On 20th October 2012, 121 called meand suggested to shift my connection on my new address, instead of terminating it.

For same request had also been raised against ref number 23646268.

But after that request, connection never shift on my new address and every month they are sending me new bills and hundreds of calls to pay my bill for
services, which I never use. Nobody is ready to understand my situation.

Regardless of of my various emails, nobody has contacted me for shifting of my Airtel connection.Now, I have paid my all my outstanding also by relying on your waiver letter(attached), but no response from your side. Please shift the connection on priority basis.

air tel broadband connection — new connection

I have taken the new connection of Air tel broadband. i have applied on 121 for the new connection on 25th, i have received the call from their executive within 2 hours at the time of connection they respond in 2 hours but after the complaint they give us 2 days time. The executive booked my connection with the plan for Rs.749/- monthly with ip static address Rs.2500/- yearly. At the time of installation on 26th june, they said they could not give us IP static address with Rs.749/- plan. i told the executive about this he assured me that you will give the ip static address. meanwhile i have registered my complaint on 121 on 28th june about this then i have been assured to reply till 5:30 p.m. for 29th june. but there is no response.
I had requested for a bb connection on 08/07/09. executive assured me that somebody would be calling me up and lodge a complaint with a no21731788 .No body bothered to call so I called the up and i was informed that the the connection is not feasible .there was no answer why it is not feasible and the executive put me on hold for 15 min and didn'n return back with the asnwer.this attitude is highly unacceptable.this happens with a citizen who live in the capital of the country.

Airtel Broadband — my new connection given to some other customer

Hi,

This is Ganesh. I had applied for the new Airtel Broadband connection on 11 June '10.
But did not receive any updates for more than 10 days. So I tried to call up the guy who I gave the application to. He said, the connection cannot be give, due to unavailability of ports. Two days later, Airtel customer care called me up and said that connection could be in 20 days.
Again their was no responce. I tried calling up the customer care and inquired about the status. Their was a commitment again within 7 days the connection would be given. No hope again.

After a long wait, I had a SMS from Airtel that my application been processed and the connection would be given in 3 days, on 23rd July '10.
And today's date is 30th July '10. No one is properly responding to my calls. I had spoken to multiple escalation teams/managers and they try to say it would take another 7 days andthis 7 days remains constant from any day you call.
I have no clue what is been happening and not sure what should I do.

I do not want my money back, but a value to my long wait.

I am also planning to go to the consumer court and looking for it.

Airtel — Regarding the shifting of Airtel services to my new address

I am having an Air Tel Broadband Internet and Telephone connection (No.[protected] since last 4 years.

But, recently I have changed my residence from address: D-110, Sector-34, Narvihar-1, Noida-201301 to new address: 161, Yamaha Vihar, Sector-49, Noida-201301.

Sir, before shifting to my new address, I had asked to Air Tel Customer care to shift my connection to my new address and your personnel had assured me to provide the same services to my new address with ref no. 394782 on 1st Dec 2010. But still I am unable to get the services and the Air Tel support or customer care is refusing my request by simply saying it is Unwired Area.

Dear Sir, with permission to your support I had changed my address and my whole work which is purely based on Internet Broadband Service, have got hanged.
As the Air Tel is known for Brand services, now a time, I am unable to do my urgent work through this Air Tel Internet services

Bharti Airtel — No response for shifting the connection

Hi, I have subscribed to an Airtel landline phone[protected] for last one year. Recently I have shifted my home and requested Airtel to shift the connection to the new address well in advance. Unfortunately they did not done under the prescribed time (1 May 2011) and did not responded to any call or comp;ains. It's been at least 30 calls which I have made to customer care but they have not responded to any one of the. There are two probles which I am facing a) Do not know wheather they have disconnected the line from the old location (to prevent it from being misused) and second due to non-availaibility of net connection at new address, my work is getting hampered.

Bharti Airtel — Not shifting my connection

I was using Airtel Broadband in my previous residence, i requested to shift the connection to my new residence. They said it will be shifted in 3 days. Now its more than a month, and its still in the process.

After 10 days they said it cant be shifted because of some DP problem.

After 2 days they said it can be shifted.

After 2 more days they again said it cant be shifted.

After some days they again said it will be shifted tomorrow.

Again they said it cant be shifted

Now again they called and said it will be shifted on monday. Now again no one came on monday . They are just fooling us around and not giving any proper answer. We are fed up with this airtel connection.

Two times i specially came from office because your airtel service guy said he will come at that time and asked me to come too and then he never came. They don't even bother to atleast inform that they wont be able to come.

      Esteemed sir,i were recharged my phone by 26rs for call cutter i,e.1.2 rs/3mins rate on 26/6/2013 on about 06:38:05 vide trn no.[protected]..but it was not
      functioning on my phone.i called d customer care"mukhtar and 2 others" 3 times on 08:08hrs same
      day. but no one can satisfy me instead leaved d phone anguishly
      and misconducted.also deprived me from essential services....i want proper action against them.

      Bharti Airtel — Inefficient in resolving complaint

      I recharged my mobile ([protected]) with Rs 80 on 11th Feb, 2010 at 10:24am but the scheme of SMS facility had not responded on my cell. On making regular complaints almost everyday I was refunded with the amount on 22nd Feb 2010 at 06:45pm, ie, a delay of almost 12 days.
      On demand of compensation for harassment and delay they denaied it.

      Hello,

      Myself Ajit Nayak, I am using AirTel Sim since last 4 years, My Contact No: [protected]. Before some days I trying to contact your customer care executive due to internet connection failed, When I tried to call 121 and your customer care executive pick up phone and does not respond anything else and the balance deduct from my account.
      Why such things going on? If you can't provide us proper services, so why you charge 50paisa/3min (for 121 call). And another thing your custormer care executive are all inefficiency, they can't give us any solution.
      if you are charging money for customer care (121), then you should take experience one who can handle the customers and behave like a man. I don't want to give you money Unnecessarily.

      Please try to solve such problems as soon as possible.

        I applied for a Landline connection in Dec. 2012 and I was promised that I'll get the connection within 2 10 days. I waited and waited but for months they did not provide any connection and used to give different excuses. The customer relation manager never responded to my phone calls. Finally, after nearly one and half month later I asked them to return my application fees of Rs.900/- They told that it will be sent to my address within 2 weeks. Even after nearly 6 months, I am still awaiting the refund. These cheaters should be taught a lesson. Like myself they would have cheated many others.

        Landing connection is not working... Plzz epair it in within 2 hrs otherwise we r forced to cut all the connections of airtel... We have complained it many times but no strict axction has taken plzace yet..!! Plz do repair fast...!!

        AirTel — Landline connection

        Hi

        I am Narashiman R and i took an airtel landline and B.band connection two weeks back while installing the connection the B.Band was activated and the land line yet to get activate other than 198 am not able make any calls out of my land line phone . i have given more than 10 complaints so far and no one resolved it . every time while calling 198 i am getting various reason ( even at time i got to know from the 198 that i have refused the land line connection ) . I have spoken to the one of the floor manager Mr Madhusudhan and he promised to resolve this issue in 2 days but still no answers
        All i Know is this number was allocated to someone else in the past and every time am calling 198 i have to pick big argument in this point
        Meanwhile the airtel service guys broken my switch board while came for the first time installation not sure now who will replace this. I have given one more compliant on this and I have visited Airtel IndraNager relationship office couple times no answer and I have treated like beggar.
        As final option I have tried Bangalore NODEL officer multiple times no luck the phone number is always busy . Form the day one i am facing all kind of trouble in the connection and no one to resolve
        All i want to know is possible to give connection or not if not at least return my money. I will be very happy and stay away from airtel for my life time

        we are airtel customer with the ACCOUNT NUMBER 14226251 we have being calling airtel that we want the itemized bill for our connection, but being a corporate customer they say you cannot call on 121 their customer service. you can only email.

        we have being mailing them for the last 4 months they always send us the same bill without the detials by post and don't reply to us.

        airtel has become worst company to be with our bill has jumped in one month from 33000 to 62000 and they are not ready to talk to us also

          I have air tel digital TV My id is [protected]. I faced a problem of my set top box showing error code 6 with in sufficient balance from last tow days I have recharge of Rs. 2640/- on 12th June 2013 Transaction IDis 61253389 for 14 Month as per Airtel customer care & secondly recharge of 100/- on 27th June 2013 of addition amount also customer care advise but my tv started displaying a message ' ERROR CODE 6, INSUFFISUNT BALANCE '. I
          contacted 9 TO 10 time in last two days but next morning same message appeared
          again on my tv.

          I was confused to see the negative balance in my
          account. Therefore I called & requested by phone to know that why my TV is
          showing negative balance in message box of my account ?
          In response to my complaint asked to recharge my digital tv account because of negative balance in the
          account. I got a phone call & conveyed I was already recharged Rs. 2760 but no response from customer care but my connection blocked by company due to negative balance in
          my account and i was asked to get my account recharged but airtel digital tv informing me that myaccount is suspended
          due to negative balance.
          Thus instead of solving my problem company created another problem for me.
          I am unable to understand that why should i recharge my account when i am

          I had to waste my money and time again and again for contacting the
          person who installed the airtel digital TV as well ascontacting company
          through internet.

          It gave me a lot of restlessness due to mental harassment .

          I am missing my regular program which is a part of the channels available on this connection. digital tv but instead of enjoying these at my home now I have to move to the home of someone else which is very much shameful to me and all this is due to unsatisfactory services of the company.

          I want compensation from the company for the torture.

          Please solve my problem.

