[Resolved] Airtel Digital TV — All channels are blocked-reg | |||
Respected sir , I am K.Manikandan from Chettiyandhal village polur taluk, Thiruvannamali (dist). I bought an airtel digital TV three years ago.My airtel digital TV account number is [protected].The problem is I am not any channel since three months and I have been complaining the same to the concern person more than 100 times since I got the problem but still I am unable to get the channels and not even proper response from the concern company, recently they asked me to recharge my account to get the channels and I did it for Rs.200 but the money got over from my account and I am not getting channels, regarding this also I complained to the concern company but still no response. so here I am requesting you to please take this as my complaint against the company and do the needful. there is going to be no response from airtel dth you will have to file case in consumer court in following format I too had the same problem and am filing the case shortly my cus id is [protected] and my no is [protected] call me and take help free of cost .

AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — service blocked
I am air tel digital TV customer. my disk service discontinued today and disturbance since 15 days. I contact to customer care 12150 but they arenot responding and say to change company.What can I do ? with in two month I will paid twice to attend charge Rs 100 and 150. please give fact suggestion.
write to c.care mail-id. with the reply file fir u/s 420 and consumer-court for deficiency.
My cus id [protected].Have been using for last 3 years.I would not recommend this to any one.These people add or delete channels from their pack without letting the customer know.From the begning of the month they have taken off the star cricket and espn from the southern pack because they know that there is demand for the cricket matches between India and England.They move this out so that people will pay extra to watch cricket. This is absolute cheating.We are trapped with their dish and set top box. This has to be brought to the consumer complaint foroum. Their customer service is useless. You either do not get connected and if by chance you get through, the reps are not aware/trained. Please beware and never opt for this. I used to have tata sky earlier and their customer service was also really bad. But apperently they have realized their flaws and corrected (this is what I hear). Airtel will also learn the lessons once customer's decide to move. We really need to teach these people a lesson.

Airtel DTH — all channels are blocked
Dear Sir,I purchased a airtel digital tv on 15 june 2009. I got 3 months subscription free with this package.I opted for Mega pack. My customer ID is [protected]. After three months i continued same package. Five days back all channels were blocked due to insufficient money in my account.I recharged my account via coupons the same day. But all channels remains blocked. Next day i requested customer care executive to change my plan to New value pack. |He gave me complain no 1306133. After that i talked to them (Customer Care) several time, then again they gave me complaint no 1320398. The situation is the same. All channels are blocked after five days. What should i do for this. Every time new person pickup the phone and i have to tell him/her the same story again.
