I first of all would like to thank you for taking quick actions as i'd posted a complaint some days before..
The very next day i received a call from the Airtel people but when we went there the people concerned said he will not be able to give us the connection as he need to install another DP to give connection u take your money back, when i said i dont need the money but want the connection as soon as possible as i m in need of it, the person said pay me 4000/- for the new DP or get the permission from the corporation..
When i said this is not the way to speak to your customer he said u should have not posted a complaint against us.. I said i'll go to consumer court the person over there responed in a harsh way saying "Lets See"

AIRTEL BROADBAND CONNECTION-PLAN 499 — BROADBAND NOT WORKING

Internet not working and tried calling customer care of AIRTEL.Dialing to Customer care involves various processes of dialing 1 and 2's.. but atlast when its connecting to customer care representative line gets disconnected and this is creating discomfort to customers.

    Hello ,

    I have an existing complaint number logged for Airtel Signal problem. The complaint number is 30958791 . The complaint was logged on 16th Feb and it was told that the issue will be resolved by 24th Feb . I spoke to the customer care and they mentioned that the network team is still working on it and it will take close to 3 months to resolve this issue as there will be need to install some sort of a signal Booster . The signal is fine outside the apartment but there is no signal inside my apprtment . I reside in Whisper valley Rajeev gandi nagar Bachupally hydbad. Please help me out in this regard

    Hi Biswnath,

    I was the first who occupied the flat in Whisper Valley on 2nd October 2008, I have logged a complain in Airtel about the signal and that time they assured that it will be fixed in 3 months, i came to Canada on May 2009 but till that time airtel could not fix that problem,

    I do not know what airtel people want to fix this problem of signal...

      Please refer the bill no[protected] dated 18/Jan/2010
      1) TOTAL USAGE OF DSL AS PER BI LLD TOTAL 197376 KB
      as per my bill plan dsl rate is one rupee (Rs1/-) per MB
      197376/1024*1/- = 192.75 ware it is charged 192.89
      2) First usage of 17/12/09 is [protected]@ 1/- per MB will come 8.53808paisa and nearest digit to round off this will come Rs 8.54 but it is billed 8.55 paisa
      3) 31.12.09 usage is 4906kb will come 4.79101 paisa and nearest digit tio round is 4.79 paisa but it is charged 4.80
      same is confirmed by your Bangalore local billing team senior staff miss Bhawani P there is some error, apart form bhawni Mr Bhargev from call center supervisor is conformed and i placed the request to audit call, third time Mr Anthony from call center is also confirmed there is discrepancy
      And in this regard i asked the written conformation of error and also informed to rework of all my old bill but your people is not giving the same after calling so many time to

      ex. when Bharti is launched hello tune in the first month it is cahrged whole month chrge for the period of 5 days and 10 days also as per billing cycle saying this is not charged on prorate basis even the product is launched just 10 days before the billing cycle,
      About the perlal ringing your call center executive is confirm this products is life time with 49/- monthly rental and know this product is not removed and that also without information to customer.
      some time customers awareness is effects to some people performance record and in this practice we are getting threat from various people from airtel and some time it is informed to you in writing, even after informing to you your people is not taken any action against the Bharti staff and due to that i have suffers of injury,Still getting threat from your team is not stopped
      delaying to resolve issue is adding more cost and tence on both side

      Airtel — Threat of my ID being used by others

      Dear Respected Whoem ever concerned,

      Please kindly help me out.

      I have submitted my ID proofs to the Airtel guy who came to my house few months back.
      But now they are saying that ID proofs are not up to the standard of Indian Govt policy and hence my airtel connection has been disconnected(No services are provided).

      Resubmitting ID proofs are not my problem, but if my ID proofs has been used by any anti social element.
      Then what would be the conciquences. Who is responsible for that.

      Please kindly do the needful thing.

        Respected Sir,
        I am a mobile reailer in Denkanikotta its near Hosur in Tamilnadu state my airtel distributer is really a waste distributer airtel is a very good company for its costumers and provides a good service but the present distributer in our area is not fit for his given work all the mobile retailers in our area is vexed on airtel, when ever our disributer is questioned on anything he blames company officers he take more than one week to transfer money in our easy recharge account and he takes much time in days to submit the new costumers fourms and proof.
        I have one easy sim and from past one week i couldn recharge to any customers because our distributer has not transfered money in our easy recharge account and our distributer says that his MAT sim has problem K , i accept but he got a new MAT sim before five days but he never gives response to our complaints and retailers he concentrats on his other works.I buyed one more new easy sim befor two months but yet i dint get my MPIN . Many of our regular customers have shifted to other networks because they get their prepaid balance in time and their activation also takes place in time so we retailers request u to take steps immediately .

