[Resolved]  Airtel Dish TV — poor signal service

My Customer ID is [protected]. The poor service of *Airtel Dish Tv*. My connection is not working for last week. I have registered complaint . customer care executive told that representative will come .why should we pay for the poor service I din't understand what kind of repair they are doing.

Dish TV — Poor Service, No Signal

I have been having problems with my set box box and viewing card all of a sudden. Dish customer care tells me to change the STB and VC, very funny. plus suddenly there's no signal. in a nutshell for the past two weeks i get to see the TV sometimes only and other times it behaves the way it wants to. besides i have already shelled out enough on my STB earlier. BTW you cannot lodge any complaints on the Dish TV website, the page will load and you can enter the complaint but the submit button cannot be clicked, nothing happens, try it...
my suggestion, there are many better service providers. if you are thinking of DTH, don't try Dish TV. also i have tried to change my address many times using the secure login facilit, to no avail.

Dish TV — Very poor signal and service

I am using dish tv from past 6 month, the time have taken dish tv i am not gettng good singal at home

When I call customer care, they place the call on hold and disappear. I spoke to Pradeep and Sarala.

I would say, the worst customer support i have ever seen. The employee work over there are not

professional nad not fit for the job. Also when I asked to send technician to my home to check the signal, they asked us to pay. I dont understand why do we pay for this, when we are alrady paying for dishtv. six month back we paid 300rs for a tech to come and fix the dish antenna at our new home, from that time we are not getting good singal.

The tech was from dish tv, when he did not fix the antenna properly, why shold we pay for the tech to come and fix the antenna again. Also there is no assurance the the problem will get fixed.

he will come and adjust the antenna, for some 10 to 15 minute we will get the signal but after that if dont receive signal, we again have to call the custorme care for a tech and have to pay for that again.

its rediculos, they take money every month for recharge but we are not able to see any channel...

my frustration is gone to peak level now...is there a way i can get refund for my money... I would better go for cable connection...

My vc no.[protected] residing in Korba Chhatisgarh problems comming from01/05/09 for week signal such as signal not found check your set top box properly conected to antina in mean time it displays unable to locate signal some time within seconds some picture appeares and disappear channels are as in movee on demand, sab tv, sony, vb, pix, game, active sevices as bhakti etc., mahua, hamar tv, ten sport, mtv, play tv, zee news uttarpradesh, zee news etc more channels.
Pls look in to this matter this is serious problem for your services othervise we are switch over to cable tv network and disconnect your services.

DishTV — week signal

I have dish tv VC no [protected]. We shifted it from pune to noida in jan. From 1st day i phone at customercare for bad signal. Everytime when i phone them they say that they will send service eg. & we pay him there charges. When there is bad signal is it not ther duty to rectify it without charges. This problem repeat again and again, so why we should pay charges everytime.
My connection number is [protected]. I have renewed it for whole year. suddenly my colours channel is not coming.. kindly repair it .
