Airtel/Mobile Office — Mobile office not working on my laptop 9831282021

I am not able to connect mobile office on my laptob. If this problem not solve within 24 hour then i will have to leave the airtel connection because for me first impression is last impression. And i am only consumer, pay and use the formula for me. I don't have timd to complain.

Airtel/Mobile Office — wrong bill

I AM HAVING AIRTEL CONNECTION NO. [protected] MOBILE OFFICE.
FOR THE BILL CYCLE 17 AUG 09 TO 16 SEPT. 09 RECEIVED BILL WITH VALUVE ADDED CHARGES OF 198/- , WHICH IS ACTUALLY NOT AT ALL USED BY ME. THE DEALER, ON CONTECTING SHOWS ME THE ENTRIES OF VAS IN THEIR RECORDS. BUT I AM SURE THAT I HAVE NOT USED ANY VAS THROUGH MY MOBILE. I AM READY TO PAY REST OF AMOUNT.
I SUBMITTED COMPLAIN APP. 10 DAYS BACK , BUT TILL TODAY NO ANY RESPONCE HEARD FROM THE AIRTEL.

my mobile no. [protected] every time get game downloading charges when i check mail on my mobile activate dmobile office monthly & i'm not downloading any games but message will came u have downloaded java game u have charged 99 Rs., last 6 months this was happening.

    I activated airtel gprs Rs 98 plan for free data usage upto 2 GB on 11th July, 2011.
    After activating it, I found out that a considerable amount was getting added onto my unbilled amount every day.
    I called the customer care executive expressing my concern about this.
    They replied that there was no need to worry and that these amounts will get added on as unbilled amount but when the bill is generated only 98 rupees will be charged for internet if my data usage is within 2 GB.
    My credit limit is Rs. 1500.
    Now when the bill was generated at the end of the billing period, that is, on 06th August 2011, I was shocked to find it to be Rs. 15528.11
    The amount on account of my call usage charges and bill period charges was around Rs 324, and the rest was all internet charges.
    On scrutinizing my bill and calling the customer care executive I got to know that internet browsing through airtelgprs.com was covered under the plan I activated and that browsing through WAP_ALL (Airtel Live) was to be charged(Which was never told by customer care executive when I taken the Rs 98 GPRS plan).
    But my point is that my credit Limit is Rs 1500, so airtel should have intimated me when I crossed it. Instead they waited for the entire month for me to accumulate more and more Data charges and slapped this bill of Rs 15528.11 on my face. The normal data charges are Rs 20kb/30paise. So if I would have thought of spending my entire 2 GB usage, my bill would have been around Rs 31000.
    The Customer care executive, who clarified my bill details, transferred the call to her floor manager. On telling the floor manager that as my credit Limit is Rs 1500 why should I get a bill of Rs 15528.11 and explaining her gprs usages, she offered to waive my bill.
    I wrote a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com and nodalofficer.[protected]@airtel.in , appellate.[protected]@airtel.in explaining my issue, but got no reply till date.
    My point here again is why did airtel wait for my usage to reach up to Rs 15528.11 to intimate me and not when it just reached my credit Limit of Rs 1500?
    Airtel barred outgoing from my mobile on 9th August, 2011, as if they finally realized that I had exceeded my Credit Limit of Rs 1500. Please provide a fruitful solution for my billing issue and also ask Airtel to make their billing system transparent so that whenever a person exceeds his credit limit, he should be intimated then and there instead of waiting the amount to get accumulated to manifolds the actual credit Limit.

    stating that they have checked and established that the charges levied against GPRS usage are correct and valid.. Hence, the account in question does not qualify for any other credit adjustment to be processed with.

    My question is You may have a foolproof billing system and there is no manual intervention in it.
    But when I found out that a considerable amount was getting added onto my unbilled amount every day.
    I called ur customer care executive expressing my concern about this.
    They replied that there was no need to worry and that these amounts will get added on as unbilled amount but when the bill is generated only 98 rupees will be charged for internet if my data usage is within 2 GB.
    Why they didn't told me that time?
    Also, my credit limit is Rs. 1500, so u should have intimated me when I crossed it. Instead u waited for the entire month for me to accumulate more and more Data charges.
    Is this a foolproof billing system?

    Yesterday, Airtel Customer Care Executive Called me & told to pay the full billing amount and they are not ready to listen my problem... Till now, no solution has provided by airtel authority...now i may have to move to consumer court...

    Airtel has reversed an amount of Rs.14502.01 in my account against airtel live usage charges on 29 August 2011.