        There is no offers on airtel...on my aircel network i got lacal mobiles 10p/m and local aircel to aircel free...i want offers like that on my airtel number..[protected]
        Airtel is the worst telecom company in india I personally prefer jio airtel loot customers so I am porting to reliance I face so much difficulty in recharge of 349 they give 2 gb data instead of 1gb per day very fake everything is fake in airtel no customer care is responding very very pathetic Vodafone idea be in the path of airtel so more money idea Vodafone airtel worst network in india

          We are living at C-1 G R Complex Building at Masq Street, Saidapet, Chennai-15

          We are interested to park our vehicles at our residential entrance gate

          Airtel broadband people have errected a Piller Bearing No. WSP 1102 in frent of our residencial Enterance gate and causing us the problem of parking our vehicles in and arround our residence

          For the above lesions we have made the following complaint to the Airtel authorities but no action have been taken by the Airtel

            i have aAirtel Demo Number & i want to change my teritory from Andheri Mumbai to Borivali Mumbai
            I Have talk to my old T.M. & he has done all the formalities but From Borivali TM their is no responce & his mobile number is always SWITCHED OFF for this reason i want to discontinue my recharge business from AIRTEL & my Demo No. is[protected] & MY T.M. No. is[protected] which is always SWITCHED OFF. How can this type of TM become a good TM, even my distributor is indirectly asking Rs. 1000/- ( One Thousand ) for changing my Teritory otherwise he is refuse to change my terittory
            so anyone who is responcible in AIRTEL who can help to solw my promble then for me happy news if not then all AIRTEL TEAM is same as my T.M.

            Airtel — against distributer & Tm

            Dear Sir

            Its Ubed Khan here, retailer based in Dist. Tonk
            I do have my retail shop at tonk center name Shiree Mobile Cafe.

            Your Tonk Distributer (Manisha Traders) has withdrawn my lapu sim services and new activation service for last month. Now I can not recharge nor I can sell a new airtel sim.

            I requested to TM Mr. Rajesh to solve the problem, but I do not get any satisfactory answer till yet.

            Now its a humble request to you please reactivate my all services.

              Dear Sir,
              This is very unfortunate to inform you that Airtel customer care & engineers are very unprofessional. I have Airteldth (set top box) which I installed at Bhubaneswar last year. Last year November I re-installed it to Kolkata along with new form fill up (new address, phone no.) which was done by your engineers. I recharged my voucher on 21st of this month at 9.45 pm since my connection was discontinued due to zero balance. Then I noticed that a massage “ signal loss” & “ error code B001” were coming to my TV. I called to your customer care (complain No :2086205) , they said that engineer would be there by 10am on 22nd. Next day after waiting till 12.15 pm I called again, got response that visit had been extended till 1.30pm. At 7.30 again I called them due to no visit, I had been told from your customer care that Engineer sent them a report saying wrong mob no & address. I confirmed them my new address (Kolkata) & also remind them not to send complain details to my old address(Bhubaneswar). I got a new complain no[protected]. Mean while I got a call from Bhubaneswar Engineer to know my address. Again I called to customer care & told don’t send this new complain to Bhubaneswar since I got a call from Bhubaneswar against old complain No. They again verified my new contacts and assured me that on 23rd(today) by 10 am engineer will come without fail. Today whole day have gone, nobody have come yet. When I called in evening they said engineer report was wrong no & wrong address. I got so frustrated and ask the person to confirm the address & I got so irritated when I heard that last complain was lodged on Bhubaneswar address again. This is extremely unprofessional behavior which I ever heard or ever experienced before. Every person have their own time value. So please keep some professional guys , I don’t know your system, why can’t they delete or deactivate my old address or no !!!!! My new complain no is 2097771.
              I am giving my connection details further with my correct mob no since I am not going to screw my time to customer care anymore rather will may think to change connection for better service.

