Airtel (Bharti Telecommunication) — VIOLATION OF MY RIGHTS | |||
MY CELL PHONE NO IS [protected] AND THE SERVICE PROVIDER IS AIRTEL (AFTER DOING PORTABILITY FROM BSNL ), TO AVOID EXCESSIVE USAGE I HAVE REQUESTED THEIR CUSTOMER CURE DEPT TO FIXED MY CREDIT LIMIT TO Rs 3500/- . BUT AFTER RECEIVING THE BILL (PERIOD 2/08/2012 TO 01/09/2012 ) I GOT TERRIBLY SHOCKED WHILE LOOKING AT THE BILL AMOUNT , IT WAS RS 8275.74 . I HAD WRITTEN SEVERAL MAILS TO THEM BUT IN NONE OF THE REPLY THEY EXPLAINED THAT WHY THEY DID NOT BARRED MY LINE WHEN IT HAS EXCEEDED THE CREDIT LIMIT. WHEN A CUSTOMER WANT TO KEEP THE BILL AMOUNT WHITEN LIMIT THEN HOW COME A SERVICE PROVIDER VIOLET THE RIGHTS OF A CUSTOMER. REGARDS ARIJIT BHANDARI Was this information helpful? | |||

Airtel (Bharti Telecommunication) — Deducting Unnecessary Money On Regular Basis
Once more I have charged Rs.5.00 for AirTel Hungama Content downloading.I didn't subscribe for the same and I don't have any idea about this. On contacting Customer Care they say No Service is active on your mobile, but this is consecutive five days AirTel is deducting Rs5.00/day.
Please stop cheating by deducting money on regular basis, otherwise I have to discard this number.
