[Resolved]  Airtel Bharati — disconnection

I bought a mobile connection 7 or8 years back,I got a message for submission of the documents so I submitted in their office. Again after some months I received the same message so I submitted the documents again.now they've disconnected my number without any intimation .I called their customer care but of no use.they said take new connection as for old connection nothing has been done.please help to resolve the problem.

Airtel — Unbelievable Disconnect

No Need to mention anything. Just look at the serious disconnect between what was the concern and what was the reply. God help these BPO people.

As per regulatory compliance, our executive visited your place to verify your address. Unfortunately, we were unable to confirm the details as provided by you, hence services of your number were barred. We provide 30 days time to the customer to submit the documents. But because of no response from your side your Airtel prepaid connection has been permanently disconnected. We regret to inform you that we are unable to provide you the left balance.

As per the Government regulation, the enrolment form, photo id proof, signature proof, a photograph, address proof and Pan No/Form 60 or 61 are mandatory for any connection to be active on the network.

sim card today with the leftover balance with the same number. i have
received?call from Mr Haider from Apellate Delhi and he was infact
concerned. this has also made me understand wyhich wouold be the right

if that was the case why i was given a run around for 10 days with each
person saying that it will be activated within 10 days. and how come the
SMS service was working afetr that as well. when did the executive visit my
place? there isn't any information but you still claim that its my fault i
have been given 3 references but none seems to be working. and if you dont
intend to activate the number refund my money which is there. all of you
are operating behind a wall and i dont even believe that a real person
actually exists. I need a resolution under any circumstances. i am ready to
submit the documents again for the 4th time and if that will not work,
REFUND my money. and how come your CSR PROMISED that i will be called by
monday and its thursday nobody has called up. Dont force me to post this

An automated call from airtel was made on my mother's mobile number
[protected] and when i came to know its a marketing call i disconected the
call. Since then airtel has debited my prepaid account for Rs 30 twice and
inspite of repeated complaints no money has been refunded. airtel doesn't
have a single evidence which proves that i subscribed to their Mitti Ke
Rang Service. i don't have any idea from where i can get help. A few days
after that the service was also deactivated quoting "Verification Failure".
How on earth can you activate the number, credit the balance and then
deactivate the service. and if the number is not active how on earth can
you a charge a customer for a sense less service like MKR??? is?sombody
listening?

FYI i have submitted the documents thrice and your champions don't even
have a record of that. i was told that i will be called by your "esteemed
company" before EOD today but as expected you guys know how to charge but
not to serve. a complaint has been filed on a public forum. find the link

FYI there are more than 1000 complaints already and more over more than
1700 people say that "Stay Away" from Airtel. even now if you folks dont

AirTel — new airtel disconnection.

recently i buy a new airtel connection. After activating this connection working properly for 10 days. Past 3 days it is disconnected without any reason. My Id proof is also clearly.

please considered that most urgently.