              Airtel DTH (Set Top Box) — Worst service

              Hi, this is balaji...We have been a airtel DTH customer for the past 4 months....Recenlty we had a problem in airtel DTH display...There was an error showing in the display...So, we have a contact numbers where the persons came for installation...We tried to call them and we got a damn worst reply from them...One guy not at all lift my call after seeing the number and the another guy lifted and said that he will come at 8:00...We were waiting up to 11, but he didnt come and finally those both guys switched off...Very worst reply never i have seen in airtel..

              I need a severe action to take against those two guys.... I can proceed their numbers here.... [protected] and [protected]

              I need a severe action, otherwise i can raise action in next way.....
              i will purchase dish tv connection in October month but the set of box not working.please exchange

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I am highly disappointed by the way Airtel has treated me in the past. Here are the issues and I would appreciate if they are solved as soon as possible since it is creating a lot of problems to me.

                1. Airtel has discontinued and disconnected my number [protected] in a week’s time whereas as per the rules at least a month waiting time is required.
                2. Airtel had all my documents cause I had submitted to them when I had taken the card and I have two numbers in my name ([protected] and [protected]) and yet just for selling this premium number airtel has discontinued and disconnected my number in a week time and are now asking me to buy the same number from the airtel galary.

                  Dear Airtel,

                  I have received a message again today that "MCA service has been activated on my mobile and Rs15 got deducted from me.The same thing is happening from 3 months and every month i am calling customer care,then they resend my money back.I asked them to totally deactivate this service on my mobile,but that has not been done yet.What is problem the to deactivate it?Even now i have called customer care twice,both told me they were transferring my cal to some senior executive,but i waited for 3 min for the first time and no one attended.For the second time,after 1 min the call got disconnected.Are your senior executives sleeping in the day time???
                  The second time i called the customer care,the guy told some jokes service was activated on my mobile...What the hell?
                  When are you going to solve my problem???I dont want any MCA service or something on my mobile...

                  3months before i have called nearly 10times for the GPRS settings,not even one has sent me those till date.If you are so useless,better put your company in some safe hands...Donot irritate customers this way...and stop behaving so cheap...

                    Hi,i got Sim Refresing problem,and i tried to resolve it with airtel but they force me to purchase new sim,i m purchasing new sim second time,and if i got same problem in next sim then how many sim i have to purchase i ask them,but they told me that,its only way to resolve this problem.so they are collecting money from peoples,using this type of services,its clearly problem of sim and i m ready to give my sim for verification but they not giving me satisfactory answer,they just told me that its nominal fees(Rs.25/- only) to purchase new sim.its clealry problem of sim then each time why should i suffrer due their bad service.i tried to resolve this propblem with their (121) customer case service many times,their relationship centers 3 times,and their mail compnaint service on ([protected]@airtelindia.com) their mail id.but all just force me to purchase new sim.i can pay Rs.25/- its nominal for me,but its not an solution and they not giving warranty or gurranty for their sim.if next sim got same problem then again i have to purchase new sim and it will be continue infinity.so now i tired and i contact your consumer complaints.so please do needfull.

                    Airtel (Mobile Service) — world cup scores sms scheme started without approval

                    My father no. is [protected](airtel)and there is a big issue with the sms alert regarding world cup score provide by airtel and i don,t knw how they activate this scheme without our approval. we had already complaint airtel customer compalint no. so many times that please cancel this scheme for mentioned no.[protected].so plz do needful and cancelled this schemes.

                      i lost my mobile yesterday , so i immediately block my sim card so that another prson should not use it. i call customer care to block my no. He immediately block my no.
                      On the same day when i reach customer care of airtel to take duplicate sim of same no..the person says its not your no.and it is registered on some other person name. (muslim lady) .
                      I am using this no. from last one and half year i dont know how come the no. is registered on another person name. it must be their system fault , which they are not ready to acccept.
                      I am applying for job , and i have given this no. to so many corporate people . so i need this no immediately
                      PLEASE HELP ME IN THIS MATTER................