          I always call customer care for information abt refilling, offers etc but there are some time i get a proper help but some the agent letterally hange up the call with any information the cust keep on hold 30 sec but after 2min he or she hangs up the call frankly speaking with u now aday u customer service has worse like your network in some area u cant handle that
          ur agent dont have proper product knowdegle also if agent give some information than the if we call to confirme it then the agent give the other infomation not only this i[censored] go to near by airtel gallery they say we dont have any info abt tht service call up customer care. so can u tell me do u have any other custmer care who can give the info properly i the the best customer care would ur ceo of the company or the one of the directore of the company at least he mite have all the info abt the service wht they are offering .
          frankly speaking u people dont have proper trainer who can give the proper product knowedge
          plz look into this matter let me known how u can help me

          on receipt of their sms message by offering an independence special booking of digital tv connection for rs 1947 with 5 months free viewing,i booked on 14-august 2010,but due to technical installation problems they have not installed, i requested for my refund, but they are not refunding ,inspite my repeated reminder to them , they are misleading and cheating the customer , the customers are alerted,they should not fall prey in to their false promises,my customer id is [protected]

          I had purchased a LG LCD TV on Aug 15th 2010. I also received the scratch card and called airtel for installation before Sep10th 2010. I also credited Rs.800 into my account (This was the biggest mistake I made!!!). Until today I have not received any service from airtel so far, no set top box, or anetnna and not even a refund. From that day until today I have made atleast 20 calls to airtel asking for a refund without any success. Each person assures that it will be done immediately and nothing has happened so far.

          IF I AM NOT GETTING A REFUND EVEN AFTER ALL THIS, I AM GOING TO THE CONSUMER COURT IN ANOTHER 3 DAYS. MIND YOU I WILL SUE AIRTEL FOR SURE!

          If you cant give a good service there are many other better service providers in the market. This is just a big waste of time & money for me.
          Yes Airtel DTH are just like robbers without weapons.

          Airtel DTH — Unsatisfactory services

          Sir,

          I have got Airtel DTH with Samsung LCD on DT 25/10/10 from M/s Akanksha International (Retail), 84, Model Gram Kochar Market, Ludhiana

          The DTH installed successfully but till date M/s Airtel not providing the Customer ID and registered the mobile number. As result the activation voucher expired on 30/11/10.

          In spite to repeated request to customer care ([protected], 12150, [protected]) and M/s Akanksha International they have not provide the customer ID or registered the mobile nos.

          Even local customer care [protected] recorded the complaint and detail several times but not resolves the issues.

          Only these days I have spent only money and time on this issues but all are vain. Hence finally I decided to withdraw the service due to poor response and un satisfactory services M/s Airtel DTH

          Till date no productive response by M/s Airt tel DTHS .

          1. Mr. Khan- Team Leader ( Defence Colony) they have taken advance rent for new connection and till now escape with our documents and Rs 500.

          AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Got Cheated from Airtel Digital TV Service

          Today I have reacherged my Airtel Digital TV with the amount Rs.100 [Transactio ID :12584032 A/C No- [protected]]. Earlier I was getting an error message that your account is suspended due to negetive balance. I was waiting for more than 1 hour with STB on and sent 15 SMS to activate. Later on I talked with Customer Care and they said as you have less than Rs.100 balance we can't activate your account. You should have minimum Rs.100 balance. But I can assure you that this policy has not written or mentioned anywhere through which customer can know about it. Their final threat is if you are not recharging again we can't activate. Do whatever you can.Please can someone help me to move out from this situation. Thanks in advance.

          Tv running in poor signal in frames. on complaint technical advise provided and that worked. next day same problem again. customer care advises that your account has been suspended for no reason. demanded money as visiting charges without any visit. they are big cheater.

          This mail I am writing to share my experience with AIRTEL DTH. Every user of AIRTEL DTH may experience or get experienced (Because NO CUSTOMER CAN ESCAPE). I brought the AIRTEL connection in mid of 2011 and recharged for Rs.3000/- for one year and got a 2 Months extra free. And this year also I have recharged for another Rs.3000/- because everything is fine till last month.

          From last few days my STB is not receiving the signals from my AIRTEL remote. I logged a compliant to AIRTEL and after 2 weeks I found that there is no case is raised for my call. Then I came to know there will be a case ID issued for every compliant and I logged a compliant to AIRTEL Call center with case ID received on my registered mobile. Next day I got a call from one of the technician about his visit and fixed appointment. He didn’t come at the time specified and in the night I got a message that “ YOUR ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED” and case is closed. I am surprised and called to Call Center and asked how? it is Resolved. They replied that I didn’t pick the phone of the technician who called me after the scheduled time.

          Then I logged another case ID. This time they came to home and found that the STB needs to be replaced and the charges are Rs.850. After 2 days with follow ups they replaced the STB with another one which is 3-4 years old/dusty/Dented/ repaired couple of times. I asked them again that this box is looks like it is going to die in few days as it is pretty old. There is life time period for every electronic equipment and it runs according to. I asked them if this box is not functional after 2-3 months what I should do. He said repeat the proces log a call, Pay Rs.850/- you will get another old box works for some time (Based on your luck) and failed. Again Story will be repeated.

          So it means you will pay the amount of Rs.850 for all these old STB boxes and they make money. I asked them to give the new one or at least mine repaired because it is not that much old and still has some life. They replied that this is the way they do the business and when I asked for disconnection they are very happy and sent 2 Case IDs[protected],[protected] for disconnection, received messages of disconnection before closing my call itself.

          Finally I found that it is a recurring scheme of payment to AIRTEL DTH for 1) My Channels 2) OLD replaced STB Box 3) Every visit of the technician. This payments 2 & 3 can be either Monthly or Quarterly or Half Yearly or Yuearly is completely based on your Fate/Luck.

          One more thing I forgot to mention “STILL IAM NOT GETTING MY CHANNELS” . i sent a mail to NODAL officer of AP and waiting for reply. i will update you all with latest soon.

          I found error code on my tv screen B001 from 12/6/2012 at 11.35 am then i give complaint to dealer situated at Ghatkesar , he demand 300 rupees than i contact to customer care but their is no respond till today number calls i do but only one answer they said that " its not our area'. today also give complaint to higher authorities throw mail ,but same answer,

              I am following up with Air tel Digital TV customer care from last 3weeks to rectify technical issue at my Dish antenna.

              No use. Customer care executive tell that technician will visit in 24 hrs .. No one visits / no one cares bac.

              This is the worst customer care , I experienced till date across all services in India ( worst than Govt free services)

              AirTel — the worst service

              It is shameful to say I am using airtel mobile.

              they charge two rupees for one minute call duration. (The company can be called reputed thief.

              most of the times connectivity is not there.

              when you make a call it will get disconnected within few seconds and this theif co. will charge you one rupee.

              wheN you will have the balance of around five to seven rupees they will start barking "your balance is low and the number you are calling does not exist"

              for example if you have balance of 1.64 and dial a number for STD (for which call charge is Re 1 for sixty seconds) it will get disconnected in 20-25 seconds.

              is there any one to stop this so called reputed company.

              in my view they don't know basics of consumer satisfaction.

              but let them remember a costumer is always a mobile advertiser of the product or service and I will prove to be the same but in a negetive way. REMEMBER AIRTEL

              AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Worst Service in Nation

              Dear All,

              This is a warning for all new airtel DTH customer that henceforth do not even think of Airtel DTH, dont ever suggest any one to buy airtel DTH as after sale service is pathetic, i would say eevn BSNL is far ahead in case of service comaparison. I got the first airtel DTH in Jammu. Recently i got transferred to chandigarh. befor coming to chandigarh i deposited Rs300 in their account and got slot for de installation, but no one visited my address and finally after regular follow up with the customer care i did de installation myself. Then while i was coming back to chandigarh i asked them to install my services next day. But a new era of manatal harassment started with the customer care. I specifically gave then then new address but they did not turned up. After 4 days of regular follow up i got call from backend team and he gave me the ZSM name and number. I called him up and even after following yup with him engineer came next day in evening.

              After around 6 days my set top stopped working and i complaint to them in morning and they said by same day evening it will be resolved. As usal no body turned up and i again made call to them in evening. The reply that i got was shocking they said " You were not there when there engineer visited home" . I asked which addres did you visited, they said Jammu. i said boss if i have installed your services at chandigarh what is the fun visiting jammu address. After this i had word with senior Pramod who convinved me that engineer will visit address in evening . At around 4 pm i received call from there backend team and he asked me what is the update. I asked you should be knowing and then he said your jammu address is locked. listening to this i got angry and i asked him to give his ZSM number so that i can talk to him. But to my amaze he abused me and hung up the phone.

              Now yesterday evening i have gone to dainik bhaskar and complaintd there. New will get pyublish today.

              As a information i am posting this post. Please BE AWARE FROM AIRTEL DTH. THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER OF THE NATION

              AirTel — For worst Service

              Hello Sir,

              Myself Ashwani Kumar and I am a customer of Airtel. My number is [protected]. I have recharged my mobile with 88 Rs. which would give me Local/National(700 pd SMS) for 30 days but it didn't happen. I have activated this service on Monday, 08th Mar, 2010 at 10 PM but whenever I send messages, I have to pay message charges which should not be happened as I had taken Airtel message service.

              I talked to Customer Care about the same. They assure me that this service will be activated on Tuesday, 09th Mar, 2010 between 5 working Hrs. I waited for Tuesday but again it didn't happen.

              Again, on 09th Mar, 2010, I talked to Customer Care Executive regarding the same.
              Now they told me this service will be activated till 15th Mar, 2010.

