Hi Team,
Still I did not received any call from Airtel.
YEs I am receiving calls from people who are threatening me to pay the bill. People calling me from different numbers, and saying that they are calling me from Delhi court and they bla-bla.
Could you please look into this matter ASAP.

Are you really trying to solve the problem? because I only once called by the department and, no verification and no details asked to me regarding the issue.

I have made all the said payment and you have not updated your system details yet. I still have received notice from your side.
Now who is responsible for that, why are you guys not taking care of the updates.
Here are the details of payment I have made at Airtel center:
1. Date 5/10/2013 Amount is 1033 INR
Receipt No-49371
2. DAte2/11/2013 Amount is 752 INR
Receipt No-52832
Still you are harassing me for the payment.

Now who is responsible for that, why are you guys not taking care of the updates.

I got a call from customer care, lady was asked few details, like as I said I have paid the first bill 1032 INR but sales guy(whoever is that) lost the check.I after that I got a call almost after a month with increased bill and now the amount is 1750 INR something.
Now customer care is saying why did not you followed up with the airtel, my question is that why should I follow with the payment, I already given the check to he boy, if he lost the check and somehow not submitted then they should have been called me that time. They did not called me and direct sent the second bill(in this period my dongle was not in service) 1750 INR.
My question is that why should I pay the extra amount to Airtel when my dongle was not in service and I reported the same to Airtel gallery also.
At the time of sale they told me the 5GB and amount will get wave off from first bill, now they are saying they confirmed with the sales department no one is said like that.
This is not happening first time, everyone at time of sale they just want to catch the customer and after that, whatever is happening with me. Now you are asking me to provide the proof, you better knew that will not with me, Because you talk only on phone to catch the customer anyhow.
If I am doing fraud, what are you guys doing? I paid the first bill that means my intention was to use the dongle, but guys did not provided the check at time and you guys did not followed up even a single time.
You cut the dongle service when I was 2 days late to pay the first bill, so then what is the purpose to send the second bill with rental amount?
Can anyone really care about the customers?