                        I have been using set up box of Airtel and in our company also we have taken corporate connection of Airtel. But i m very surprised that why you people are unable to provide the PEACE CHANNEL. Have you any problem to provide this channel. Kindly let us know. If you will do this type of things then how we customer will use your set up box. We are waiting for few months for PEACE CHANNEL. If you will be unable to provide this channel then I will change this set top box within 1 to 2 months.                         The DTH providers will not provide Islamic Channels as most of them are infested with RSS and Sangh Parivar who thinks that by banning Islamic channels they can stop the spreading of truth. Dear Muslims, please boycott all DTH providers and let them know that we make a big chunk of their business. They will get to their senses when it hurts their pockets.
                        India's only Muslim TV channel banned on DTH service

                        Calicut (Sep 28, 2009) Peace TV, India's only Islamic Television channel reportedly being banned from broadcasting through DTH (Direct to Home) providers in the country. Website of Consumer Welfare Society, Delhi is swamped with complaints against the media ban. According to the response received from various DTH providers in the country, PEACE TV has been removed from their broad casting list. Cable Television Network Rule 6 (6) says a channel can't up link from or downlink into India unless it's registered with the I&B Ministry. But despite being not registered and not possessing a valid licence, the 24-hour Peace TV, popular in many Muslim pockets across India, has been operating for the last three years. Peace TV is promoted by The Islamic Research Foundation (IRF), Mumbai, a registered non -profit charitable trust which was established in 1991. The channel never had a history of airing explicit or violent content except religious talks or sessions based on comparative religious studies. The channel is guided by a medical doctor and Indian citizen, Dr. Zakir Naik, an internationally respected scholar.

                        Naik, however, maintained that he didn't own Peace TV. "The owner is a Dubai-based company and it applied for registration months ago. But the ministry hasn't issued it a certificate yet, " he said, refusing to divulge the identity or the contacts of Peace TV's Dubai-based "owner". Naik's Interfaith Dialogue with prominent Hindu Guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar on the topic ‘The Concept of God in Hinduism and Islam in the light of Sacred Scriptures’ held at Palace Grounds, Bangalore, on 21st Jan. 2006, was highly appreciated by people of both the faiths.

                        In the special list of the “Top 10 Spiritual Gurus of India” by Indian Express News Paper, Dr. Zakir Naik was ranked No. 3, after Baba Ramdev and Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, being the only Muslim in the list. Dr. Zakir Naik appears regularly on many international T.V. Channels in more than 200 countries of the world.

                        Some cable operators, who earlier showed Peace TV, have stopped beaming it. Hathway, one of the major cable operators which provides services in many parts of the Mumbai city, has pulled the plug on the channel.

                        Hindutva fascism spread so much poison in our society by spreading hatred through media and by aligning with their favourable media czars like Rupert Murdoch. It seems to be the interests of sangh parivar groups are more behind the unofficial ban on the one and only Muslim religious TV channel in the country. On Sep 23, J Gopikrishnan of The Pioneer, a sangh favoured media, wrote an article demanding police action against DTH providers who downlink Islamic TV channles like Peace TV, ARY Q TV, TV Maldives, Saudi TV. Rupert Murdoch's Star News happily beams the stories about the evidence of existence of Ravana's air-craft repair centre in Sri Lanka, and mythology has gained more credence than science in our age, the era of the death of rationalism. Press freedom of multi-culturalism has to confront the media discourse of Hindutva at many levels. It is not absent mindedness of Atal Behari Vajpayee, who appointed three stalwarts of Hindutva as Ministers of Home, Education and Information and Broadcasting. While the Vajpayee coalition government does not have any success story, L. K. Advani, Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi and Sushma Swaraj actively, and aggressively, pursued the Hindutva agenda in these ministries.

                        Advani's legacy at Information and Broadcasting made 'religion' as big business in India and the recent visual media explosion has seen a flurry of “religious” TV channels take to the air, broadcasting prayers, congregations, faith messages, feel-good speeches, question and answer sessions, astrological predictions, etc.

                        The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting given permission to 454 channels for downlinking in India which includes 18 Christian evangelical channels. The evangelical TV channel of Pat Robertson, who publicly called for the assassination of Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez also downlinked and broadcasted by India's DTH providers.

                        There is also flourishing media institution which can be called evangelical Hinduism. Hindu TV evangelists include living gods like Swami Ramdev, Amma, Sathya Sai Baba, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and many others. They are the Pat Robertsons and Billy Grahams of modern Hinduism.