      My cell number is Prepaid and Number is [protected] which is transfered from Vodaphone. This is third month and now Airtel has started their cut through policy to deduct balance from the customer account.
      I am using GPRS for a month Rs. 98 which is valid till 31-August-2011.
      today i have download some Application from OVI Nokia, and you must know this is free for nokia hand set user. From OVI nokia hand set user can download many Application without any charges only net charges will be aplicable if customer have already GPRS facilicity, it will be free of cost.
      Then today why Airtel have commited this fraud and illegally deduted Rs. 70 from my prepaid.
      this is not the first time before i was the user of Airtel and my Last cell num,ber was [protected], the same matter was in this case and when i have log complain your customer care executive was not ready to entertain my complain, when he ready to listen he said you have downloaded CRiket game.
      i said when i have to go to check my NOKIA e63, and remember on thing in this cell phone download Accelator is already installed and this software take record of evey downloading and there is no any file.
      finally Airtel had return my money, but i was very exhaust with Airtel and this number i have been close.
      Kindly investigate it and return my money because i already have forward this mail to my Advocate.
      Please do the needull.

        i tried a lot but i didnot deactivated from that.
        What is the solution for this problem?           As per my complaint[protected] to the Nodal officer Kerala Circle, I receive a call from your side on 19/08/2011—11:33am from [protected] informing me that it was a call from Nodal officer Kerala Circle and it was to inform me that my complaint is resolved.
          Later I noticed that, he may cheat me by giving a false commitment (Never expect from a Nodal-Officer).So I made a call to the customer care on the same day and talk to Mr.Shaji (Floor Supervisor), he informed me that he may re register my complaint (My new complaint no:[protected] and he assured that once he was alive for the next 24 hours my issue was resolved (The best joke, I heard in this year)
          By 20/08/2011-4:51pm I receive another call from [protected] your technical team (they told so) they inform me that my issue is resolved. From my past experience I know that they surely cheat me (Since the call is generated from AirTel DTH Team) Later I understand that my expectation was right
          Losing all hope on your side I again made a call to Customer care (hope that should be by 100th call to the customer care regarding the same issue) on 20/08/2011by 6:30pm, from there I receive the most shocking message. They inform me that they can’t solve my issue because they are mere trainees. I request them to connect to any of the senior executives, but none will be interested on my issue. I sent more than twenty HELP SMS to the customer care, by this time I didn’t receive any call from your side.
          As per your SMS to my mobile on 19/08/2011 by 03:07pm Validity of my service may expire on mid night of the same day. But from 15/08/2011 onwards am unable to view any of your channels. You are reducing amount from my main account at the rate of rupees 4.71per day. So totally I lose rupees 23.55(4.71x5days) from my main account till 19/08/2011 without providing any service to me. I never expect the same from brand like “AIRTEL” --cheating the customer in the worst manner.
          Once I understand that my balance is low, I recharge my account on 13/08/2011 by 4:43pm for rupees 1721/-(410days validity offer).So with more money on my account and with more validity, Why you guys play game on me?
          I feel too pity on your team, Are you guys work with the motto to spoil the brand Image of AIRTEL….???? I assure you, if you are using the same team-- within a short span of time AirTel DTH Services is wiped out from the Industry
          Every time I call your customer service, they inform me to SWITCH ON the STB for one hour and they told me some issues, even the LKG student may understand that they are lying. Apart from my money I lose from my main account, I lose money for electricity charges (in order to keep the STB “ON” for more than one hour a day) and the most valuable thing –“TIME” (from 17/08/2011 to till date).

          This should be my final mail to your side, by believing that at least one person in the AirTel team who should show some responsibility towards his job, else the position he is handling (at least the salary he is drawing). If my mail may reach that person sometimes my issue is to be resolved. If it does not happen, with in short span of time, you guys can search for better jobs in some other concern because without customers how can you exist….????

            My Airtel prepaid no. is [protected].


            1. since 20th August 2011, my account refuses to get recharged by both easy recharge and voucher recharge. I complaint this problem to Customer care on 21st Aug and they asked me to type 'TM' and send to 404.
            404 replied 'U are currently enjoying a special tariff/sms benefit. which will not be carried forward to the new plan benefit of the current plan'. Problem not solved.

            2. I could not get connected to Customer care (198,12131,121) for one month. I complained many times and they promises it will get resolved in 2 days. But the problem persist still.