              Please help me out from this problem. I want my money back. I do not require such a worst service like Airtel. Also I do not require any SMS pack from Airtel.

              Although I saw internet flooded with complain against Airtel digital tv, but I thought to purchase the airtel digital tv keeping the hope that I will receive the better service.
              I selected the Airtel New Value pack, 145 rs per month charges and first 3 months free subscription included in 1990 rupees. Leaving the economy pack, 200rs per month and first 5 months free subscription included in 1990 rupees.
              I called and took the connection. Airtel's executive told me that I will get the connection in 1 day. But I got the connection only after 9-10 days. Then After 3 months I came to know that they cheated and internally selected the economy pack 200rs per month and only 3 months free subscription. They gave some Deepak Ghai, New delhi address rather than My name and my Agra address. Then after 3 month, when I was asked for payment of 220 rs, I came to know about their cheating. I called the customer care, and told them I should be asked for 145+tax amount rather than 200+tax amount. The executive told that now they can not do anything when the plan period has expired. I told them I can only know about what my plan is, only when I am asked for payment because neither they drop any email nor any physical mail to me. and Now I came to know. Their CSR told that they can not do anything and put the phone.
              after much Harassament, I got my airtel DTV disconnected and get the connection from TATA sky and now I am satisfy with TATA SKY services.

              My suggestion are NEVER BUY AIRTEL DIGITAL TV CONNECTION. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICES. DONT BELIVE ON THEIR LIE.

              AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Worst Customer Support Service

              Dear All,

              If you don't want to go through a hell lot of mental harassment then never buy an Airtel Digital tv as if you ever got a problem in your service then you will have to wait for a year long time to get it resolved and that to if the problem is such small as the remote not working.
              I've been using Airtel DTH connection since 2009 April. (Customer ID: [protected]) . Couple of weeks back, I raised a request for shifting my Airtel DTH connection. I was told to recharge for 300 rupees to proceed with the DTH shifting request. I recharged for 300 and successfully raised the request for relocation.

              It’s been more than 17 days since I gave the request, and My DTH has not been relocated to our new house. To top it all, my connection is marked as Active and daily subscription amount has been debited from my account.

              For the Last couple of weeks, I’ve been calling repeatedly to check the status and every time the CSR is raising a new complaint and says this will be resolved in a day or couple of days..

              Also I’ve spoken to 4 Supervisors and made more than 16 calls to Customer care for DTH relocation

              Didn’t understand why I’ve to make in numerous calls to address a single service request.( FYI: I’ve raised a shift request for Airtel Broadband and it was completed promptly.) One of the worst customer service, and that too from Airtel brand.

              At last, I've decided to close my Airtel DTH account. I called today and asked the CSR to take a request for closing my account. I asked the CSR on how the balance amount in Airtel DTH (More than 450rs) will be given back to me. The CSR replied that the balance amount will not be given to me and I’ve to use the Airtel DTH till my balance amount reaches Zero.

              I don’t understand what I’ve to do now. I don’t have an active Airtel connection (relocation of DTH is not completed) but CSR tells me that I’ve to use Airtel DTH.

              I will also advice every one not to go for Airtel Digital TV as they are worst in after sale service.
              I taken HD connection on 1st Nov 2010, after three days got activation, and now I feel my cable watching was better then Airtel Digital HD Connection.
              In past 20 days almost I made more then 50 calls to Hind Distributor(Agent in my area) / Customer Care, spoken to Customer Care Supervisor on duty on 19 Nov 2010 at 14.30 Hrs and 20 Nov 2010 at 20.00 hrs, but my problem not resolved.
              I feel they gives defective products and takes our hard earned money.
              Now I want to get my money refunded as this is service in beginning and once warranty of the product is over then we will have problem.

              Two months back I had taken Airtel DTH connection. from one week onwards it's not working. I called the Airtel DTH customer care also. They are not at all responding. please give me the solution. otherwise I will file a case against Airtel in consumer forum court. I want immediate response. And my no. is [protected].

              AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Worst Customer Service Possible

              I purchased a Sony TV and was happy to receive an Airtel digital TV voucher for a HD set top box. After the long and protracted process of registration etc. I scheduled the installation. However, there was no response from the persons concerned.

              I have rescheduled the installation twice and still not have it installed.. My entire weekend has been spoilt because of these guys. If there is no meaning of this installation time, then what is the use of having this?? This is the worst possible service I could have expected from a brand like Bharti. This is possibly the reason why most people recommend Tata Sky, Reliance even though everybody thinks Airtel has the best quality.

              And not to mention the quality of customer service offered plus the connectivity is really poor..onehas to call 4-5 times to reach an operator..Pathetic service..Just pathetic

              I also got the Airtel free with my SONY TV, wish I had got some other service provider

              The existing plan was Sports economy, and I wanted some additional regional channels, where as I am now charged for some sports channel I already have and the account has been deactivated with negative balance of -99.99 Rs

              When I called up the customer care service they were not only able to solve this issue but They are the only customer care that does not provide any Interaction number for the conversation

After That Airtel Digital Technician Came On 8/4/2011. He Re-Installed My Dish. Then I Got Signal Problem On Next Day Morning. After That Again I Complained To Airtel Digital CC Then My Dish Re-installed On 16/4/2011. I Got Signal Strength 184-230 And Signal Quality 20-40%. After That I Got Calls From Airtel Digital For Confirming Re-Installation. Some Times I Got Pixel Problem. On Next Day(17Th Evening) I Switched On My Tv. That Time Again I noticed B001 Error On My Tv Screen. Still I Am Not Getting Perfect Picture Quality. I Paid For Re-Installation Rs. 200 + Connector Rs.50. Now I Can't Make Calls To Airtel Digital Customer Care Number. To Say About My Issue. Some Times They Are Disconnecting My Calls. For Solving My Issue I Make More Than 100+ Calls To Customer Care.

              I am getting error SM2, and when I tried to contact cusomer care, multiple times the CC person says.. The system are in under updation, I should contact after one an hour, or they say that the problem will be resolved automatically after 45 min of keeping set top box on.

              But no resolution has been made.

              Afterwords when I again tried to contact the call automatically dropped after around 30 sec, i tried more than 100 times.

              Then after the auto responder ask to send SMS on 54325 and get disconnected..tried more then 50 times.

              Hi...just have a suggestion to everyone reading this message and has a problem with Airtel's service - lets try to spread facts of Airtel DTH's pathetic service as much as possible - lets mention it on twitter/ facebook and every other place possible. Let us do our best to alert as much potential customers of Airtel DTH as possible so that they also do not end up wasting their hard earned money and time. It is pathetic on the part of Airtel to sell their DTH products when they do not have the back up infrastructure to support customer calls. I have decided to never call their customer care, and get insulted when the call gets cut everytime.

              I think if people who have been victims of poor service from Airtel DTH form a group that would possible be one of the largest groups in India.

              But thier engineer also found the problem with the Signal quality as it is very less (15-20% only),

              Which is giving screen jamming problem while watching channel and he found that problem is with the SET TOP BOX only, as after replacing with another Box, the new Box giving 100% of Signal quality. (Checked by that engg. only)

              When I asked him to replace the box to resolve the issue, he is asking for Rs. 350.

              Its very bad that Airtel is taking charges of the devices they were provided.
              Now a days if i try to connect to an agent at the ADTV toll free, it simply says to SMS CALL to a number and hungs the phone . and no one responds for that SMS too.. they can close the DTH shop immediately with absolutely no service , my customer id is [protected] . their website also is a junk , most of the time says , sorry unable to serve the request , pls try later if i click on any link after logging in ,.

              AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Worst Service by AIRTEL

              I am filing a Complaint in this website since I want the New customers to be aware before they buy a New connection with AIRTEL.
              Once we get a Problem the first option we go is with Customer Care. But when we call the Customer Care, we don't get a Proper response and neither we get a correct answer from them. Each and every person is a Liar and every time you call the Customer Care, one one person will give different answers. I am fed up by calling to Customer Care repeatedly, and each time I call, they just raise a Complaint few are below

              I forgot Two more complaint numbers. These people just get the Money and cheat people.
              When I faced a Problem of No Signal, I logged a First Complaint on 20th June 2012 and till today 27th June I am getting only Complaint numbers, but not even a Single solution. When I logged a Complaint, I had an amount of Rs. 192.67 in my account, and till today they are deducting the amount from my account on a daily basis of Rs. 8.35 and now my Balance is Rs.134.22.
              When I informed them to Disconnect the connection, since the service is not proper, they say that they cant refund the amount since the balance is less than 150.
              But when I first raised a complaint I had more than 150 balance, and it was completely their mistake and I have not got their service but even then they deduct the balance from my account.
              So I want all the current Airtel Customers and also the one who are planning to take Airtel Digital TV, Please Stop thinking of AIRTEL. Now this has been worst than worst service provider. The only thing now it has is its Brand name and I am sure, if these people do like this continuously, this will also fly in air.

So that he add discovery tamil but my package also changed witi out inform me he change. and not inform also. now i ask 12150 officer that package not avil. Is that cusotomer service. I Like airtel but cistomer service very bad. i want my old package, i dont want discovery tamil.

                I am using an Airtel mobile with number [protected] since 2007.
                I have recharged my airtel prepaid number with Rs. 255 /- for 1 GB of 3G data. The plan is active in my mobile and there is still data balance available. But for last one week when I am using 3G services, my main balance is being deducted and when I checked with customer care I came to know that my 3G data is also being deducted. So you are charging me twice for the service I am using for once.

