Airtel Digital TV — Non functioning of Airtel Dish tv | |||
We are using Airtel digital TV and the same developed some problems due to which we were unable to get very clear reception. On bringing this to the notice of Airtel, their technician came and rectified the problem and also convinced us to go for the 1 year package, which we readily did. Unfortunately the next day, the digital tv would not start working when I needed the same very urgently as I wanted to prepare a news item for my daughter depending on the late evening news. I tried calling the concerned people but all in vain..each one had an excuse for not coming to rectify the problem. Finally I called the landline number here i.e.[protected] wherein I was told that they would try to get someone and if possible they would call back. After sometime I got a call form [protected] and the lady speaking told me that it wont be possible to send anyone at the moment. I told her that it was urgent and that was the reason that I got it recharged the previous day, but she said it was just not possible. When I told her that I would go to the higher ups in the case, she readily told me to go to any consumer site and register the complaint as it wont matter to them.Look at the audacity of your person to talk to a customer. Is this the way a consumer is treated after purchasing goods from your company Airtel? You religiously send reminders to recharge the set top box, but at the sametime shouldn't you also maintain customer relations? Was this information helpful? | |||

I requested to relocate my digital tv & connect with Airtel customer care on dated 23rd Oct 11 with requested no 12928400 after that i requested four or five time but still i don't yet change either not visit any call form Airtel to close my request ,kindly help me out