            Airtel Prepaid — recharge not working

            my no is [protected] i recharged for 53rs msg card for one month but after two days its not working now so i made a complaint but no action ve been taken i continuously calling for 3 days to c care but they are not responding well so it totally make me more irritate and hesitate to call again to airtel
            Tel [protected] converted to prepaid from post paid. Charged for Rs.222/- Recharge confirmed through sms. Now no outgoing.

            Pl register complaint and set it right

                i am using an airtel number
                my SMS dont go on 3G(umts) network...i have checked and corrected the centre number as well.
                this happens with every cellphone i insert the sim in.
                my sms go very well on 2G network. but dont work on 3G

                my 3G works absolutely fi9
                my customer care dosent connect.

                any guidance?...from other numbers i called customer care but they say everything is correct from our side.

                Hello,

                From my pre-paid airtel number +[protected], I have not been able to send SMS. I am able to send SMS but not able to send replies at all. I have raised this issue several times with Airtel Customer Care, but the problem remains unresolved. This issue is pending since September 2010

                  I Anil Kanta Maharana, from orissa beg to state that I am portable my number( [protected]) from Aircel to Airtel on 29/04/2011 to submit my document& photo copy. but 15 before i got a messege you re submit your document. same messege i got more time then my number was deactivated. so I re-submit my same document at Airtel office. then my number was activated. but now before 2 days i got a messege "your Airtel prepaid anrollment from has been rejected. please re-submit immediately". You tell me sir how many time I submit our document, and they are reject it. please consider my matter.

                      Complaints and Resolutions.

                      Sir, I have called a customer executive over my mobile phone @ [protected], preppaid conection, Maharashtra circle, regarding my querry to find what are the options to use internet over the mobile, since I bought a new handset, Microsoft Q2+, what are the options. The executive askked that there are two different plans to start wich Rs.5/-, a day usage, and Rs.10/-, for 3 days usage on airtel gprs. If I wanted to know how to do it they said you can do it for the Rs.10/- can do it over the phone now itself. that they did.

                      But, I could not make any outgoing calls after this and I could not to use the internet either. I tried and comlaint but it did not worked for two days.
                      Untill I tried and kept trying the CC, Airtel to complaint and asked for help.
                      They said we would do it and you do not have to pay for the 2-3 days and we would do it ourside. After that when I tried it did show the google page. but it is not usable at all. I could not use anything like email either.
                      And to my shock I found that your sms stating that your Rs.3/- per day has been added for GPRS usage which I did not asked for. However, They have deducted for Rs.10/- for 3 days GPRS. Pls. "STOP" GPRS subscription that I asked for. pls. refund the money back at an earliest.

                      I have been trying to call Cust. Care, airtel but Its not working since two days long. Pls. help and resolve my issues and refund.
                      Pls. find my complaints below:

                      1. GPRS connection I did not asked for. pls. "STOP".

                      2. I dont know what Im getting for women sms and profiles pls. "STOP" I believe it is due to IM or something but pls. "STOP".

                      3. I am not getting network properly. its been very bad network/coverage at my new handset micromax Q2+.

                      I would wait for your call back @ [protected] and email, at an earliest and resolution.

                      Dear Sir, MY Prepaid M: [protected], there is immediately after contacting customer care executive, nodal officer, spoke over the phone and refunded Rs.13/-, I got angain got an SMS to check what is it and I deleted SMS but a deduction of Rs.2/- per day has started since 2 days again.

You are making fool all the Indian deceiving and collecting Crores of money which is also a one kind of Corruption. Your such practices will certainly invite Criminal Case of Fradulency. We the Victims are going to lodge Complaints with Criminal Case at the Court of Law within a short time.

                        Airtel Prepaid — unexpected charge of no use

                        its vijay having the airtel no. [protected]. my problem is that whenever my account is more than Rs. 5 than than there is deduction of charge unnecessarily without any usage of it. and always the is a message that "thanks your last call amounted Rs.5" so kindly let the problem be solved. for i dont have any extra service from airtel. so why the hell there is always there is deduction of any service when no such service is active on my mobile.

                          It is really very shamefull that after being a MNC company they are unable to give the proper resolution to the customer.

                          Now it become a hectic problem to deactivate anything with the help of customer care. plese do the needful.

                          Airtel — Auto activation of gclub without my consent.

                          Sir,

                          I am having Airtel Postpaid connection No. [protected] (CUG) with GPRS @Rs.99/- activated. For last three months I am receiving repeated messeges "Your GamesClub subscription is active at Rs.5/- per day. Enjoy GamesClub by clicking below link...." .

