about the non- payment of a bill of no [protected] - that does not even belong to me. I had resigned from my previous company and this no. Probably belonged to some employee of my previous company. On a goodwill I told the executives that I will ask the HR of the previous company to resolve the issue. Now this girl from Airtel calls me 20 times a day, from past 5 days asking me to pay the bill. She calls me from this number [protected] from Chandigarh.

Not only this she uses abusive language a d misbehaves while asking me to pay the bills. Is this what is taught to your executives to use as much abusive language as possible and call up anybody asking them to pay the bills of any number??????????

Airtel — Abusive call centre executives

I'am constantly facing problems with the Airtel customer service officers. My bill for the number [protected] was due since sometime, since I was out of the country, which has been paid now. However, I and my relatives are constantly getting threatning calls from the customer service department even now. They use foul language and abuse us. Kindly do something in this regard as the bill has been already paid by me.
