Airtel — charged me even though the connection was not active

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using Airtel boradband connection. It was inactive since febraury 2013. I moved to new location within the city and asked them to cancel the connection. They said they will shift the connection. i said ok for that. However they said that it is not possible to give the connection in new location due to port issue. Since then they kept on dragging the issue and never gave the connection in my new location. But for this period they charged me the regular amount. It is INR. 1092.72.

Now they complained in Delhi court it seems. And all of a sudden one lawyer called from delhi court and told that if dont make the payment by tody afternoon i will be charged INR. 22000/-. With the fear i paid INR. 1092.72

Now i want to fight in consumer court. I need justice.
