i had made my payment of rs1800 of my airtel broadband connection([protected]) on 24rth of march 2012...but due to some technical issues my payment has not been yet updated.....Airtel called me several times to send my bill soft copy....m sending it from the link what airtel have suggested...if airtel still fails to update my payment then disconnect my service please...m sorry for my rudeness but i can't let it go my rs 1800..!

I have requested to change my plan from monthly rental of 699/- to 299/- on second of oct 2010, but still my plan has not been changed and i have been charged according to the 699/- plan. I want the proper correction of the bill.

My mobile number is [protected] i am using airtel postpaid connection from last 4.5year and my regular billing is between rs,700 to rs.900 . 2 month ago i was activated gprs98 plan but last month i found my bill they claim Rs.1800/- i was inquiry about gprs98 plan in customer care . executive told me your gprs plan was not acticated , so telephonic i told him you just activate my gprs plan . they asking me my birthdate for confirmation of gprs98 plan . he told me your plan was activated. but again last bill was
Rs.3190/- i was checked my gprs use . i was surpised my gprs98 plan still not activated additionally i check time of gprs data there is 1000 of entry it means everyday everytime i am not working but only i am using airtel low internet connection.

21/01/2011 i was unsubscribe airtellive services i received message from airtel 121 "airtel live has been stopped" but in detail bill i am using him internet.

This is Mahesh Saxena.I am a subscriber o[censored]r internet.I have received some bills in which the late payment has been charged wrongly and I have not paid such bills.After a long negotiation above said charge written off.I have deposited Rs.1400/- upto[protected].My net service were barred for the period of[protected] to[protected] but the rental charges have been charged.This rental charge should not has been charged as i have not entertain your net services.I made change my plan of Rs.449/-P.M.which is W.E.F.[protected].Kindly deduct the rental charges and send a new bill from the period of[protected].

Hi Team,

Its been about 4 - 5 months I have intimated My Service Provider to disconnect my line. As this was not done by them (for their incompetancy) I had pay Rs 3000 odd to settle my dues. I took all confirmation from them stating this to be my last bill, which I eventually got from them and the payment was made. I am still receiving my bills.

Require your help and support to get this resolved. I have been harassed and due to which my health is affected.

Please help.
By mistake in mobile phone a button was pressed. immediaaately I received a sms stating thanks for using weekly sub subscription service from Airtel and I have been charged Rs. 20 and get the latest games at http://gclub.in/ea without asking my willingness to subscribe or not. Immediately i complained to Airtel at 121 and I was informed that there are no services active in my Airtel mobile number [protected].Then I received sms to send UNSUB TAMIL to stop subscription to 57775. Immediately I send sms like that. But I was informed by sms stating Invalid Keyword. Today I received sms thatI have been renewed for weekly sub sbscription. I have to get this amoun and also future debiting should not be done

Last month i registered a request for number portability in Aitel, then i got a confirmation message from aitel.On next day got a call from airtel Number(Airtel number [protected])for asking whats the reason for my request.Me then explained reason. then that executive gave an offer to me.Offer saying that Aitel to airtel calls have cost 10 paise/minute,to other mobiles 30 paise/minute,STD 50 paise/minute and also said monthly three thousand something sms free.Also said to send one request(request format is one like CNCT or CNPT i'm not sure i forgot that that was did for a 1 month before) to 202 number for activating this offer. but i didn't get sms offer as said by airtel more over they are charging 1 rupee/sms.Actually that format was to cancel my number portability request.they cheated me.I called many times to customer service for getting refund but they didn't gave refund
my mobile number is [protected] and i have received a bill of more than rs 8000, i used airtel 3g services for a week and this charge is for exceeding my limit. but what i am saying is the moment i received an sms that i have used my limit of 250 mb i called airtel and stopped 3G, i have complained so many times most of the time i was assured but customer care that this is unbilled usage and when i receive my bill i wont be charged now i have received my bill and it states i have to pay 8800 and out of which rs 8000 is for 3g service...this is unacceptable, for no fault of mine i have been charged this amout...i have followed the rules and cancelled 3G the moment i received and sms from airtel.....I am not going to pay this amount and am ready to go to even court to settle this matter.

Customer care always say that they will get back but no one gets back.Please please help me