                I am using a mobile worth of 30,000 and what is its use with out 3G on it. So I don't have any option than using 3G. Because of which, my main balance has been reduced a lot and I keep on recharging my mobile.

                All because of this your DUMB Airtel management.

                On the same I raised a complaint before couple of days ago, and I was told that the issue will be resolved in an hour. But it wasn't resolved and my main balance still get deducted when I am using 3G.

                I have been trying to reach the customer care since then, but I was unsuccessful. When I press 9 on the IVR to speak to the customer care it again says
                "Dial *121# and manage all your Airtel accounts. Thank you for calling Airtel".

                Is this the way you server your customers, PATHETIC...!!!

                SHAME ON AIRTEL...! I AM PISSED OFF AND FRUSTRATED WITH AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE. THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN.


                Resolve this if you can and I want my main balance to be refunded what ever is got deducted.

                Airtel Prepaid 3G — Overbilling

                I had contacted 10 times with customer care executive in order to explian my concern regarding overbilling.Everytime time I had to narrate the incident that had happened with my 3G prepaid services on my Airtel no [protected] .On 24/07/11 while browsing I had downloaded approx 4MB of data in excess to tha available download quota which was supposed to be charged at the rate of 20kb/ 30 paise approx. But my main talkvalue balance was reduced by INR 140.which is exorbitant and baseless.After a long struggle of trying to communicating this issue with the Customer reps- some of them I remember Veerabhadra,Kalyan,Prema. I did not get any response from them because all of them fooled my by asking me to be on hold while they redirect my call to some anonymous number which was never attended by anyone.Finally after long battle I could reach Mr.Shekar Reddy(Customer Relative Officer) who understood the problem and gave me complaint no CBDM[protected] and consoled me stating that the problem will get resolved within 48 hours.
                After getting no solution to my problem again I tried to check with the status of the complaint with the given no. but surprisingly again these customer reps asked me to narrate the incident without considering the complaint no and also Mr.Shekar Reddy was no more available/reachable.
                This is a height of stupidity on part of Airtel to engage such incapable and untrained staff who does not have the ability to even understand customer greivance and sorry to say even English.
                My problem is still unresolved and will take it to the highest level I can.

                Please don't give all irresponsible comments on this forum because you have never contacted me even once so far.This shows the carelessness on your part being representative of Airtel.Simply commenting that you were not able to reach me is just an excuse because I have never received any call or sms from you or Aitel. Its is now more than 10 days of my complaint and you should have arrived to some conclusion and if not then it is very sorry on your part.
                Through this forum I want to create awareness amongst my friends and other members that Airtel simply extorts money out of customer's without any proper customer grievance handling system.

                  I am writing this letter to inform you about the harassment I am being subjected to, by Collection Department from Delhi


                  This is for your reference, that i have disconnected my airtel mobile no:[protected] around 4 months ago. Which have pending payment of the amount Rs.2300 (appx). As per the convenience of both sides (Airtel and me) we submitted the total bill in partial payments and agreed to pay the remaining amount. But Yesterday noon they started illegal calling to my relatives and friends. They used cheap and unacceptable talking’s to my relatives, and share my personal details and financial status. There is a lady in collection dept (Delhi) named Ms. Shreya Shukla(mobile no.: [protected]) who called to my relatives and my family. When I call her back she starts misbehaved again and said that they start those illegal callings until i will not pay the bill. Also she said that she can cross any limit for the small amount of payment. Her behavior and conversation was totally unprofessional and highly cheap. This is not acceptable at all.

                  I and my family suffered a lot just because of her cheap attitude. Also I requested her that I will pay the due amount As soon As possible. But she was not agree for this and again started miss communication with me. Finally with full of frustration I came to decide to bring this in notice of consumer court

                  I request you to please take strict action on this so that it would not happen again

                  Hope for positive action against the responsible department/officer.

                  Airtel — illegal disconnection of airtel

                  I am Cdr RS Patial (Retd) Advocate at Dehra Distt Kangra Himachal Pradesh. I had a an Airtel Mobile connection No [protected] since 2004. This number I had taken on premium from the local airtel dealer in 2004 as it matched with my landline number[protected]. However in March 2009 I started getting meeages from Airtel that they have not found my form in their office/record and that I should sent a fresh form indicating resendial details thro the local airtel dealer, which I did twice. But the Airtel bosses sitting at Dharamsala & Shimla or elese where started disconnecting my services and I had to rush to the local dealers and they used to talk to the concerned people and got the services resumed . This natak went on for almost a month . In between I had recharged it with Rs555/=. And finally, despite having sent the fresh form, my phone was completely disconnected on or about 10 April 2009. I have moved a complaint before the District Consumer Redressal Forum Distt Kangra, camp at Dehra and have clained Rs50, 000/= damages. I would like to know as to why my phone which I was using for 5 years was disconnected. I have been subjected to lot of harrassment and my clientele is unable to contact me. I have suffered financially on acccount of illegal act on the part of Airtel. I was using the number on my sites, letter heads, visiting cards. AND NOW they want to get the case settled and sending feelers to me that they will revive the same number and offering me a shamelessly amount. In any case I shall fight this out legally. Will Airtel wake up and let me know as to the reasons of disconnecting my Number without personally talking to me who am I and giving a final notice/warning. I want that the person responsible for this illegal act should be sacked. I looking for the residential address of Shri Sunil Bharti Miattal so that I can send a copy of my complaint to him.

                  Airtel — Illegal Disconnection and harassment

                  I am using Airtel Broadband and Mobile connection for many years. There were many issues and disputes that were never resolved.

                  The latest was that Airtel had wrongly charged me 150.00 per month for many years. When I complained to the Nodal officer they accepted their mistake and agreed to correct it by giving me credit for all the charges wrongly made, as a result I was given a credit of approximately 4123.00 Rs.

                  I did not pay the August 2009 combined bill for Mobile and Landline because there was a credit standing in my name. Promptly I started getting calls from collection department of Airtel. I contacted Nodal officer Mr. Anoop and he advised me to pay the landline part of the bill, because these are two separate divisions. Although I get one bill for both landline and mobile, suddenly when it comes to payment they become " Two different divisions "

                  Anyhow I paid the said amount by cheque and my phone started working again, which means that all pending issues have been resolved. Then suddenly yesterday my landline was disconnected again with both incoming and outgoing calls barred.

                  I contacted Customer care and they are vague and ambiguous as ever. Thery were in no position to giving me any satisfactory reply. One female executive answered that the charges that I have not paid are " TOGGLE CHARGES". When I asked her what are Toggle Charges ? She gave the an excuse which most ill mannered and poorly informed Airtel staff does " We will arrange a call back within 3 Hours" Of course the call back never came.

                  I keep getting calls on my landline by Airtel staff, who want to know why I am not using my landline. By using they mean why I am not making any outgoing calls thus adding to the revenue of Airtel ! A most illegal and unethical practice ! Most of their staff all poorly educated, ill behaved and have no manners to deal with urban customers.

                  I fail to understand why my phone has been disconnected when not only all dues have been paid, but there is an outstanding of more than 3,000 Rs. in my favour ?

                  I have lodged concerns with customer care and nodal officers, but got stock auto replies from them saying that "they will take upto 10 days to resolve my issue in quality" !!! The appelate authority is iven more efficient. They said they will take up to 30 days !!!

                  Till such time my phone remains disconnected and I will be billed for the services that I can not use.

                  The Airtel customer care and Nodal officers seem to behave as if they have the government authorties like TRAI in their pockets.

                  Well done Mr. Mittal. Lucky South Africans !! They will not suffer as we poor Indians do.

                  AirTel — misbehave

                  i am a regular customer of airtel landline. i receieved a bill of recent for rs 892.00 and i paid it to office. i hava a reciept. now continous call from airtel office i received for paying bill. when i asked the recent bill they told rs 819.00 and i confused and tell them to explain my account or a new bill issue for my address but one of the company employe (female), just misbehave my mother on the phone. when i complaint on 42121 no. they didnt asked her name or write her complaint. the question is that why i used airtel landline number when they dont satisfied me with their services?

                  Airtel — Illegal disconnection of mobile connection

                  I had a life time prepaid connection for the past 7 years. This number is used by me in all my contacts all over india and abroad, bank accounts, mutual fund investments etc

                  The connection was obtained after furnishing all documents such as address proof, identity proof etc.

                  I had been abroad recently for about 5 months and on my return to India, to my surprise and dismay, I find that my connection is disconnected and stopped working though it had a balance of over Rs 1000/-. I took up the matter as usual on 121 only to be told rudely that my number is disconnected and it is recycled and nothing can be done about it and I have to forfeit the balance too. I never got any intimation or notice that it will be disconnected as per their so called process.

                  I was never told that connection will be disconnected if not used for a few months. It is illegal to disconnect a live line without giving sufficient notice to the subscriber.

                  I visited the air tel customer service center in Hyderabad and requested for help. They said they cannot do anything about it.

                  I sent an email to their nodal officer for andhra circle and got a reply that nothing can be done about it and they were gracious to advice me to go for another connection

                  I sent an email to their appelate for andhra circle with the same result.

                  Now I intend to write to TRAI and ombudsman.

                  The service is terrible and totally unsatisfactory. My telephone number which was illegally disconnected by Airtel was [protected]. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                  Is there anything else I can do. I also intend to file a case with consumer court.

