[Resolved]  Airtel Digital TV — Setup box

Sir, i am ravi ranjan kumar, having an airtel digital Tv. (cust. id: [protected]) i had made complaint in customer care on dated 08th aug. 2010 about digital tv, i was getting problem in video. error code 2. But customer care has not responded till September. My account was recharged upto sept. 2010.
In Oct. 2010 (not exactly i have remembered) customer care had made a call to me that your account is in negative, so recharge it, i[censored] will not be recharged it then your account will be suspended.
I had made a recharged for only for account in positive.
Till Today Noon 15th April 2011, i have got so many call about recharging the account. but i had told to every time that if my video problem error code 2 shall be solved then i will recharge it.

In evening one person from Airtel Digital TV came, after checking he says your setup box is dead.
I was socked, i made a call to customer care. Customer care replied that if your setup box is dead then change it & pay money of new Setup Box.
I said that i had made complaint in Aug 2010,
your person comes on 15th April 2011.
I had purchased this in Oct. 2009 & compliant in Aug. 2010. so this is not my mistake if your person comes in April 2011. Hence it (New Setup Box) should be paid by Airtel Side.
Please help me.

I have taken a digital tv from airtel for past two days am not viewing the channels due to some technical difficult I have booked a complaint on 28.5.09 No.734831 till now 4 p.m. of 29.05.09 no body has come and solve my problem what can i do with this digital TV

With sorry, I would like to say that I have purchased DTH from a shop of West siang (Along) Arunachal Pradesh on dated18-07-09 naming a shop M/S KIMPA ELECTRONICS, KARBAK LINE, NEW MARKET, ALONG. Right from the beginning, there is techanecial problem in set- up box. It becomes off time to time after writing some comments like"THIS CARD IS NOT VIEWING BHARTI T.V", and many more for short span of time which could not read.Then, I made complain to DTH authority complain ref.no- [protected] &[protected], coplain no., -99416.Then, it was suggested that contact ur dealer and I did the same.The shopkepper says that there is no any problem while box is on the shop. I have sent it thrice to the shopkeeper.But, the proble is same. Sir, I have paid money of worth- 2750/- for this headache. Now, I have become fedup. So, u r requested to take appropriate action so that I could have pleasent watching and investment if money become fruitful.

Respected sir, I have purchased Airtel digital TV 5 months before and the setup box of which restarts some time and when i again recharged with Rs. 250/- with new voucher this problem occured frequently I complaint regarding this on dated 20/09/09 and the follow up by airtel dth people after 15 days after making again and again complaint. I tired of this digital Tv. At present power is not coming in digital Tv set up box I complaint again on dated 23/10/2009 till now no follow up has been taken. please sir help me, we are not watching digital tv but the amount of deduction from my voucher is daily taking place, now amount is remaining only 70.49 in my account they are not reversing it back help me.

no response in my complaint on 10/01/2010 this is not one time. fourth time complain at picture clearty no solve any comlaint.