                        In Nov 2008, the telecom regulatory authority of India (TRAI), in a recommendation to the Centre, has suggested that religious bodies should be barred from owning television stations or having any role in distributing them. News reports quote TRAI as saying that where permission has been given, they should be phased out slowly: “Such a rule would be in tune with the secular nature of our constitution.”

                        In a nation where faith is such an integral part of even governmental functions, is what we watch any business of the State? Is it a needless intrusion in our lives? An outright ‘ban’ is not the way a democracy should work. If a particular TV channel is actually fomenting and spreading hatred, that channel should be banned at once. Is it fair to ban only a channel belongs to a well respected Muslim religious scholar in a secular republic like India?

                        I have paid for economic sports plan and that includes peace of mind tv channel but this airtel tv doesn't provide that channel after getting payment... Along with this many other channels of which I have paid I can't see on my settop box. And fool peoplefrom customer care says that engineer will come and I will have to pay for the problem which is not caused by me. These airtel people make us fool by stopping the channels from our pack and tell us to pay again for the same channel.

                        we regularly see the channel of' peace of mind' at no 686 and disha satsang channel at 689. on complaint, the executive said on different dates to lodge the complaint and engineer will visit the house to rectify the error after getting Rs. 150/ as visiting charges. One executive said, "There is some technical fault, in Haryana, and would be settled within three days.what is this in so reputed Airtel services ?. Could the authorities provide the right message through mobile.

                          This is the complain regarding the Internet spped with the AIRTEL USB data card, I have complained for this also, but i am still getting the same complain. Even i was told that some executive will be visiting at your place where you use it generally to check signal. But what is the use of this.

                          I have adopted most expensive plan which is 1103/- unlimited , but it is all wastage of money.

                          Could you please help me out in this matter ?

                            This is My concern regarding Your Sales Department and Your Coustomer Care Department.

                            On 10th Feb 2010 My Father Received a call from Your Sales department(female) asking about Me that Is I m talking to Mr Gaurav.(on Cell no.[protected]) this Is my Father Phone which is Registered with Airtel Digital TV.My father replied that he is not at Home then she replied then why You Pick the Phone and my father Disconnected call then.Later When I came Home in the Evening I realised that Some channels are not coming( I think Might be a Technical Problem becoz of Sealing Process of Towers going on ).On 11th feb the Problem still continue then I called Your Customer Care Department and have word with Mr.Shekhar(Team Leader out with Airtel Digital Tv).He marked My complain and Give me a complaint ID.1921434.My Plan
                            was changed from Rs.250 to Rs.165.(Channels not coming in new Rs.165 Plan Like Bindaas,MTV,Cartoonnetwork...,etc).I wait Till 13th Feb 2010 till Evening.Then I called them in the Evening When My Problem was not Resolved I again Have word with Mr.Shekhar N reply was Obvious that I Plan can'nt change Your Plan becoz it is not available any More.I tried to convenience give some discount or something as it was not mine Mistake.I Never Requested for any Plan change N non of my Family Member because they dont have any Knowlede about Airtel Digital TV services or anything.Even You can check my Past Phone Call records that I Ever forward any request for Plan change.

                            Now my concern Is that Is the way Your sales department Works or is this the way Coustomer Service deals When I told him I m going to Mark a mail to Your Senior Person he say ok Fine Sir You Can Mail I can't help You,do what ever You Like.He was asking me to Pay Rs.360 Per month for the same channels which I was getting in Rs.250.


                            Is I am that that I would Pay More for the channels that I was Enjoying in Rs.250.

                                I had subscribed to Airtel USB modem - Data Card. there i was given 1GB/month for Rs 599. i was assured a speed of around 240Kb/s. i hardly get speed of 100kb/s. after i got my bill, i was shocked to see.the bill was huge. this is because, ther is a minimum usage of 1MB every time i login/connect.meaning that even if i connect, but don't use, it will be considered 1MB, and if i use more than 1 mb, the count will be considered rounded upto the next level, meaning that if i use 1500KB, it will be taken as 2mb, if i use 10.5mb, it will be taken as 11mb, if i use 9kb, it will be taken as 1mb.
                                i was NEVER informed about this sort of billing plan.
                                moreover, one can know about his/her account usage only after he/she gets the bill.

                                  I HAD booked a complain to AIRTEL nodal officer as follows:


                                  I have three Airtel mobile connection nos. [protected] [protected] [protected] under Airtel GNFC CUG plan [For GNFC - BHARUCH employee].

