[Resolved] Airtel Broadband — Tariff plan change
I was on a plan of 1499 + taxes for a 512 kbps Internet connection. AIRTEL changed the tariff plan to 1099 and did not notify me at all. They continued charging a higher tariff from me for no extra benefit. My concern is in case a tariff plan is being changed, all customers on the higher tariff need to be brought down to the new revised lower tariff and be notified. This is daylight robbery and I request Legal Action to be taken against AIRTEL Broadband.