                  Airtel — AIRTEL - Deceive and Misbehave

                  My mother who is a senior citizen and a house wife, has been using a pre-paid AIRTEL sim card ([protected]) for a long time. In May 2011, she got it recharged for Rs.2222 as she wouldn't be comfortable going to market again and again due to her knee pain. After May 30, the service stopped. When she called AIRTEL customer care, she was told that there is no such number in their system and they refused to give any kind of details or support. So my mother went to the nearest AIRTEL showroom at Banjara Hills Road.12 today. The staff told her that the number was not used since 3 months and so it was deactivated and now a free number. When she asked about the huge amount that she spent in recharge, they told her that she will not get that money back. Inspite of she repeating to them that she has been using it till 30 May, they only told her their system shows it is not used. My mother is very kind and polite. AIRTEL staff took advantage of this and refused to help my mother with any details and sent her away. I can show all the call history and recharge sms at any time. It is very sad to see that a company like AIRTEL has such low values in treating a senior citizen and deceived her of money by saying mobile is not used for last 3 months.

                    AirTel — Airtel Signal problem

                    I am using Airtel pre paid mobile service for the past 5yrs, last 6 or 7 months I am not getting the signal in my home.                       My customer ID is [protected]. Airtel digital TV representative fixed dish antena at wrong location i.e. facing parapet wall of the roof resulting loss of signal which is affecting picture quality. Such is the quality of picture that during bad weather, no signal is received thus completely blank screen. When talked to customer care service on phone on 16.6.13, their executive rudely said it is my problem not of airtel. He refused to register my complaint unless I agree to pay 250/- for refixing charges for antena. My subsequent complaint on airtel e mail [protected]@in.airtel.com on 16th and further reminders on 19th & 22nd june have gone unheeded. Airtel has not even bothered to acknowledge my mail, leave apart doing the rectification job. Since this is the fault of airtel, why should the customer bear the charges for changing the location of antena. Kindly advise airtel to respond my mails and send somebody to check for himself regarding authenticity of my complaint as to where the dish antena is located and how it is affecting the quality. thanks

                      AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Wrong deduction from my balance and very rude customer care

                      Hi,

                      My name is Ashok Singh and my Customer ID id is [protected].

                      This is really sad and depressing thing I have come across during my experience with Airtel Digital TV.
                      In month of June i recharged my account because my 6 months free subscription was over with 300.

                      But after successful recharge also my Airtel digital TV was not going so i called up customer care to get it solved. Executive didn't help me properly and problem continued there was no hardware or network problem in my setup.

                      There is a blue button in remote that was to be pressed that and their customer care executive was not able to resolve. So i tried by my own and problem got solved and these guys sent their technical guy at my door step at that time problem was over.

                      the account balance that was meant for viewing was deducted for that stupid visit, i called these guys several times but didn't get any solution.

                      Now, main point, why did engineer visit our place, for what reason did he come, who called him and why are we not agreeing to pay for that. these guys have to understand this. Because this is not a matter of 300 Rupees, it's a matter of our belief in Airtel Digital TV, and matter of cheating us. If we agree today for this, their is no guarantee that these guys will not repeat this crime.

                      Engineer was sent by them to resolve that problem, which their call center guy could have solved, but their call center guy shied away in doing his work for which he is payed. His payment is made from their customers money. Customer pays amount in belief that he will get good service, but they cheat their customer.

                      They have to understand my apprehension. In this situation we cant continue their service and if they are not ready to accept their staff mistake, please take take further steps.

                      I am here explaining whole process, and this is last time-

                      Got problem in receiving channels in the start of June
                      Complained about it after a week, as I was busy in some other work.
                      Their executive told me this problem is due to no balance.
                      Then got recharged of Rs 300.
                      Problem then also persisted.
                      Again called Their executive, he said- its technical problem we have to send engineer.
                      Now if it was technical problem, then please let me know what was that technical problem. If They justify this problem, then I will pay 300 Rs and continue.

                      If They have to send an engineer just to click a button then I think they want to raise money illegally to grow their company. Because this was the process of starting their service after I recharged my account, if they can't train Their executives of their contact center, then why should I pay penalty for that.

                      Rs 300 is the amount we can pay, but if they will treat like this, then they will be forcing me to invest 2000 Rs again for a new DTH connection other than this.

                      Airtel DTH — faulty services

                      ear Sir/Madam,

                      I am Airtel DTH customer (Cust id – [protected])

                      I was holding one connection. Since April 13 i.e the date when i upgraded package to MEGA PACK, my DTH service interrupted due to some technical problem

                      I have informed the same by calling call center as well to M/s HITECH services, Vaishali however; so many times line got disconnected by call centre executive... Few executive confirmed that engineer will visit my place soon but that happens after 4 days. I think the day in air tel is of 96 Hours.

                      After so many attempts, I was trying to put disconnection request through call centre.. However, they are not taking my request for disconnection..

                      Summary of problem:
                      Call centre lines are not working properly
                      Executives are disconnecting lines, if resolution is not available.
                      Executives are not able to respond to queries - Trained executives should be available for proper responses as promised before installation, As promised before installation, customer satisfaction is first priority. Now it’s became pain for us.
                      Please help us to get proper resolution for restore our service back or permanent disconnection.

                        I have purchased a new sim card from a local retailer located at Allied Complex, Sharifa Road, Mumbra in Thane District on 24th June 2013. The mobile number given was [protected]. I was been told that within a day the connection will get activated.

                        Now its almost 3 days still the connection is not been activated. Within these 3 days i have called many times to airtel retailer each time a get a different reply.

                        One says that the documents are not submitted other says we are working on it and other says that there is a problem with airtel system etc.

                        As long as I know that once consumer submitted the documents the connection will get activated within 24 hours in Mumbai.

                        I am requesting to the Airtel to cancel his airtel retail selling license as this action will discourage the other retailers from not complying with the airtel rules and regulations.

                        My self Mr.Pritam Nikam, living in pune, I am a custamer of Air tel.Recently my mobile was stollen from my room, So i get a new sim from Airtel shop for the same previous no.The airtel person told me that it will activate in 4 hrs.But in next day also it was not activated, I called 10 times to custamer care, they told that it will activate in next 3-4 hrs, but it is not activated in 24 hrs.I search on internet to find the contact no for Pimpri shop, from were i got the sim but nothing was found on internet except address.If i m working in a company, how to reach the office in day time to tell them my complaint.If phone no is available then i will speak to him regarding my complaint.

                        My airtel broadband account no. is 16513850.
                        I have recently shifted apartment (within the same sector of noida). I had heard about bad customer service from airtel in transfer of connections, and I was not in a position of getting into all the hassle, so I decided to get my connection disconnected and go for some new one. After struggling for 3 days with the 121 on email and phone calls, I was able to raise a request for disconnection. (They didn't acknowledge disconnection requests on email, and disconnected the calls when u said u wanted to disconnect).
                        After 2 days, I got a call from airtel, convincing me to get the connection transferred. I told them my concern, and the person assured me that the transfer would be completed in 3 days. On this assurance, I agreed to convert my request from disconnection to transfer.
                        Since then, its 15 days already now, and I have not even heard back from them.
                        All my emails and calls are answered with 'your request is being worked upon. we seek your co operation in this regard'. I have insisted that the team should atleast contact me and give me the status if it is getting delayed for some reason, but they have no answers. I am loosing on my critical work, wasting time following up with them, but all in vain. And they will make me bear the bill for all this time they are taking too.

                        They simply say " technical team is working on this. I will record the next call made to customer care and file a case in consumer court with evidence if they keep showing such callous attitude and keep sending the bill despite of no usage at our end.

                        Airtel — delayed regarding new connection

                        I had applied for an Airtel Connection thru agent named : Dilip Kumar dubey, dated : 14/09/2011.
                        and this connection is for mrs. neena mittal
                        I have paid him Rs. 1750 vide cash thru receipt no 1697113 & CEF No. 2822419 dated 14/09/2011.
                        I was promised a connection within 5 working days. I have been calling airtel guys since then but no one is taking my calls. If I call from some unknown no. the call is answered and I am told that we are busy in a meeting and will be calling you shortly.
                        I immediately lodged a complaint to airtel customer care but to my dismay no one was ready to act. Instead I was told to go back to the agency and report my claim/complaint, as without the forwarding of a new connection thru the agency airtel is helpless.
                        I would here like to ask:
                        1. who has appointed these agencies to work for airtel?
                        2. Isntairtel responsible for the deeds done by theses agencies.
                        Now I am left with no solution but to knock the doors of consumer courts to get relief.
                        I would request airtel, the last time though, to look into the matter urgently, else I would left with no option but to file a case for forgery and cheating.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          I requested to airtel customer care executive to activate internet services on my above-mentioned connection.
                          Customer care executive told me that he has activated the same service and told me to use after 12 hours. in same manners i used the internet on this mobile after period of 12 hours as asked by customer care executive.

                          When I saw bill it was billed by huge amount due to usage of internet, and it is just because of non activated plan on my mobile. This is happened just because of mistake of that customer care executive or the person who was suppose to activate services on my mobile.

                          I have made so many calls to Airtel customer care to resolve this issue but no solution from their side they are rigid and offering me a discount of Rs.950/- from excess charged Rs. 1684/-.

                          I am totally disturbed with them and can't concentrate on my job and getting so many errors in my work due to this unresolved issue. I am feeling very hrashed by them.