                          I never requested AIRTEL for this service but they people are doing so for harassment and cheating. In last two bills, they charged Rs.400-00 for game downloading & Rs.5.00 per day for game subscription. I am 50 years old Govt. employee and never interested in online gaming or downloading it on my mobile, which is used by me only.

                          If I am not wrong, the above services are from AIRTEL live & wap, which I don't find necessary to use when I am paying Rs.99/- p.m. for GPRS, seperately.

                          I request AIRTEL authorities to immediately unsubscribe me from all services of Airtel Live & Airtel WAP, particulary gaming subscription, refrain from arbitrarily subscribing me to services without my consent & credit my account with all these charges back to my account, immediately.

                          I got the message like "thanks for downloading hungama content game from airtel. you have been charged Rs.99. I didn't use airtel live. My homepage is google and i have not followed any link.I have not received any content games, though i have been charged. is there any way i can get refund.moreover is this a subscription service because i received a message thank you for subscription.can anyone help me regarding this. Also I got message after one month like "Your subscription is renewed" for the same thing given above. They took my balance also. My number is [protected].

                          Exactly after you resolve my concern dated 18 Aug. 2011, I again received message from Airtel as under:-

                          (1) on 19 Sept. 2011 from AD-54321, saying "Thanks for downloading Java Game from Airtel. You have been charged Rs.99.etc...".

                          Dear Rakesh Rangasir, Airtel Presence (Airtel Customer Service Team), while resolving my complaint dated 18 Aug. 2011, it was assured tome by the Airtel representative that my no. is put up in high security zone and you will not receive such messages henceforth. Looking to the messages shown above, Airtel assurance seems to be of no meaning.

                          I never requested AIRTEL for this service but they people are doing so again & again for Customer's harassment and cheating. I reiterate that myself is 50 years old Govt. employee and never interested in online gaming or downloading it on my mobile, which is used by me only.

                          The so called gclub subscription and video club services are started without my consent and I don't need them at present or in future. If needed, I will contact Airtel.

                          I request Airtel authorities to stop cheating practices immediately and unsubscribe me from all Airtel VAS& particularly video club services and refrain from sending such messages henceforth on my mobile No. [protected]. and credit any amount whatsoever charged for such services to my account immediately.

                            I have an issue with Airtel with in the 3months of service where the Line got down 2 times and whenever the line goes down getting a service request number through the call center is a hectic task often call disconnection and poor customer service employees sleeping on calls. They sucks. and finally got the service request number 2445698. still they are working on i called them on 18.08.11 and issue is supposed to be resolved on 1pm on 19th but then the poor sucking escalation manager asked for extra time to resolve as the service request is open and promised a call back but then no call back was made on the promised time 3pm on 19th and then tried nodal was always busy tried appeallate always busy and then call gets disconnected after very long hold and then [censored]ing people called me and said sorry but then the issue is not resolved till date the issue is not resolved and complained in an airtel showroon and they tried and given a fake time of resolution where no technician is ready to fix the issue. [censored] of this kind of service provider and consumers please stay away from these cheap and unethical business service provider in the market who are worst in service.

                              I am having a very had time getting my airtel broadband disconnected.
                              I have moved from Bangalore to Pune and requested for my Airtel
                              broaband to be cancelled on 26th of July 2011. The request number is
                              1335487. I was told that someone will call me for cancellation of the
                              cponnection but no one did. I have made atleast 10 calls to your
                              customer care but no one is able to help me. What is worst that they
                              just hang up the phone. Pathetic custome care. Moreover I have
                              received the bill for the last month yestrday. Let me tell you that I
                              have no intention of paying this as I have not used the broadband
                              service. I will not pay for the lethargy and delay on your part. Even
                              today the customr care agent (Samvit) said that someone will be
                              calling us but failed to tell us when. This call was made at
                              approximately 5:30 in the evening.

                                Yesterday i participated in Airtel hfz competition and today when i was tagging friends, a message appeared
                                "We have experienced irregular traffic from this particular account. As a precautionary measure, this account will not be allowed to continue further. If you are the owner of this account and feel that it has been disabled erroneously, please write to us @ hfz_airtel{at}gmail.com"
                                and when i tried to mail them at [protected]@gmail.com it doesn't exists.
                                I m extremely disappointed with this, it doesn't appear as a fair play.

