Few months back I got a message from Airtel that Missed call Alart has been activated in your mobile free of cost for 3 days, but till date it has not been deactivated by Airtel & cutting Rs. 15.00 every month from my connection. My No is [protected]. I requesting to stop such bloody things with customer.

Airtel — Subscription to missed call alert renewed

In an attempt to boost income & be the leader in the telecom sector, Airtel is coming up with innovative idea of looting their customers. In one such even they are every month deducting Rs. 10 under the heads "Subscription to missed call alert renewed" which I'd never ever subscribed to.
There's no system to attend my complaint. There 123 has only balance checking & topup facility.
This is indeed a shame for such a company & in coming days it will pay the price for the same.
I guess once customer faith is lost their income will stop decreasing.
I'm with my family & freinds already started advising people not to take Airtel service nor do I intend to use myself in future.
Also I'm sure despite somany complaints nobody in this company will take any actions.
They are coming out with such inoovative ideas under different heads & deducting money from milions of people thereby generating huge sums & thus robbing the entire nation. Can Authoruty take strict actions like United states of huge penalty or barring it from market?
Last week i received message from Airtel to dial some number so that I can receive a free Missed Call Alert(MCA) for 7 days. I did just that and it was working. But this week, the company sent me another messsage that my MCA service had been renewed and Rs. 15 had been cut from my balance. I am very annoyed and I want to immediateley stop this service. Please help.
try sending STOP to 121 and you'll get all the instructions you need or check this out

I completely agree. They activate Baba Ramdev and combo sports alert on my number and started deducting money, which I never subscribed. When I called them to ask for an explanation they simply said that we recevied request from you and can't do anything and when I tried again they put my number on reject list. What shameless people.
Half of the time their system is down ot they don't have data.
Customer care executives are such pathetic and rude that they just cut your call, rather than giving proper explanation.

I talked to guy named 'IMRAN'. When I asked his full name, he just hang the phone.
Airtel has the most digusting customer care service. everything is disgusting about airtel.
Me, my friends and family are all going to change our service as we are sure airtel never going to improve and take actions against such mannerless executives.

I AM HOLDING A PREPAID AIRTEL CONNECTION FOR THE LAST8 YEARS. I USED TO RECEIVE MISSED CALL ALERTS REGULARLY EVEN THE PHONE SWITCHED OFF OR OUT OF RANGE. FOR THE LAST ONE MONTH I DON'T RECEIVE MISSED CALLS ALERTS BUT THE CALL ALERT SERVICE CHARGE BEING DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT TWICE WITHIN A MONTH.
I REPORTED TO THIS AIRTEL PERSONNEL SEVERAL TIMES BUT THERE WAS NO ACTION TAKEN. MY MOBILE NO IS [protected]. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME.?