                          Airtel - Delhi — Excessive billing & services services discontinued

                          Dear Sir, I have mobile number [protected] from Airtel & have been always paying their bill on time. I have subscribed to their Blackberry Email services since August 2007 with amonthly bill plan of Rs 249/PM. Recently on review of my bill I was surprised to see Rs 499 & Rs 249 both plans of Airtel being charged simultaneously since Aug 07. I brought this to the notice of the Airtel Blackberry support executives & requested them to discontinue the 499 plan since I had not asked for it & did not need it. They discontinued both the bill plans & have not reinstated the service dispite innumerable follow ups with their executives since 19th march 08 till the time of writing this communication on 24th march 08. I am being given several assurances which have urned out to be false & this has been causing me immense harrasment, loss of business & mental torture. The matter may kindly be taken up asking them to ensure the following immediately:
                          1. Resuming my Blackberry services under the 249 PM plan.
                          2. Refund of Rs 499 PM charged fraudelently by Airtel.
                          3. apology in written for the harrasment 7 mental torture extended to me by Airtel executives.

                          I have a airtel connection from february, 2008. I was not getting the bills from february to my email address(which is the billing address). I was paying the money by verifying the message i'll be getting from Airtel. I've complained about this to Airtel several times. But i didn't got the bills. By this month i got a call from Airtel saying that i'll get a bill of amount 10, 000, which is not a correct amount and i've complaint to Airtel naudal and appalete officers also but they are giving me wrong details. So asked for bills from february to August, 2008 to verify the same. But they are not ready to give those bills also.
                          With out verifying the bills i cant pay the money, because they are cheating the customers by providing wrong information.

                          Bharti Airtel — Billing issues with Airtel

                          I am posting this after being thoroughly fed-up with Airtel's bill delivery services.

                          I had changed my residence in Jan 2008 and had updated my address with Airtel. Since that time, I have NOT been receiving my mobile bills.

                          Inspite of not receivibg my bills, I used to take it upon myself to check the amount due and pay airtel in time so that I wouldn't face any inconveniences.

                          I had logged several requests and complaints with Airtel's customer service team but that was of no help. I used to get responses from them such as:

                          -The address appears to be incorrect (how then am I reciving mail delivered by India Post?)
                          -The bill was delivered to a family member (I live alone and do not have any family in Bangalore)

                          This went on and on for several months. Even complaints to their Nodal Officers and Appellate Officers were of no help.

                          I the began refusing to pay my bills as I was not getting my invoices. To this airtel retortet by cutting off my calls on the due-date of the bills.

                          It has now been 10 months since I last saw a invoice from Airtel. I keeps receiving calls from Airtel's collection officers asking about when I plan on paying my bill. To these people I answere that I will pay only if they bill me for it and if I receive that bill.

                          Paying without receiving invoices is not something that I would want to do as I do not know what I am being charged for and cannot check my bill to see if there has been any incorrect billing.

                          Message to Airtel: If you want my payment, send me all my invoices from Jan 2008 along with a written apology and a waiver of all the late fees that I have paid you since jan 2008

                          The credit limit is Rs4000/- and was never communicated when the credit limit got exceeded and a bill was raised for Rs10914/-
                          My simple point is what is the meening of credit limit when their is no information when it is exceeded and consumer gets a bill which is very high and the second is their is no rational for the charges .

                          Well I had lodged written complain for services which were never asked and never required were billed and your confirmation that the matter was sorted out. However on receiving the bill in Dec the charges were physically reflecting and I spk to your executive before making payment that is again on 12 Dec. and he confirmed that it was an error and I should make payment less the amount in dispute approx 150.85.

                          I hv received bill again for Feb and here I am being charged for that amount which is disputed and over & above late fee.

                          Do you think people hv some much time to keep sorting out such meager problems which you people escalate.

                          This is the complaint with regard to wap charges that you have charged without my request
                          to the extent of Rs.220 and I made a complaint for the same from Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad, AP.

                          I have received a bill of 61, 000/- after returning from my trip to Africa, while I was there I checked with the local service provider about the outgoing and incoming charges on my roaming Airtel Mobile.

                          Being aware of the high costs of outgoing and incoming calls, I got myself a local sim card and used this for making important calls from there to India.

                          When I received an SMS from the Airtel Billing dept I called 121 and asked to speak to the senior floor manager, in this case it was a person called Richard Able, I explained him in detail and also he was able to look at my usage details as at that point of time I had not yet received my bill, but he looked at his system and felt that there could be some mistake and assured me that my comlaint was being sent to the concerned department, who did call me a few days ago and told me that they were convinced that the billing was justified.

                          Any suggestions on how to go forward from here, other than asking the service provider to cancel my subscription with the service provider.

                          Airtel — Billing issue and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

                          I have been using an airtel number [protected] for over a year and a half. From the start Ihave been facing billing issues. In August 2008 I bought an iPhoen from the airttel store and was promised 1 year free GPRS. From September 2008 I left to UK and was back in Jan 2009. I received a bill of 6000 on my return.

                          I also realsied that the GPRS was being charged every month. After numerous complaints and various service request numbers I received from Airtel I had reached my saturation point when i spoke to the Appealing office adn Nodal officer. NO ONE WERE OF ANY HELP

                          I then asked for them to send me all my bills from august 2008 and I was told they had record of only the last 3 months bills

                          I went to an airtels store on bannerghatta road bangalore and was told the floor manager was sleeping as she was unwell. The next day she was busy and the third day the same

                          I as a scared customer for consequences of non payment of bill paid my bills until April 2009. Post that I asked them to cancel my connection and stopped using the number. I still kept getting calls for non payment of bill

                          After a point everyone I called from that number started getting calls "we have a courier and this was the secondry number given" or they will call from some credit card company etc.

                          As a customer who had issues I spoke to everyone possible. I have all the service request number and emails I have sent but I have no reply. I only get an auto response message that someone will call me by bla bla day and some time

                          I not only beleive no one helped me resolve this but also that the customer service word should be removed from Airtels objectives or marketting stratergy because they DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SERVICE AND THEY QUITE DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

                          I beleive for all the inconvenience caused adn the time I have wasted on one phoen bill Airtel should compensate me rather than me having to pay the bill

                          After all the measured taken I hope this will help me resolve this issue

                          I had taken Airtel broadband connection on June 2008 under limited plan with Rs 499 rental. My number is[protected]. Till August 2009 I was getting correct bill like 499+Tax ie somewhere about 550 to 600 on a montlhy basis. ie for 15 months everything was normal and suddenly for Sep 2009 my bill was raised to Rs 18000 and they had given some discount of Rs12000 and payable bill was Rs 6700. Also theyhad deducted double payment for my bill of Aug ie Rs 601 twice which again they had adjusted in the excess bill. I had made complaint to Airtel but again for Oct also they had raised another bill for Rs 18000, again some discount and net payable was Rs 6500 and total due was around Rs 13000. When I contacted the rep who had taken the call told me that it is company's policy to convert limited plan memebers to unlimited plan if I am ok to convert they will deduct Rs 11000 and I need to pay only Rs 2000. I didn't agree for the exploitation & now they had disconnected the line and sending mails & persons for collection& disturbing me. I want to take the case to consumer court and should stop such exploitation. Also I avdvise the enitre Indian Population to move away from Airtel, because Airtel become No.1 by cheating hundreds o[censored]s like this.

                          In Oct. 2009, even though I had told to close my telephone and said that I no more need the telephone, I was called by Airtel and promised that no rental charges will be levied as the free period has been extended by another 6 months. But the promise has not been kept up. Fortunately I had not used the telephone after Oct. 2009. When ever I ring up for refund of excess billing some excuses are given for not doing the right thing.

                          I understand that all efforts are being made by the largest service provider to retain the customer to keep its no. one position. But in no way it is fair to charge some one for services he does not require and particularly when he has not availed the said services offered to him.

                          Pl. treat this email as my claim for refund of excess billing and do the needful to credit the full amount in my next bill.

                          Airtel is charging excessively during festivals. Festival is the time when we use the mobile and sms facility to the maximum, but this time it was very excessively charged.

                          It was informed that SMS during diwali is 0.50ps but i was charged 1re during diwali. This is a very good business tactics used by Airtel to mint money.

                          I have been using internet(dsl) for over three years. My monthly bill has never been more than Rs 1052/- including dsl, phonecalls and iptv charges.
                          My CURRENT BILL DT 24 MARCH 2012 FOR ACCOUNT NO; 11214740 has all of a sudden shows dsl usage of Rs 5774/- The timing o[censored]sage is through the day from 20 feb to16 march12 except few odd days. Since i go to office every day and carry my laptop with me, there is no way i can use my home dsl connection for the periods shown in the bill.

                          hello, my name is kushal sushil. i am a resident of shyam nagar, jaipur. i have a internet connection through bharti airtel. i do submit my bills of internet on. but from the past two months i am facing a trouble through the costumer service representatives. they call me everytime and ask me to submit the bill. at first to get my life hassle free i went to bharti airtel office in civil lines, sodala, jaipur. i told them that i am facing a problem regarding my bill payments. i show them the copy of my bill as a proof. they told me that the problem is been fixed and you need not to worry. then again i am getting calls from the coustmer service regarding bills. i again went to the place again and told my problem and they siad that its been fixed. i again got the call from coustmer service. now they send me the bills on my mail. i feel so, guilty being a loyal customer i submit my bills on time and due to some system faliure they humilate me by calling me again and again.

                          AirTel Bharti — Billing

                          I was charged rs. 67000 for internet usage during the month of March 2012. Bill read a discount of around 34000 against it. So my remaining amount to be paid was around rs. 32000.

                          I have been using this same number for 3 years and this was the first such incident. Airtel says (after all the escalations) that the charges are correct and they can maximum offer a discount of 4000 on it.

                          I have been on a 2g plan forever and the bill shows charges incurred on 3g network. When I have never activated 3g why my phone was allowed to use 3g services.

