[Resolved]  Airtel Dish TV — very poor service providing

I have airtel dish tv connection from last 3 years.But from 2 years i am facing lots of problem like dish t.v. card not supports properly,bcz of that i have changed set top box 2 times and again the guy from airtel dealer says that u have to change set top box.The customer service is even more poor as i have called them plenty of times and without solving the problem they message to me that your problem is solved.I have faced the card problem in march 13 also and at that time they take approx. 10 days to solve the problem and now again from last 8 days i m facing the same problem,so finally i decided to disconnect my airtel dish t.v. connection.

Dish TV — Customer Service is very poor

Hi,

I have bought Dish TV on 11th June and since then I had lots of trouble to contact them for installation and even after that there again was a problem with the Audio not working because of the setup box. Even after giving the complaint the service personnal came after four days of pestering from my side. Then they took the setup box and is claiming for more than a week to repair/replace the same. It is so annoying that for a new piece they are doing this kind of drama. I have contacted all managers but that was hopeless. I bought the dish tv connection from "Sri Maruthi Aircon" dealer. They are so irresponsible that they even don't attend calls well. The service center that attended is of Medavakkam area with Ph. No.[protected].

Please do the needful.

I own this connection on my brother's name Mr. GAGAN MEHRA, V.C. No. [protected], and we have paid for 1 year package. Just after paying for it, there was a problem of alignment, for which we have been complaining to DISH TV Customer Care numeral times, and it has been more than 2 months, also we have talked to 2 supervisors, who assured that some one will surely come, we have not received any executive from them to fix this alignment, and eveytime we call they say they will definitely send someone. Also after tired of asking for an executive we asked for a refund and they said only Rs 400/- will be refunded and for that also we need to fax first to a different department. Not only this some of the executives were even harsh while talking as if they are not conecrned. I am tired of the inconvenience caused because I am not getting many of the channels for which I have already paid, and not even getting the money refunded. Pathetic services.

Dish TV — Poor Service by Dish TV

I have purchase Dish TV connection with 1year Maxi Subscription . But after 6month my connection get deactivated. No positive answer given by dealer as well as customer care of Dish TV .What can I do?

Dear Sir/Madam,

My set top box is not working from past two weeks, its diwali today and we are still without the transmisson.

After trying several times the customer care number, i managed to lodge a complaint on 19th Oct, 2008. I was assured by a customer care executive 'Suraj' that:
1. some one from the Dish TV would be contacting us in next 48 hours.
2.dish tv people will come to our house to rectify the problem .
3. if needed will provide a replacement...

but, for next few days there was no response. Then i tried again and was told that the complaint was not forwarded to the concerned department.
Dish TV service center of Amritsar contacted us and following happened (opposite of what i was told by the executive):
1. We had to take our set top box to the servce center.
2. No replacement given.
4. Its been a week and we dont know the status, on calling them: no proper response is given.

I have concluded that having Dish TV is a bad idea...
No coordination between Customer care and the service center...
No body is there to listen...

Sad story for a company like Zee...

Even i am also surprised about this.. How can they have customer team which so pathetic.. The moment you tell them your issue they disconnect.. looks like they are being paid for disconecting consumer line. I really feel these big player like Zee or airtel are just fooling indian customers.
With reference to the complain that customer get a punishment .The customer have to run here n there.because distv office employee doenst give a information that customer get trouble.So sir plz do the action.

Dish TV — very very poor service

I am Tarun Kumar Mukhopadhyay, installed dish tv on 05.07.09, at panipat haryana my bc no. [protected] my mob no. [protected], from 12.07.09 my dish is not working. I have cont. with no.[protected] but result my dish acc is not vaild. and also inform mob no. [protected] at panipat cast. care but not attended my call.

try the delhi call centre of theirs...they all suck specially a guy called Amit Prakash(hope the name he told me is right)...cant trust them

i have my own dishtv but it has very poor quality of service the always message is forwarded signal not found,recharge your dishtv account,bad signal & unwanted messages etc in the display of television screen so my family always complaint to local dishtv distributor but he says complaint to customer care no ,when i called customer care no most of time they dont reply to the call so there is no solution to the complaint so i m requesting please after my complaint kindly help out from this problem.

I raise request to correct my Big tv on[protected] , request no is [protected], I asked them to
come and install on 7st sep2010, but no-body came and again I raised request on[protected],
and ask them to install & install same day also I requested to come on
before 8:00 AM on[protected], but they did not came and did only install and they told
we need to request once again.
YOUR CUSTMORE CARE NO IS ALWAYS BUSY and very very poor service, I want you to install application
ASAP.
I am very deeply upset regarding your service, I am BLOGGER, I am going write about this in all

will GENERATE AWARENESS to all the people and hope some reformation happen in your service.

I can say one sentence your service is "VERY VERY WORST
we have brought an new connection of dishtv. none of channel is working we have contact our dishtv dealer but no response from his side .we have taken the connection about a week no channel is responding.we are very disappointed.we have contact dishtv customer care centre but they are also irresponsible giving no reply

DishTV very poor service — DishTV very poor service

Hello,
I have recharged my dishTV on 06/01/11. (Time:12:30) .Today is 07/01/11 .Till now its not activated . I am keep on calling DishTV service desk and Tried every num. Nobody is giving positive response. Just I am hanging in the wall.

Do needful if it possible.

Dish TV — Poor & disappointed about customer service

I am very disappointed about DISH Tv service. While buying I thought “They Call No 1” so will go with them” but I am not happy as they not able to install one distv after 12 days of online booking…

I am spending time & money to follow them guy’s by phone & by email. & more then a amount which is took me 690/- Rs. i spend more then 700 Rs. as my mobile bill as they keep on hold more then 5 min & after such a long conversation they can not provide Solution.... & money is pending to refund from last more then 1 month now.....

DisTV is ... they not need customer now
