[Resolved]  Airtel Dish TV — REGARDING RESUMING OF SERVICE

I HAVE RECHARGED MY AIRTEL DIGITAL TV ACCOUNT ID-[protected] ,,, 15 DAYS BEFORE BUT MY SERVICE WAS NOT RESUMED , I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE SO MANY TIMES BUT HE ALWAYS SAY THAT, AFTER 1 HOUR UR SERVICE WILL RESUMED, BUT TILL NOW MY SERVICE WAS NOT RESUMED, NOW THIS TIME THEY DO NOT CONNECT MY REGISTERED NUMBER TO CUSTOMER SERVICE OPERATORS AND I AM PAYING MY BALANCE FOR THESE CALLS , EITHER REFUND MY MONEY OTHERWISE I AM FILING A CASE AGAINST AIRTEL DISHTV IN CONSUMER COURT.

Airtel DishTV — Poort Network and Service

I have no network in my DIsh and gave a complaint. Next day no one comes so I call them again.
I get a service request of any engineer visiting after 2 days. So I will be without TV for 4 days.

If Airtel does not have enough technical people why are they selling products. No Signal SLA should be 4 hrs.

Also believe me they have un trained customer care, always says system is slow. Please wait.

Dish TV — Dish TV service

I am an Dish TV AMC holder but after repeated reminders to Dish Service Centre they are not attending complaint since more than 25 days.

Pl suggest what should I do ?

My Digital TV service has been disconnected. I am not aware whether fault at wose end but there is no reponse even after several followups with airtel digital tv customer service. repeatedly they are saying it as pin code problem. They have not taken any step to get it rectified. Really airtel digital tv service is worst. I suggest all not to opt this digital tv

This is regarding Airtel DTV service, I have been facing problem since 5days as I am not getting any signal and not abale to watch T V also.I have several time called the customer care but they are not enough serious about the customer problems.Besides their field engineers are not available and not also answering the calls.
We are fadeup calling their customer care as well as field engineers.
Very poor service indeed.

AirTel — Resumption of d

I have Airtel digital TV connection. My ID no is [protected]. I paid Rs.1000/- through Canara Bank Debit Card on 09/05/2011. The amount is also credited to your account from Canara Bank, Kancheepuram Gandhi Road Branch .While filling my ID number I had wrongly typed it as [protected] instead of [protected]. Because of this error my telecast to my DTH is blocked for the last 3 days. I will be grateful if the problem is rectified from your side and transfer the amount paid to wrongly to my account ID [protected].Kindly do the needful.

I am trying to contact with Airtel customer care since 1 week regarding avtivation of service which is not activated and they reduced my balance for the same.and I am contact them through my cell phone but not getting any response from CUSTOMER CARE OF AIRTEL .

i ported my number from idea to airtel. my number services were barred and when i inquire about that then they says number was barred due to improper documents. then i submit new documents in airtel office kanpur. then my services are activated. but now again my services are barred now again customer care executives are saying your number was barred due to improper documents.if papers are insufficient then why my number was activated. please help me .
