Airtel (MH) Rs. 333 is changed to some other services

For long time Airtel had Rs. 333/- for full talk time, but now with same amount, there's some other service (sms, internet, local call)
Using on-line recharge facility (from bank acct) I use to top-up the airtel with Rs. 333/- which always meant for full talk time.
But now Airtel changed full talk time amt. that's fine, but why this old full talk time amount 333 used for some crappy top-up?

Worst Service from Airtel DTH

I am not sure what is the resolution time(SLA) and what are they doing to help solving customers problems.

Balance deduction from main balance inspite of data pack being activated

Not getting my MMS

In my Airtel Mobile, I am getting my MMS as Text massage. Where there is a link and a password is given, but the link is not opeing. The link is like http://legacy.dwl.co.in:8080/mmcp.

Main balance deduction for internet even on 3 g pack

i have rechrged with 500 rs on 3 may 2013 night and before that i had 3g internet pack 249 rs .i had 3 balance but airtel cut main balance for internet surfing.when i got to know about this froud then i tryed calling customer care.after so many try i got connected and the customer care exicutive said that there was i technical problem.So it their fault so they will retun the balance in 4 hrs but after 10 hrs also i did not got my balance...

Excess charges/data deducted

I bought a new prepaid connection of airtel in April and a few days back activated 2G unlimited (2 GB) pack worth Rs. 199 from mobile store sector 18 noida.

While the service seems ok, but additional charges are being deducted from my talktime although i have only used about 10% of my 2GB quota. Charges of about Rs 150 plus have been deducted in lieu of data usage after the internet pack was activated.