i have been using Airtel Postpaid card for years and now they have come up with an option of converting a Postpaid card into Prepaid and have the same number , hence i visited the Borivali Airtel gallery and told them about this and they started giving me dates saying come after the bill is generated , we dont take request on month end , and so on , the last time i visited them the road out side Airtel gallery was undergoing a construction work hence i entered the gallery and everyone started saying the gallery is closed due to that work which is going outside the gallery, but in any situation the Airtel Gallery was not affected as in the Electricity was working , Phone lines were working , Interent was working so why were the tech not working and they said due to the work going on the gallery is closed , hence i told them if it was closed the shutter should have been closed as you guys are not doing any work , hence i counsulted the Manager , i informed him that this is the 4th time i am coming for the issue and still you guys are not helping me and then the Manager said ok let me see what i can do and he took my application form and all my doucments ( application form to convert postpaid into prepaid , pan card , house agreement , light bill , house possesion letter , internet bill and mobile bill and all had my names on it ) and the Manager in return said non of these doucments are valid onl Pan card is valid we need agreement of the house which is less then 2 yrs not more then 2 yrs , hence when i informed the Manager at the time of getting customers to take Postpaid all documents were valid and now not valid , so he started saying the sales department is different and so on , hence i informed if he cant help so no one can , so i told him i wont pay the bill of this card and he said its fine do what you have to do , and left me helpless , and now every month i am getting bill worth 450+ as it is my monthly rental without me using that card i am still paying for it , hence i think of taking their case officialy and bringing this into limelight as todays its me tomorrow it could be you guys......so please help me and call me on [protected]
i got a phone plus internet [protected]. my phone and internet is not working from feb 19 2011. airtel have some problem in cable system. on april 13 they resolve the prolbem now they barred my phone for non payment. i paid in jan 25 and then i paid on april 13. the nodal offical and applette officer promise me to wave off the extra which my phone and internet does not work. so far today it is 12 of may my phone and internet doesn't work. i send so many emails and phone calls but it is all in vain.
Airtel send me an calling-offer with capping plan via sms and later they charged me per call for all the calls made and sent me a bill close to Rs1800.When called about it I was told that the offer was withdrawn and they denied sending the sms and asked me to visit an Airtel outlet which I refused and they miscommited on resolution several times.
When finall called to cancel the a.c I was offered a refund of Rs150 and told that I've to visit an Airtel outlet.I told them that I've just been home from hospital after a major operation I was told by a guy named Neeraj in retention that I can either go visit a Airtel outlet or payup the whole bill.
AIRTEL is otherwise known as FRAUDTEL...
They are the number one cheaters...
They are the one who are famous for gaining money from customers if customers are not active.

I have been calling airtel for my no. [protected] as in the month of may i had internet plan which is for Rs.198 and i get 3GBs of data and after that 30ps per 20KBs.
I called them up in june several times to upgrade it to the unlimited pack, but they did nit have any information regarding that and moreover i was being told the i need to have the rental plan of Rs.349 to get the unlimited GPRS plan on my phone,
I called them on 24th of June again to get this changed to 5GB GPRS plan which is for Rs.300. And when I called them after the end of the billing cycle on 27/06/2011. I inquired about the same and the rep said that i can have unlimited GPRS plan without any extra rental plan on my current rental plan which is a corporate plan of Rs.99(rental).
And now they have billed me for Rs.7,900 approx. which is way higher than my usual bill which is Rs.1,000 approx.
I have a credit limit of Rs.5,000 and i got an SMS from them when i was using my GPRS service that i have exceeded my credit limit and my phone service will be suspeneded, which was never done. and last time I check my phone and the unbilled amount was more than Rs.49,000. Ideally Airtel should have barred my service, but they did not.
And moreover there are couple of international messages they show on my bill, and i don't know whose no. is that and when inqured they simply replied that as it showing on my bill it means i have sent those meeages.
Plesae Look into the matter as I am very upset with the service and they charge for the customer service no. as well.
airtel executive has call me that my usage is above my credit limit, my credit limit is 1200 Rs they asking me to pay 2100 Rs because my usage is above 1200 Rs. They told me that my unbilled amount is 2800 rs. They stop my outgoing facility 4 times in a period of 15 days. Every time i spoke to customer care for unbarred my number. Now my bill has generated, my bill amount is 785 Rs that I have paid on 9th july. So i have complaint about that matter they mentally harassed me.
very bad services by airtel there customer executive are foolish, many of them nothing to understand my problem.
This is in regard to postpaid airtel cug no. [protected]. I also have another postpaid airtel no. [protected].
The credit limit on mu cug no. was Rs. 1200. But due to some reason the the credit limt got exceeded. But the company concerned did not bar the services immediately. Instead they kept on charging me for the use which I was unaware of. Then the called me and said that my incoming as well as outgoing have been barred and I will have to pay a bill of rs. 5000 to resume the services. My point here is that what is the use of a 'CREDIT LIMIT' then. If you don't bar the service the moment the limit is crossed then its purpose is nothing but to lead customers astray. Airtel also stopped my other no. on non - payment of the bill. There is no provision of checking the data used in postpaid no.You get to know the data you have used only when the bill comes. This is cheating the customer in broad daylight. All of this has caused me great inconvenience. It is highly irresponsible attitude that Airtel has displayed. I would like immediate redressal of my complaint. I will not recommend Airtel to any mobile user out there.
i m devendra kumar from gwalior city . airtel company again and again giving me telephone bill . my connection already finished .in july . plz solve my this problem .
I have got a new mobile phone couple of months back and configured to use WIFI to access Internet. First couple of months bill came fine. One month I got a bill for Rs 3700/-. When contacted Air tel help desk they told me 100 MB GPRS free pack was activated on my mobile. They have agreed that I haven't requested for this, but came as free with my mobile. No one has informed me about. I haven't agreed or asked for this plan.

How can a provider can add a costly plan without my consent? I have another mobile office where I get 5GB for Rs 750/-, here I have to pay Rs 3700/- for 500MB.
The issue is not resolved..

My airtel mobile no is [protected]. I am unable to submit form www.airtel.in/airtelpresence.. After entering the details and submitting, it's coming back to same page without any message
I got a new Airtel broadband connection[protected], while applying for it I paid Rs. 500 as advance which was supposed to be adjusted in first month bill. But it wasn't adjusted.
Following up with Airtel since last 1 month, but till now nobody responded with the solution, everyone promises that it would done today/by evening. On other hand, each Airtel Customer Care people call me asking to pay bill of Rs. 500.