                                Now i am waiting for the result. But its so long i.e. More than 18 days for declaring the result. If this was a new rule so please tell any expecting date for the result. In the starting days of the contest result was declared each week but it could not happened in todays date.
                                If airtel hfz decides that no more result then why they are not confirming that with airtel users? If not then why result not declared yet.

                                  I had raised a cancellation request of Airtel Fixed Line and Broadband on the 22nd of July.
                                  Request number is 1124204. I was informed that the cancellation would be processed within 7 working days. But the issue has not been addressed till date. I had raised a complaint against it and also escalated it twice. I have been forced to call to the customer care many times but to no avail. I am providing the airtel landline number and my personal mobile number here. Expecting a response now at least otherwise it would seem to be one of the worst customer service that I have come through.

                                  Airtel Fixed Line — PHONE NOT WORKING FOR THE LAST TWENTY DAYS

                                  I have Airtel fixed line 42758069 and the same is not working for the last 20 days. I have lodged a personal compliant with Airtel Customer Care Center in Dwarka around 10 days back, but nobody has visited our house to rectify the phone and the phone is still not working. VERY BAD CUSTOMER AFTER SUPPORT. Please rectify the same immediately.

                                  Airtel Broadband — Landline number termination

                                  I called in 9 times between 10 PM to 11 PM on 01/02/2010 regarding a problem that i have been facing since 12 December 2009 but your customer care executives kept on disconnecting the calls and i was not given any solution.

                                  I have been calling since 12th December because i want to terminate my landline number as i am relocated to another city.

                                  After the first call on 12th December 2009 i was promised that my landline connection will be terminated within 3 days. I called after 3 days to check the status. But it was not terminated , I asked about the reason and i was not given any reason and was promised that the landline number will be terminated within next 2 days. I called again and was told that a new plan has been activated on my number , which i was completely unaware of. I told them to terminate the connection and was again promised that it will happen soon. Mid January i recieved a call from your Executive that he is terminating my connection and will also send me a confirmation mail. But he didn't send me any mail and i received another bill on 24th January. I called again and was promised that i will get a positive reply on 29th January 2010 by 3:30 PM. But nobody called. I also told them specifically every time to call me back on my cell number ([protected]) as i am not living in gurgaon. On 29th I talked with Mr Parmender (Supervisor) and he promised that he will personally take care of this issue and will get it resolved by 30th January 2010. But noone called back and my account online status still shows it to be active. Today i called and my call was transferred to Mr Parmender 8 times. He didn't pick the call even once.

                                  Every time i call you people have excuses that the system is down or whatever. I don't understand what you people want.

                                  Atleast one thing is certain, that you don't want to provide solution to your customers. I am deeply disappointed with the level of your services.

                                  I have emailed you many a times but for the last few emails i haven't received any reply.

                                  Till date i have been given with these complaint number

                                  It's been almost a week since I last posted the complaint and more than a week since I last talked to your higher level executive. The executive had promised me to do the cancellation within 2 working days. But I have still not been contacted by your people regarding this issue. Overall it's been more than a month since I first requested for cancellation (I was initially informed that the request would be processed within 7 working days). I am really left embarrassed with calling the customer care executives so many number of times. Whom do I have to contact now? Pathetic!!!

                                  Now I may find myself to be in new trouble. I have not used the connection for the last one month. There was an outstanding amount of Rs. -1212 when the last
                                  bill was generated and I had given the cancellation request before that. So, I had to get a refund of Rs.1212 from airtel. But now it is time for the new bill to be generated. I do not want to lose the money despite not using the connection during this period. I had informed this to your customer care people in the 'n' number of calls I had with them. They even promised to take take care of this and pay me the amount even if the connection is not cancelled. But should I trust them for the kind of responsibility they have shown!!!

                                  I am once again providing the details below. Please let me know if it is ever possible to take care of this request. I have to get this done immediately as I will be relocating in few days.

                                  The worst has happened. As indicated in my previous post that at the end of this month the new bill would be generated and they have charged Rs.1212. This is one month after I raised the request for cancellation. So I am forced to pay this amount without having used the connection for a single moment.

                                  Is this the consequence the customers have to face for relying blindly on a reputed service provider? I have not received a reply for my earlier posts. Expecting one for this atleast.

                                  Thanks for the cancellation. Now there is a new issue which is created by your billing department.
                                  At the time of cancellation there was a refund amount of round about Rs. 1300 from your end. I had provided my contact address and Name to the concerned persons of the billing department. But today I got a call from the billing department saying that my refund request cannot be processed because they do not have my form. I do not understand that if the application form was misplaced by them how can I not receive my refund money or how is it that I am responsible for the form getting misplaced?

