Airtel Communication — mis behave of customer officer of airtel communication in UP WEST
Dear Sir,I m zainul obedeen from moradabad. this is inform to you that i m very absad of Pankaj who is customer care officer of Bharti Airtel in UP West. I was called regarding my mobile bill as a late fee but he asked me that u tell me jenuen reason so i asked him. but he tell me you are talking OF rubbish & cut off the call.

Sir,My name is t.vigneshwaran my mobile number is [protected].i got 4 airtel postpaid connection on behalf of my company.afer i submitting all document where im using my number for the past one and half month,i got my bill for payment.i have paid all the bills before due date.next day while im returning from my office,i got a call by just passing in front of airtel office.suddenly my line was disconnected.when i contacted that airtel customer care outlet.they made me to wait nearly one and half hours.later they came and replied now our office time is closed.so u wait untill tomorrow afternoon.The government should take all necessary action on this service provider,where they are marketing through many media to cheat all indians, only for the purpose of earning money.not to provide genuine customer service.airtel communication — balanced detection

airtel communication — fake charged for video vogue
dear sir, i am minu patel using airtel number with BAPS services. i have diactivated my internet sevices on 3rd july but airtel helper from branch of (goregaon west),what done dont know...my internet was not cancelled and it was charge again and again Namaste Mr.Walke,

Airtel Communication — permanent deactivation of prepaid mobile 9958872964
1 I am serving Army Officer, staying Government allotted house in Delhi Cantt.During the month of Nov 2008, I took a new Prepaid Mobile connection No [protected], through Standard Communication, Gopinath Bazar Delhi Cantt.I has submitted required application along with documents like, Photoidentity(Xerox driving licence), Residence proof (xerox MTNL telephone bill), PAN card and the photograph.2 To my surprise, outgoing calls were stopped during mid Dec 08, demanding again the set of documents given above. On enquiry i was told that the documents are being asked due to security reasons.
3 On 30 dec 2008, required application alongh with documents stated above were submitted through Standard communication and was assured that that services will be restored within next 48 hours.( Your sale Executive Mr Nitin (holding Mob No [protected]) is responsible for collecting and submission of the documents from your vendor Standard Communication, Gopinath Bazar, Delhi Cantt.
4 Services were never restored, rather permanently disconnected wef 05 dec 2008, Mr Nitin claimed that he had submitted my documents to the assigned office on 31 Dec 2008. The Phone was fully charged with adequate prepaidamount.
5 I would request you to forward my complaint to your CMD so that he should know that your services are deteriorating and I find MTNL/BSNL better in their Customercare.
6 I would request you to look into the case and ensure that the services discontinued due to callous attitude/approach of your statff, because they never took pain to verify my address. please depute some responsible person to verify the address, after 2PM on working days as house is closed upto 2 PM, my wife being away on her school.
7 I am hurt because I have undergone lot of harrassment due deficincy in services of the airtel. I expect suitable action erring staff and reply on action taken.
