i am losing 10 RS daily since 5 days without any subscription to text based service getting a message for same from 64611010 stating Thanks for using (subscription, Text based services) subscription service on Airtel WAP.You've been charged RS 10.Enter Fun Zone http://iqmobi.com

To inform you that i am ur customer for more than 5 years and this time i am totally disappointed with ur service as this many times my total deduction gone upto Rs.50 even after informing daily to customer care, and surprisingly yester i talked to AMIT PURI staff as customer care on 121 he told me that service is deactivated from ur side send me the confirmation for same thru message but yet the same thing is repeated.kindly do reimburse me the amount as well as deactivate such service which is not subscribed by me at all.hope further u dont de satisfy me which will result in Disconnect o[censored]r service from my side.Awaiting ur reply let me know on my mail id [protected]@yahoo.com

My mobile model is Nokia 6070.

You can deactivation airtel wap:

menu -> Web -> Settings -> Service Inbox Settings -> Service Message -> Select off

I am getting SMS from 64611010 'Thanks for using subscription service on airtel WAP. You've charged Rs10.
I have been charged Rs. 60/- by Airtel's funzone thing; I have spoken to the Airtel customer care - on the first day they said that they'ld refund the money - but next day onwards they have been redirecting my call to a machine and then disconnecting it.

I have written to the Nodal office about this, but no response from them either.

It's such a shame that a company as big Airtel needs to steal money from its customer's accounts in order to sustain its business.

i am the holder of connection from airtel mobile number [protected] and i being being charged rs.10/- per day for the services which i never got activated. i daily receive a message from the company like this "thanks for using (subscription, textbased services)subscription service on Airtel WAP. you'hve been charged Rs.10/-.Enter Fun Zone http.//igmobi.com.
I have five time lodged a complaint on the airtel service number 121 and they assured me that this will be got deactivated within24 hours . but nothing has been done so far. there are number of customer like this being exploited daily. please help us into the matter, thanks