                                  I am once again providing the contact address to where the cheque needs to be addressed. Please take care of this concern and please give me an update ASAP as the whole cancellation process itself has got so delayed and so prolonged that I am thoroughly frustrated to deal with a new issue.

                                  WE are very sorry to bring your notice the following :

                                  1. Already i am a customer for Air tel Service: 436-6750 with BB 2mpbs static IP.
                                  2. My request is given on 4th FEB for the another land line.
                                  3. MR. Sarvanan came and taken all the doc with Rs 350/- cheque in favored of Bharti Air tel..
                                  4. On this regards i have booked one feedback and this no: LB20600048.
                                  5. It was addressed by some executive and explained the status.
                                  6.second week again Mr. Saravanan came, explained that we have taken wrong amount and returned the cheque Rs 350 and i was replaced with Rs 250 Cheque.( His Mobile:[protected]his friend Pradeep no:[protected]
                                  7. I have fulfilled the Document requirement with Photos etc.
                                  8. Till date no calls or no response from your side to provide my NEW additional Land line.

I also complained for this many times but the compalints didn`t went through and I was told that some changes in offices are being done. when i directly called for engineer namely Mr. Subhash Yadav and technician namely Sonu they were not able to solve the problem .and now i am charged for that period of time. I even complaint about this but they are not listening to my complaints.
                                    so i beg to say that please do not charge the bill for the whole month my fixed line and broad band.

                                      Just now I posted and I am reposting because I gave wrong company/product name. As my complaint is not on mobile piece, I specified it again. My mobile number [protected], purchased in 2008.
                                      I am receiving sms from numbers ex/[protected] for a friendly chat. When I reply INR 5 is being cut from my talk time. But sad is after some time a failure message isl being communicated. This is quite depressive, as I am loosing freinds.

                                      In July or aug 2010 above service is on for my mobile and a talk time of Re1 per sms is being charged for that. After some time in 2011, these calls were stopped automatically. The above history is started in April2011 and problem as I expressed. I got very good belief on Airtel. Hope this problem may not stand among me and Airtel. I will be thankful if it is resolved.

                                      Thanks of you for your attempt. I reactivated by dialing 54321600 and an sms to that affect is communicated. But, When I reply to sms from no. such as[protected], the story is unchanged. Rs 5 instead of Rs2 or Rs1 per sms is being billed to me saying that message is sent. But at a later hour failure delivery message is communicated. What z the hell in this? Previously without these attempts, I used to enjoy this at the rate of Re1 per sms till i believe, in early months of 2011. Till April, I did not get any message. From April 2011, the above narrated story is happening. What is defect with me? I got a ID alloted. How to use it?
                                      I believe postively you will resolve it. The same I communicated to 121 email also. Your help will make me and mobile together. Else, I am forgetting every day at my home. Obviously callers are very few for me.

                                        Daily rs 5 is getting deducted from my account .
                                        Gamesmania is a dead AIRTEL service with no
                                        Games available.
                                        I have never opened the AIRTEL live site
                                        Don't know who has activated it.

                                        Customer care is not able to unsubscribe it.

                                        I have not been to airtellive since I joined Rs. 98 monthly subscription.
                                        Perhaps, this is a tactic by Airtel to charge for unwanted service.
                                        Customer care at 198 is not listening.
                                        The connection is deliberately discontinued before completion of talk.
                                        I wish to withdraw my subscription service altogether and move to MTNL (Govt. Co.), not prone to any unethical practices.

                                        Rs. 5 is getting deducted from my pre-paid account on 12, 13, 15, 16 June 2011.

                                        The complaint worked. No further sending of GamesMania to my cell phone.

                                        But, Whether the amount unauthorisedly deducted should be with Airtel? Why it is not being credited with my balance, and informed to my number accordingly.

                                        This way of reaction, that too partially on a complaint, seems unjustified as logical ends of justice have not been concluded at your end.

                                        Moreover, I re-registered on Jan. 12, 2011 for NDNC service, after I was duped by your service to know about the status of our current NDNC registration. I was informed that all promotional communications will STOP after 45 days. It is till date that I am receiving regular 8-10 SMSs from commercial establishments for plots, property, incestment, etc.

                                        Would somebody listen or the nuisance will stop only when higher offices like ombudsman TRAI are informed/ approached.

                                        But games mania subscription is still active on my no. and rs 5 has been deducted again
                                        my previous balance was given back to me but subscription is same as i was