                                  Regret to inform you that since last six months there is huge increase in drop calls connectivity failure problems faced by me and other Airtel connection users in GNFC area. My complain of[protected] is still pending as per customer care centre. Some time call can not be connected some time call auto disconnect after connecting for few seconds some time caller voice could not reached to receiver some time receiver voice could not hear by caller. Even call can not be completed while talking to customer care on 121. This happens for @ 6~7 out of 10 calls received or dialed. Even I am also aGPRS user and its connectivity is not available many a time during peak requirement.

                                  My new complain is F[protected] dated 02 02 2010.

                                  I have got checked my mobile instruments also and no discrepancy found in it. It works fine without any problem with other mobile service provider¿s connection.

                                  I came to know from my friends in GNFC they are also facing above problems in Airtel GNFC CUG plan connection.

                                  Frequent disconnection of call while talking leaves wrong impression as I intentionally disconnect call with person with whom I am talking and put me in awkward situation. Therefore I hereby request you to look into matter seriously and resolve the problem at the earliest under intimation to me within week time; otherwise I will be compelled to change the mobile service provider.

                                  Hope that you will understand gravity seriousness of above problem and take suitable prompt effective action in the matter under intimation to me.

                                  email connection is not availble.several complaints were given over phone.The response from mobile is not audible and not very positive.catalog updates failed., no connection networks, packet data not available etc are the messages coming while trying for web and other facilities.

                                  Airtel — non availability of network range

                                  I had purchased a sim bearing number [protected] from airtel in SEPTEMBER 2007
                                  There was a problem in the network range of my mobile in my house. There used to be no network/very less network range when I used to be in my house (KALYANINAGAR-KUMARCITY, PUNE)
                                  I used to forward my complains to the customer care regularly but they instead blamed my handset which was in perfect working condition. I thereafter also tried with some other handsets but to no avail.
                                  The complain was never solved.Finally I had to give up and throw away my sim card and get a new idea number
                                  The idea of this complaint is an awareness which i want to generate in the readers.

                                    i am working in Satyam Computers Bangalore. Airtel is selling CUG postpaid connection for Satyam corporate. i purchased [protected]@199 lan from airtel office, JAYDEVA FLYOVER, BANGALORE and the sales guy is venkat (mob: [protected]). He took 300Rs from me and did not give Consmer slip; and promised to get the sim activatedwithin 4 hrs. Today is 14th december and SIM hasn't been activated yet.

                                    I have been calling this guy but he always says it would be activated. Some times he says it is sim problem, next time he says it is number problem. Having been exhausted from his false promise, i raised concern in Airtel customer care on 12th decemberbut still they could not resolve my problem.

                                    I has been my horrible experience with Airtel. Theit Sales team and Customer Care team seems to be vey pathetic
                                    i bought airtel sim from airtel dealer situated near jyoti chowk that is can and cable from the girl named poonam she overeacted and didnt activate my sim for 72 hours im sufferinf from so many problems jst because of that girl i want strict action against her

                                      Sir my name is senthil i took air tel connection before one month they got the deposit off Rs:4000 from me still now i dint get the connection and if i ake the deposit money . The way off feed back is not good they are not picking the call . i want my deposit money off Rs:4000+connection charge of Rs:500 . kindly help me out .

                                        The Airtel Customer Service is now moving towards decling side. I belive the Airtel is one of the Worst Service Provider in the market now, and now the time is here from where the company if not wake-up will loose it customers speedly.

                                        Hell to the Company.
                                        Dear uncle, please send a message START DND to the number 1909. It is the national Do Not Call registry. It is with the government and these private companies are anwerable to TRAI. Keep track of it using the number that you will get as reply. You can take it up to top level in TRAI.
                                        My Airtel Prepaid Connection Number is [protected] from Orissa.. Last month while browsing a sms from 54321, Airtel TV was activated. OK. Next week I made call to 121 and requested for deactivating. They noted the complaint and assured to deactivate within 5 days. Nothing had happened. Next Saturday again my account was debited with Rs.40/- Again I called 121, and got same assurance. Again same failure and my account was debited with Rs.40 again. Third week also same scene.
                                        What to do? whom to contact? Can I proceed again Airtel in Consumer Court. Please help My email is [protected]@rediffmail.com