                          I have been harassed by the collection people for very long. My phone services have been barred.

                          This is a case of cheating on the part of Airtel for sending their bills showing as `downloading of some services and charging me exorbitantly. However, the fact remains that I have never repeat never used any such service they have mentioned in the messages.I fail to understand why they do. I have never experiences such a horrific state before. I have been a regular and punctual customer of Airtel and have been paying their bills rather before receiving such bills. But this time, I have experienced such a horrific state of receiving bills for the services never asked and never used by me.                           Further to my message of August 21, 2012 for which I have yet to get an answer, I would request you to ask your representative to call me at the following number :[protected] since I have per force to shut down my Airtel number [protected] as again I have been getting messages concerning downloading of some services and thereby increasing my bill to which I am afraid is not justified on the part of Airtel. I will have to go to court to fight this case as this is a case of `cheating' on the part of Airtel to send me the bill for a service which I have just not repeat not used.

                          So in case someone is interested to talk to me on the subject, he or she can call me on the above number on coming Saturday or Sunday any time. Perhaps I will have to switch over to some other provider if Airtel continues to send me such messages time and again even after DISCONTINUING such a service.

                          I wonder, how many times I have to lodge complaints on the subject. You can not resort to such tactics. I will have to contact some media person to report such a tactic being used by your company on its regular customers so that people by and large should be aware of it.

                          This is in reference to my post paid connection [protected], being used by me for many years now. I was a regular GPRS user in 2G and 3G also. I had subscried to 3G combo offer of Rs 250 pm since past two years and never had any issues during this time. Infact few of the months i haven't even used the facility due to my handset issues, but continued to pay the same.
                          During June 2012, while changing my handset i used a samsung handset for 2-3 days, i dont know HOW and WHY, my exisiting combo offer of 3G usage was disabled and a new scheme (which is to attract new customer) of 500 MB free was activated and as my usase is always in the range of 3-4 GB the additional usage was charged @ a much higher rate and there by my bill went up 10 times the normal monthly bill. On noticing this i immediately raised the issue with respective department and contiue to raise it till now. The company kept on charging at a higher rate without listening to my reasons.
                          As a result of this i stopped paying and now my phone has been disconnected and my security amount is being used to settle the undue billing by AIRTEL.
                          This type of resolution to unnecessary billing is not at all acceptable from a big company like AIRTEL, as my security is still more than my bill, they are happy to close my number.
                          I am going to raise this issue in each and every forum and make sure that others are not fooled by th company any more, if the company does not resolve this issue at the earliest.
                          I will still wait for a resolution thru this forum, which i dont expect but will wait for few more days.

But this time we have received bill above Rs. 500/- against the average bill of Rs. 100 to 140 . We have tried to contract the customer care ,but they assured us they will report the matter to their senior & you receive a call from them for settlement of Bill . In spite of repetitive efforts from our side neither they resolve the problem nor we have received any phone from senior .                             I have taken my airtel connection [protected] on[protected] from Gandhidham.
                            First of all in Airtel relationship center they didn't tell me that Airtel has a very very poor network connection in Gandhidham.
                            They cheated and i took a postpaid connection.
                            My starter plan was hero retail 399 second plan - gj.
                            From the first day i was having the network problem.
                            still i paid the bill amount of 289.24 RS online.(The transaction details i have attached below.)
                            on or before 7th june i have changed my airtel plan to New 151 Data Combo Plan.
                            after Changing the plan i hardly made a call from my airtel number.
                            still Unsatisfied with airtel i decided to stop the connection .
                            So i send a mail to their customer care and get a soothing reply which is copied below..:

                            Airtel — amount (Rs. 50) with the connection

                            I have the prepaid connection of airtel number ([protected]). When I took this connection it was with the sceem of Rs. 500 will enter every month but there is not even a single amount is coming in my account from the first day. This connection is with the validity of 24months.

                            Airtel — Taking Excess Amount

                            My mobile no is [protected]. I have the night talk facility .39 paisa to any mobiles between 10.00pm to 8.00am. As i called to relative at 19.4.08(Saturday) at 22.08pm .At that time my mobile balance is 125.35 my call time is 10 minutes.Actual call charge is 3.90paisa but they take 7.50paisa.They taken extra 3.60paisa.
                            I report to customer care they told that Airtel time is correct my mobile time is wrong.My complaint no is

                            My unbilled amount is increased day by day, even i dont used it.
                            I want my last 3 months call summary (no. which are called, talking time & amount of each call). my no. is - [protected]

                            Airtel — Bill generated unused calls

                            I have taken a broadband data card. from Airtel Number [protected] I have received the Bill Number[protected] dated 09 sep 08 of amount 4355 /- and given discount of 2500/- and actual amount to be paid is Rs. 2477.54.

                            The strainge thing is that on 03 september the number of call made are shown in bill are 572 from time 14:43:26 to 23:21:59 HH:MM:SS.
                            This is found to be unusual bill as all the call have been shown are Rs. 5:00 each. They have shown more than 10 calls in one minute.

                            I have made complaint to to customer care and they are not agree to resolve these bills.

                            Airtel — Excess bill raised

                            Respected Sir,
                            As reference to my above mobile number ‘xxxxxxxxxx’ and bill no got excess bill
                            raised by ‘AIRTEL’. I would like state as follow for your kind perusal.

                            1. As, I am using aforesaid cell number since from 4 years. Apart from that, I am regularly
                            Clearing my dues, whatever it comes i.e. post paid. I never failed to pay my dues.
                            2. BY strangely, I was shocked by seeing the bill due ‘6, 657.78’ Rs dated on ‘3-09-08’ &
                            Once again, I was shocked by seeing the bill due of ‘28, 529.00’ Rs dated on ‘3-10-08’.
                            This is very strange to get such bill raised by you people i.e. ‘AIRTEL’. Knowingly or
                            unknowingly you had done some serious mistakes. May be deliberately or oversight.

                            3. Further, I would like to state that, my credit limit is 5900.00Rs. But even though, I have
                            neither used or lost my sim. So that it can be misused by some body. I am lone to handle
                            this above mentioned cell number. But it is shocking for me to see the bill overdue limit
                            of ‘28, 529.00’ Rs as of ‘6-10-08, against my credit limit of Rs 5900.00. Without any prior
                            Intimation of my over limit usage.
                            4. Further states that, I submit that, on what way you have raised so much harriers from my
                            Cell number. My regular bill was generally ‘1000.00 Rs to 2000.00 Rs’. But it is shocking to
                            See this type of bill. I do not know whether it is deliberate or oversight from ‘AIRTEL’.
                            Later, I had contacted customer care i.e. ‘121’ many times since from my ‘Sep-‘08’’ and
                            Visited rajajinagar outlet many times & complained about the concern and requested for
                            Resolution. In spite of looking into the concern, my service was interrupted very frequently,
                            By barring my outgoing calls, which really hurted me as a prompt customer. Apart from that
                            I was regularly mentally harassed to make the payment by ‘AIRTEL’ on odd hours, without any
                            updation to my requests and complaints. This clearly indicates your negligent attitude, towards
                            a prompt customer.
                            5. In view of above facts and circumstances. I request your goodself to wave unused or wrongly
                            Charged bills raised by you people and take necessary action on negligent attitude of ‘AIRTEL-
                            Customer care towards a customer valuable feedback. I hope you will do the needfull or else
                            I am not responsible for future consequences.

                            Airtel Postpaid — Poor network connectivity and cheating

                            The Airtel service has been very poor off late (1 month). When I call customer service helpline I am told that Karnataka circle has been facing problems and they would be rectified soon (despite repeated queries she refused to put a time frame). Why should we customers be put to so much of trouble for having believed that number one service provider means best service too?

                            There have been many cases of calls getting disconnected during a conversation and this call has to be again made. Who will pay for the seconds lost in the dropped calls? I am paying first for a call that lasts for 10 sec (charge is for a minute) and then again for the same the next time. Isn't this cheating the customer?

                            i had contacted with your customer care several times but on 22 jan 09 your employee POOJA had responded me nicely she had given me complain number 20355929 regarding my post paid bill.As my plan was corporate plan of 699 Rs. scheme no person intimited me by which time my plan was expiring,
                            its sole duty of airtel to guide there customer at proper time .friends of mine had taken same plan & got proper feedback from ur agent but whynot me!
                            So sir i want Airtel to refund all my undue charges which has taken against the plan .If it has not done, i am sure i will close ur airtel connection, Since a long time i m ur customer & bit satisfied with ur services. so plz refund all my extra charges u hv taken from me asap.

                            I AM A POST PAID MOBILE CUSTOMER OF BHARTI AIRTEL, WEST BENGAL, ASANSOL CIRCLE. MY MOBILE NO. IS [protected], I HAVE BEEN A REGULAR CUSTOMER FOR THE LAST THREE YEARS BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NEVER RECEIVE ANY EXCESS BILL UNTILL MY LAST BILL (APRIL 2009), HERE MY ACTUAL BILL IS ADDED WITH ADDITIONAL ISD CALLS TO EUROPE(AROUND RS. 1200/-) WHICH HAD NEVER BEEN MADE BY ME.                             I have an airtle broadband connection from the past 6months.Its no.[protected].We have already paid initial amount of modem to them.On 15th of feb i logded the complaint against my internet connection not working properly.One of their engg visited and solved the problem.The landline connection wire was broken which was repaired successfully and satisfied service was provided.But in the next month bill they added other charges as rs500 and on askind they said the charges are for replacing the modem which they dint replace.Also on asking to provide me with the written if they have really replaced it really but they refused.May i know repairing the broken wire is equivalent to replacing the modem.?? why should i pay for the thing which i havent received.? i would be obliged if you kindly look into the matter and resolve it soon. If the service would continue to remain this way i m sorry to say i will withdraw my connection.I am really disappointed with the service.

