i am ashish pandey i am using airtel sim fo last 5 year. airtel always cut my balance whenever i recharge. recently they dedudcted rs 150 from my account without any proper reason. i called to customer care but they didnt repond me. please help me .

sir, ihad taken a airtel postpaid connection before three months, but i had notrecived my bill properly, every month
they need follow up, every time they says that you had allready sined and recived your bill, what is the problem
i think airtel service is very worest service they had no responce i dont know how to solve my problem, iam allready
call airtel costmer care hundreds of times and this is the last
tril to slove my problem i hope my problem will solve this time
other wise i will change my service

Airtel — complaint not solve out & they was not give refund

i have done a recharg of sms scheme(free sms 500 per day),
but from 9 march 2010 i have charged for my each sms,
when i was talk with customer care person(last 3 day,s) they say they r not able to give therefund of 3 days as per company rule ,
i am facing this prob from 9 march to till date......................

Dear Sir

I want to bring to your notice that i am the customer of Airtel mobile. Few days back i got a message from Airtel mobile regarding activation of Caller tune and my balance got deducted without my knowledge . When i had a word with the customer service executive Miss swati and the team leader Miss ashmita they told me that it had been activated from my side so the balance will not be reverted back , as already i had used the caller tune service for more than 24 hrs and within that i had to deactivate the service . I tried to convince them that, I had not activated the service they were not ready to hear any thing . I said Ok now deactivate the service i don't want any caller tune services. Then also the service not deactivated.. Today i Got one more messages saying your 10 rupees had been deducted due to renewal of service and this will not be reverted back but, they can deactivate the service.

I dont know why the voice of the customer are not heared at any end.. We suffer and the proverb Customer is equal to "cust karke mar " had been proved by the Airtel..

Is any body there who can look in to this.... Who can listen the voice of customer

As per our telephonic talk with Mr. Manoj he told that you will get money in 72 hrs in a/c [protected] which deducted money on 8th without any subcribing any schemet or calls so please give me today itself he has told me that will credit to your a/c within 4 hrs still i am daily complainting if you not to give any services then tell me i will complaint to your BHARTIAIRTEL Ceo.

I am use internet card on airtel (Rs.98). According to Airtel I can use 2 GB free downloading on airtel but when I am use this service on mobile my balance is deduct but when i use this service on PC then it is free. But sir I am a BCA student and work more on mobile (for searching definitions when I am far from home). I complaint to airtel for this but they just give me number of technical support serivec and then they block my customer care serives and also block technical support serivce number. then one day luckly I am success in contect they pick my phone and write complaint and say they revert me before 23rd march but they did not give any revert. Still my customer care is block. Sir my whole service of Rs.98 is waste. This service is for only 1 month ans it finish on 29th march. so I humbly request to you please take neccesarily action.

I got a recharge of Rs50,in this i am supposed to be getting free 300sms/day(national and STD),but since yesterday they are deducting it from my main balance.when i called the customer care they said that there is some problem goin on with their server and it will be fixed by today morning,but they wont be refunding my money.But it is still not fixed,when i called again they said that it will be fixed by 30march.
Why do the consumer has to suffer evrytime,why are they not refunding my money,when i had already paid for my recharge,then why do i need to pay them for their problem.
This is not the first time i am facing such a problem,they have still not solved my earlier problem as well.

Airtel — without any use deducting regularly Rs.10/day

My name is Bhagbat Patra and mobile no.[protected], I used Net on phone facilty from Airtel, but 20/03/10 I request to stop NOP by sending massage to customer care and receive reply within 48 hour connection will be disconnect, but later day by day without any using of internet Airtel deduct Rs.10/day, in this regards when I want to talk with customer care help desk on my mobile, always they disconnect my call when choosing to talk customer care executive, after that I visit Airtel relationship centre on 26/03/10 and talked customer care executive with there phone they assured me that all services are closed and returned my balance Rs.25. next day I received massage that you will shortly received NOP settings after that NOP setting delivered and thankyou for using Airtel online again I complained to customer care but no result they explained that no extra amount deducted by them but still today 01/04/10 deducting daily Rs.10 by Airtel without using any facility.
Sir I am using the Airtel Mobile. Call to the customer care are toll free until last days. But for Some days the calls beyond 3 minutes to the customer care executives are been chargeable, about 50ps beyond each pulse after 3 minutes. How they charge this? Call to the customer care will be free of tariff. Is it there duty to clarify our doubts? Why we pay charges to the customer Care?

