[Resolved]  Airtel — Amount deducted from my balance for 2G services without my consent

Hi,myself sandeep malik having mobile no [protected] of Airtel service provider.i use 2G internet services on my mobile for which 98INR deduct from my mobile everymonth.i upgraded my services from 2G to 3G but company deducted amount for both services for same month.i called thier customer care but nothing getting satisfactory answer.kindly help me to get my amount revert. I also got same msg and found Rs 99 deducted from my account. No one is picking at the customer care. Can there be some way out?

Airtel — balance deducted without my permission

Dear Sir,

I am a prepaid customer of Airtel.
My mobile no is [protected].
Today Rs.99/- has been deducted from my balance for the subscription to VAS PACK99 without my permission.
I am trying to lodge my complaint from last two hours but all in vain.

my mobile no. is [protected].day before yesterday rs.15/=has been deducted from my balance for vas packwithout my permissionand they have activated vas pack at their own, where i have not asked to do same. on 10/03/2008 they have deduct 25/= .i don't know why?they deduct some amt. every month from my balance every month.what the hrll is it?
I have been trying calling 121 to deactivate the cricket pack which has been started on my mobile no. [protected], but have got irritated with airtel service. Rs. 5/- per day is being deducted from my account and I receive cricket sms which i am not interested at all.

Please deactivate the cricket pack immediately.

AirTel — Deduction of Balance without use of service

I am using Airtel Prepaid sim in Punjab, India.
When i used Airtel's NOP Service to activate Internet on my mobile, 2 days after using this service suddenly my balance of Rs.200 deducted on its own. Instead of helping me customer care official blocked my calls to Customer care. If my problem will not be solved, i'll have to go to cConsumer Court.

Yesturday i.e., 06.03.2009 @ 20.00 Hrs Rs.30/- has been deducted from my balance for the subscription to VAS PACK30 without my permission and that they have activated VAS PACK30 at their own, where as i have not asked to do the same. I want to know why Airtel people doing this type of deductions without user request. Kindly do the needful.

pl discontinue immediately and give credit for earlier debits
I am using no [protected] from Airtel as a pre paid customer.After several call to customer care the ballance which is been debited from my account ballance not yet credited.

Every time i re charge the ballance get automatically deducted from my Ac.Kindly suggest.

AirTel — Airtel deducting my amount without my permission

With due respect i beg to say that, about 10 days ago airtel subscribed me to gandhi sms quotation pack without my permission. It sends me a sms quote daily to my cell no.[protected] and reduces rs 1 daily from my account. I made contact several times to airtel customer care, they told me everytime that your subscription will be unsubscribed. Even they told me to sms some keywords to some numbers, i did what they said everything everytime but in vain. Now i am very upset after doing all these absurd things and i want to get rid of this junk. Please help me. I cant remove my sim because i am using it for about 8 years and my colleagues and friends and family members all contacts me through this number. I will be highly thankful to you if you helped me regarding this complaint.

Airtel Services — Airtel -amount deducted from balance

Sir my name is Pallavi Pande Cell No. [protected]. I faced the problem, 30 Rs deducted in my balance of 23 dec 09. When the same is communicated to customer care executed, he refused to refun the amount. as subscription activated on your number and i can't any help, he replied me this is not my fault,this is your problem.
This is not first time that Airtell is activating such unwanted schemes on customer and charging the moneny. We are using the mobile to commnunication and not for the entertainment . The Audio which activated, on my mobile is not known to me. If I activated this scehem, I might have used it atleast once. Airtel can prove if I have used this servise, I am ready to pay the charge which they debited..
When I told to transfer to senior person from airtel, they told to talk with Nodal offier of Government of India and refused to solve the problem.
This is not the first time I am facing problem with Airtel. Suddenly we can't change our mobile number also as we have given this contact number to most of the places where the emergencies may occur.
Airtel can recall the communication I had with them that I never want any such paid entertainment services as I am using this service only for communication.
We are saving a paisa by all the means and airtel is taking money from our account as they are supposing that the pre-paid money of the customer is being to be used as they want for such unwanted services.
I request to look in this matter and solve my problem and help me to get my money back Thanks.

AirTel — Deduction without permission

I am Vinay. My mobile number is [protected].
Continuous meesages from [protected] are being coming about the subscription to getting "bizarre facts" through SMS.My balance is in negative and am facing lot of problem. I have never subscribed for this service.
Initially Rs.30 got cut from my balance in the 1st week of March and Re.1 is being cut daily.
I sincerely urge the concerned authorities to refill my balance. It is a very big problem. Please try to understand.

I am airtel prepaid sevice user last 4 years.I am sad of the air tel service,many they dedUct the amount from my balance.since laast 2day ago like this matter happened,and contact to costumer care service(SHALINI)but not positive response,than i contact nodal officer & lodge a complaint to Mr Sorab.
Sorab lodged my complaint i.e[protected] on 6/4/2011 at 10 am & he assured ur deducted amount refund with in 4 hrs after waiting then we contact Mr Mr Ruchi raj Nodal officer on his phone [protected]
stayed on 30 min but last not any solution till this time.

AirTel — Deduction of extra amount from my balance

I have put standard call cutter pack for reduction of STD call rates.. I should be charged 33paise for every 1 min, but I am charged 50paise for every 1min. When I called and spoke to customer care, they are cutting my call and not responding properly..They are not giving me a proper reply.
i had this problem past 2months..every alternate day my balance is cut by 6rs evry night... in the night i check my balance and in the morning i see its cut by 6rs...i have called the customer care people 5times by now...and spoken to many people..they say eachtime either some -HUNGAMA.COM or BIPASHAS SECRETS or something has been activated on your phone no.and so the balance is being profession i am a doctor and dnt have time for any of these things...i never go to such sites or the max i use facebook on my phone...but it is ridiculous that such services are activated on my phone n balance is cut without my permission..i had lodged a complaint 15days back,so for 5days it was not cut.but again the same thing is happening since the last 2-3 days...last night my balance was 241rs and today morning its 235rs.i would like to know the reason why this is happening.pls get back to my complaint because talking to ur customer care executives is useless.if not i will think of changing my connection because airtel is giving me a lot of problems.thank email id is [protected]

Amount deducted from without informing and when I try to talk with customer care today so many times it give option to press1and after pressing 1some message about how to check account balance is told and call disconnect
It's mental harrasment calling to customer care not getting result even after listening unnecessary message
