i am using airtel network from last 7 years but from last 1 year getting major network problem in my house i have complained company many times but there is no responce from there side
i have registerd complaint on your complaint registration form before also but i dint get any good responce from copany they just viseted my place and they did not resolve my network problem so please registor my complaint again my mobile no is [protected]

i am dharmender kumar i am using the airtel number [protected] and [protected] both no.is new connection. Out of this I am using [protected] for my use and [protected] for home purpose now I am facing lot of problem due to non availability of network.
When I go to out side from my home location (trans yamuna) my mobile is stop working due to network problem and the massage display on the my mobile screen is Emergency call only .i had make lot of complaints on your customer care and I visited many times in your airtel center but till date I have no received any solution and any information regarding my problem from your side.when I go in airtel center and the executive told to me that I have to purchase a new sim because this sim is not working properly they charged rupees 75 for a new sim. If your sim is not working properly why I afford to pay Rs.75 for new sim instead of you because its your sim fault not mine .my sim is2 months old only . I am purchasing new connection for my benefit only but now I feel that I made a huge mistake by purchasing airtel connection

I observed that your service is very poor and the persons setting in airtel center are careless and bed behave persons. They don’t know the value of customer I am talking about dilshad coloney center,

If you don’t give me solution of my problem I am bound for non payment my bills.

I, RAGHUVEER, ph.no.[protected], have a complaint on poor network of my AIRTEL sim in my residence.I have been using AIRTEL since 2 years.AIRTEL had the best network when I purchased the sim card but now,sorry to say, it is the worst network when compared to other service providers...
I stay at VASAVI NAGAR, RAMANTHAPUR, HYDERABAD and I am a student of Osmania Medical College which is at AFZAL GUNJ...I can find a good network nowhere in the above said areas.Frankly speaking network is very good outside my house and in the terrace...but If I go outside everytime to attend a call or to make a call,then what is the fun in using mobile phones..instead I would have used land line happily sitting at home.Please do not say that there is some problem with my cell phone.Even my brother ([protected]) has the same problem.I request you to consider this as early as possible.

My problem has not been solved yet and you have posted a comment stating that my concern listed on 15th sept has been solved.Thats a blunder.
I, RAGHUVEER, ph.no. [protected], have been giving repeated complaints on the poor network of AIRTEL. I have no patience to type all the details of my complaint again and again.You can better type my ph. no. in google search or in this site to look at my previous complaints.I have been complaining about this worst indoor network since 15th sept.09 but there is absolutely no improvement in the indoor netwrk.There are some rebels in AIRTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM like VIRENDER SINGH who has posted a comment to my previous complaint saying that my problem has been solved but that was a great joke of the year 2009.I stress the statement THE NETWORK WAS THE BEST WHEN I PURCHASED THE SIM 2Yr AGO BUT NOW IT IS THE WORST.I think AIRTEL is indirectly giving a way to other service providers.
I will wait for few more days for an alien to come here to improve my network and I'l change to some other network.Changing the sim is not a big deal.Nowadays buying a sim card is as easier as buying a chocolate.So now Iam left with only one option ie changing the sim and keeping my AIRTEL life time sim card aside in my showcase.
I promise you that this is my last complaint.

i am from kerala, i am using airtel's mobile service. i am getting poor network coverage inside my home. there is full coverage outside . while coming to the interior signal strength weakens.due to this i am unable to make calls from inside.i have complainted several times against this problem. but got the same reply "we will solve it soon" from customer care.

Inspite of my repeated complaints on POOR INDOOR NETWORK since an year,(type my numb in google search or in this site,u can find my previous complaints) ,nobody is there to listen to my complaints.By this I concluded that AIRTEL has successfully FAILED to solve the problems of customers.SHAME ON AIRTEL.The most FUNNY thing is I could not even speak to the customer care because of this weak network.Thanks to the CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM ( Virender Singh,Pankaj Kumar,Kamal Singh) for having a concern on my previous complaints but SORRY to say it was of NO USE..my problem is stil unsolved.

Regarding Airtel Mobile Office, I have given many complaints and feedbacks.

First of all, try to teach the Customer care representatives how to speak with the Customers.
Every time, they are disconnecting the Call while Complaining. Harish, Rajendar..

Never try to cheat the Customer. Without the Customer, airtel will never grow with the advertisements.

Ok I will come to the Complaint.
I bought the New Tamildelhi for and i was used for airtel pepaid conetion for last 5 yaer but last 5 month network was vary poor. i m not talking to under home. talking to out side home. my mibile was also have a change but same problems. i have got 7 contiojn for airtel. same problrms. pls resulution for my complait.

I made the call to the customer care representative, he transferred the call to the technical team. They told the final decision as "We are not able to do anything .

Again I made the call and the person named "Harish" talked with me. I told everyting from the top to bottom, but he disconnected the call. Every body doing like that, always disconnecting the call.

For Example, try to check Vodafone Network. See how they are talking with the Customers. how Nice. Airtel always using the word as "I am sorry. I am sorry". Whats the use in asking Sorry.. There is No use. Take the Action. Dont ask dummy sorries.


Regarding that i given two more complaints. they put my complaint in Dust Bin. (i think).

Poor/No Signals at udyavara area,
We are not getting Mobile network signals of Airtel since 2 year months. We have raised several complaints to the Airtel customer care regarding the issue, but no response we got from them. Infact there are Airtel connections with in the same apartment, and none of them are getting proper signals. It is the situation to stand in the Balcony when we need to talk to any one.
I don't understand, why airtel can't place a booster in our apartment. , I got the call from the customer care, but as per them the tickets were resolved as there is no problem with the signals. But none of the person reached us in the apartment, and we don't know whether they checked the network on the road or with in the apartment.


we desided to close all the airtel connections, if still there is no response from the Airtel about the issue.

Iam Sriram Pakkala,the resident of Karnoor,which is in Nettanige Mudnoor village of Puttur Taluk,Dakshina Kannada District of Karnataka.My problem is regarding the very Weak Signal from our Airtel tower.The tower that iam mentioning has been erected by GTL Ltd,around 4 years back.It was working fine ever since its installation till 4 months back as it had a good network coverage for around 3-4 km radius.But since last 3-4 months the signal has reduced vastly that even at a distance of 500mtrs from the tower we get not reachable replies from Airtel side.This has affected a lot in day-to- day activities of the local residents who are dependent on this tower.There are approx. more than thousand users around this area who are entirely dependent on this tower.As this area is located in the border of Kerala state,due to roaming problems people here are unable to use any other network services.We have complained regarding this to all regional Airtel authorities of Puttur Taluk.But sad part is that no action has been taken regarding this issue. So I kindly request you to set right my problem as soon as possible as it is affecting our daily business very much.