                            dear sir,
                            i am karthik ,i am using airtel for past six months for the first three months i have choosen 3gbplan for rs 500.In between(i.e in third and fourth month there was no connection because of wire problem in my area for which they took 20 days time.i paid for that month without using broadband). As i am using more internet i planned to switch from airtel to bsnl unlimited.I called airtel customer care for this ,they told me that i can get unlimited plan from airtel itself with same speed and same amount.last month.i.e. in fifth month the bill was exactly 500 as mentioned by them before ,but this month they sent me bill amount of rs.1,251.I contacted the person who told me to change to this plan.He told me that he has no relation to these problem,he is only technically related .then i tried for customer care where i had no response.Now i am confused by this .I planned to quit airtel broadband because of its working.but at the end i had only loss by using airtel broadband for these days.,

                            40141331 and surprisingly the bill ch amount has come 5446.02 which is wrongly
                            presented and calculated by airtel.The call charges are correctly calculated but
                            the DSL usage charges have been calculated from the date of inception not the
                            current month. You can refer to the itemized statement where you have
                            calculated dsl usage 21835 mb from the date 7/12/2010 till 25th feb not from
                            26th jan to 25th feb which is my bill cycle.

                            This is to inform you that I am customer of Airtel Broadband Services from last more than one year (Airtel Fixedline No. [protected] with Airtel Broadband Connection vide Account No. 15486006 in name of Jai Parkash Garg R/o:- E-3/27, Ground Floor, Sector-11, Rohini, Delhi-110085). I must say I enjoyed your services very much.
                            From 09 may 2011 to 20 may 2011 (12 days) my broadband and landlines were not working at all. In this purpose I made multiple complaints (Compalint No. 46180358; Ref No. 46219396; Ref No. 20103537; Ref No. [protected], Ref No.[protected], Ref No.[protected], but all in vain. Airtel not short out I complaint in period 09.05.2011 to 20.05.2011. (12 Days) .During the period, I faced a lot of embarrassment along with financial loss (went to cafe again and again for my stuffs).

                            This forced me not to pay last month bill of Rs. 777/- including 12 days (09.05.2011 to 20.05.2011) including service tax . Breakup detail below:-

                            Dear Sir,
                            Our Land line . No.[protected] and Broadband was out of service from 19/4/2011 to 26/4/2011. As per company representative it was due to major breakdown in the lines of company and around 600 phones were affected.As per commitment made to us during installation if our phone will remain idle for more than 72 hours,they will not charged Rental during idle period.For this rental wave off we requested 10-12 times thru their customer care and every time they given us complain no.from April2011 to June 2011 but it was unattended. Finally in the month of we had paid less 7 days rental in the amount we have to paid.In the next bill company claimed unpaid rental and Rs.50/= as penalty.
                            After 8/7/2011 to 18/7/2011 we contacted several times to customer care and 121 but till date no solid response.

                            actually i am using air tell postpaid [protected] bill connection in cug plan, actually i have requested for 2gb gprs connection i.e 98 rs plan /mnth if i excedd my credit limit they customer support excutive told that from air tell u will get call and instructions within few days my airtel gprs connection deactivated i contacted customer care and asked them they told that i have used 3g connections excessly so that it has deactivated then i told them that i have not requested for 3g they said its their fault it will detected in bill upto six times i got this confirmation but i have recived my bill as 10300 Rs in indian, so i contacted the ccare and said no way to reduce it then i told the above statment also they were asking sorry for it and advice to pay for than i asked to deactivate my connection but they r not doing it , i told that i will pay the call cahrges but also they are deactivating my line and raising bill for all the month

                            Sir I used rs 450 3g plan in my airtel postpaid no. But my current month bill is rs724.
                            and I call airtel customer care last month to convert my sim to prepaid. They send a airtel customer executives to my home and give me a prepaid sim.                             Hi, This is Pratikshya Srichandan. We travelled to Indonesia from 31st Oct 2017 to 6th Nov 2017. Before we travelling, called customer care and checked about International roaming. They said it will be 80rs per call and no extra charges. We calculated according to that and used it for 2 or 3 min per day. But the bill has come 6444rs. Really i don't understand why this much bill amount. When we contact Customer care they mentioned, its not for the call its for data usage but we didn't use data at all on those days. We got the local sim over there and used it for data. If its required we are ready to provide the local number. Automatically per day package of 649 is activated; There is no information at all about this package. Requesting to waive this amount and we are ready to pay the amount for the calls which we used and not for the data. 649 daily package needs to be waived off.

                            Contacted customer care so many times but no response. 10th is due date, so would like resolve the issue before that.

I got response from airtel and next day a person came to my home and checked the signal strength.                                 Raised this complaint for the signal issue that i face inside my home.(Signal strength is 0%) done with basic trouble shoot by
                                call operator.Informed they will send their engineer to my place to check the issue.

                                There is field engineer from "Wipro" who works for Airtel has come to my home and taken readings of the signal strength.
                                Also he informed that they will send engineer to increase frequency.

                                But till 18th of june no one has called me,so i called Airtel with reference to complaint number "50980572",
                                They informed that complaint is resolved as i confirmed that the issue is fixed,But the truth is i haven't recieved any call neither
                                I confirmed anything.Hence Yelled at them they told they will re-open the same complaint and have my issue fixed.

                                I recieved call from [protected](3.24pm) enquiring about the same issue and they told they will send people to fix it.But again no sound.
                                As I'll be recieving my bill anytime soon I thought to call them and enquire about the same complaint.

                                AirTel — 3g service problems

                                I called Airtel to enable 3g services on my Samsung Galaxy i9000 phone and then paid Rs 450 for the 600 mb plan. The amount shows up in Dedicate Account 11 but I cannot access the 3g service at all. There was only 1 setting to be done as per the SMS from Airtel (Change Network mode to Auto for GSM and WCDMA). I did the change but there is no 3g service. The Airtel Service center people are useless and claim that they cannot do anything. After one call to 121 or 198, you cannot talk to anyone (seems like the number is blocked forever). If we call 121 from Airtel Service center, the person on the other end hangs up as soon as s/he realizes that the customer is unhappy. What a wonderful service from a wonderful company!!

                                  I have re-activated my account because airtel digital tv scheme for inactive customers. I got call that airtel regarding the 6 Month offer, you will get 6 month free. ( I have recorded call from you ) & activated my account again on[protected] by paying 1250 INR of 6 month charges ( 200 X 6 months = 1200 + extra 50 Rs. because your executive told me that resumption fees will be additional 20 Rs. )

                                  And they started my service saying you will get 1 year service now ( 6 month + 6 months free)

                                  Suddenly I got sms before 3-4 days saying your account is going to expired. And its suspended on[protected]. but actually my expiry date is[protected].

                                  Yesterday I got the confirmation from your executive that u will get the remaining balance & account will active again till 5 PM today. ( I have recorded this call also )
                                  But in next morning I got call that I will not get the cashback, when I asked the reason, the airtel executive person behavior was very rude & not answering me the reason. Also he was talking in not proper manner with customer & cut the call. ( U can listen that call)

                                  Do the business on sound business principles & activate my account till provided offer date.

                                  AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — misleading by your customer care

                                  My customer ID is [protected]

                                  Yesterday I had called customer care and was connected to Mr.Devender regarding my requirement of a dueal conection for another TV he informed 2 schemes one is advance rental and other 999
                                  I opted for 999 scheme for which I was informed to pay 999 + 200 to my above account and call up customer care again and inform about payment and then within 24 hours airtel will send an executive with a another setup box and install accordingly.

                                  I immediately recharged my account with Rs.1200 and called up customer care this mornoing.
                                  Shockingly i was informed that this is not a procedure and they sugested to lodge a complained regarding the same and the issue will get sorted. i REALLY DONT UNDERSTAND OF WHAT IS GOING ON WITH AIRTEL AND HOW TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM. I am not jobless I cannot be hanging on the phone the full day and keep repeating to your lowzy customer care people .
                                  Please come with a solution I had recharged my account I want Airtel to istall my dual connection within 12 hours.

                                    I Hemanth, iam using airtel broadband[protected], nearly 5 years, Few days back[protected] my airtel modem power adapter is burned. So airtel technical persons visited my place to resolve the issue.On[protected] the issue is closed.                                       I am Akilan. My family holds around 5 airtel phone connections and two DTH connections without any issues.

                                      I took a new Airtel broadband connection - number [protected] . This has been a headache from day1. What speed was promised was not delivered (I understand it is many a times common with broadband of service not being upto the desired quality) and I was dissatisfied. I wanted to close this account and that was the reason for the delay in payment.

                                      But the issue here is that my mother, sis-in-law, brother and myself received abusing and threatening calls from [protected] (some collection agents number) .I need redressal for such uncivilized behaviour of these collection people. I am ready to pay the due. I am unable to identify the collection agency to take legal recourse. Please advice on what legal recourse I have so that these people are positively punished. I am ready to bear the legal cost and also ready to pay the Billed Amount.

                                      Airtel Broadband — Collections Call

                                      Recieved a call from Nisha Kumari from their Vasant Vihar branch reporting in to Om Prakash TL and Sanjay Kohli Floor Manager. Was rude and impolite and upon reminding her she started harassing me.
                                      Further, have been trying to write a complaint in the Airtel website but it does not take the complaint.
                                      Really sucks.