When they cut my balance without any valid reason, I have to call the customer care to get back my money, they said that, I have to stay in hold.Will they give the taken money form our account back and why I pay for that?.
My Rs 99/- have been deducted ib 26 Mar 2010 without my knowledge I have complained against mobine No [protected] to cotemer care and they reply that my amount will be refund upto 31 Mar 2010 but not refund. I have a received a phone from Air Tel service on 02 Apr 2010 that they informed me your amount have been credited in your mobile but amount have not yet been credited. I'm another victim of Airtel unnecessary balance deduction.

I have been scolding airtel agent's, supervisors and manager's over the phone due to my balance deduction complaint. No body at Airtel are least bothered about it, they promised me and they didn't even bother to refund me the amount yet.

I have spoken to Manisha(Supervisor on the floor) and Iqtaar(Manager).

They told me the balance will be refunded on 6th of April, 2010 after a long discussion call, I'm still waiting.

After that, I did a refilling on my mobile to make phone calls, and for no reason, again the balance has been deducted.

The Airtel people are very smart cheaters, they just suck... what a rip off.

I have tracked down each and everyone's name and the discussion that happened and the money they owe for me.

I don't like to start with salutation as i don't think u people deserve this .
Just note that my mobile no is [protected] registered in my name R.P.JAISWAL , Qr No. 2024 SEC 12-C,BOKARO STEEL CITY ,JHARKHAND . Today is 10/04/2010 and I’m regularly getting messages from last 2 months from 54321 that Re1 has been deducted from my mobile and a g-talk has been activated . I have never apply for this . I even haven't received any call from airtel regarding this. I know u must b having a story that i have received a call from airtel and pressed so and so button and unknowingly the g-talk activated. Pls don't tell me any such story as this is not the first time such thing happened. i know u people have n numbers of trick to trap the customer and achieve ur target . This time i m not going to tolerate any such non- sense. U people are very unprofessional.
Eventually i warn u to revert my Rs 60 for the 2 months so deducted otherwise i going to highlight this to media. I also want an explanation for this.
U have to revert within 2 days.
Several times I have talked to customer care for this issue. U people are shameless .
Airtel is fraud .

Airtel Prepaid Card — sending SMS and deducting money from my recharged amount which causes to me a mental torture

Since 5 years or above I am using Airtel Prepared Card. Six month back , I noticed that my recharged amounts getting reduced even if I have not called. Thereafter immediately contacted representative of Airtel wherein they have guided me, if I am not requiring any SMS to come on Mobile, just send SMS of "DND". After sending the DND SMS, I have also confirmed with the representative of Airtel regarding the same, who had confirmed and informed that in future, there will be no SMS either from Airtel or any other firms who have been authorised to do the SMS for business purpose.

Again last week I again noticed that my prepared amounts is getting reduced on one pretext or other.

In view of continuous harrassment and mental torture, I request your goodself, what action is to be taken agaist the Airtle People, pl. let me know the same, enable me to proceed further as I am totally fedup with the activities of the Airtle.

Airtel prepaid mobile — Fraud deduction of balance and harrasment by customer care executive

I had called customer care on 10/4/10(5:45 pm) with a complaint regarding a tariff. The person concerned misbehaved on the phone, and had wrong details of my number. After I hung up, about 25 new services were activated on my phone within 5 minutes, which I had not asked for, leading to a deduction of Rs304 from my account. ( My balance before was Rs 276, after wards Rs - 27). I immediately called customer care again (at 6:10 pm ), told them about this problem ( about deduction of balance), also pointed out that while I was talking to them, several other services were being activated. I was transferred to technical dept, and lodged a complaint there. I was told that since they were unable to load my details at the moment, they could not take immediate action, but would lodge a complaint and take action later, and gave me a date of 12/4/10. When I called today, I was told, no complaint against deduction of balance had been lodged that day, only for non activation of tariff. I have again lodged a complaint today with Airtel.
