This company is terminally sick, and the tragedy is the big bosses do not even know what is killing it. And if they know, they are surely not aware of its seriousness.

It’s the management that is killing the company. They have been concentrating only on maximizing profits, by means fair and foul, and that too unsuccessfully. The customer is its last concern; in fact of no concern at all. The sales function has been outsourced to shady agents who are profiting by cheating consumers. The agents also become agents for other shady dealers who are passing on spurious products to the consumers of Airtel. This has gone on for such a long time that the low level officers of the company are now a part of the network. These low level officers can make a customer’s life living hell if he ever crosses their path.

The company has a very elaborate system of ‘customer care’, which is apparently managed by robots. These robots do not understand the problem the consumer is facing, but send out only fifteen digit reference numbers, both by email and SMS. When they cannot sort out the problem they just become deaf and dumb. The company web site is a nightmare to navigate. It does not even provide the services it advertises. The only feature that works properly is the one collecting bills.

The servers of the company are in such a poor shape that even those responsible for running and maintaining them express helplessness when confronted. Even a function such as ‘My Account’ will not work most of the time. It is a frequent problem when servers do not recognize even the usernames of passwords.

If this company gets hold of your email ID or telephone number, it assumes it has a license to send emails and make calls, at the time of its choosing, on matters concerning only the company. And it arrogates to itself the right to collect data from you, at its own convenience, for all services it makes you pay for.

Airtel must be the only company in the whole world that is sure of advancement and growth in the face of vanishing legions of customers. For such an astonishing achievement it manages to sell its products, particularly broadband and TV to only those who do not have any other easy option. I wonder for how long?

Airtel must learn the importance of keeping the consumer happy and satisfied from what the Mahatma said to all businessmen. See the following Quote:

"A Customer is the most important
Visitor on our premise.
He is not dependent on us,
We are dependent on him.
He is not an interruption of our work,
He is the purpose of it.
He is not an outsider to our business,
He is a part of it.
We are not doing him a favor by serving him,
He is doing us a favor by giving us,
An opportunity to do so."

If Mr. Sunil Mittal does not agree with me, I would like to hear from him on this site. (Check just one A/C No. [protected]). If he can visit my home I will show him exactly how the customers of his company are systematically fleeced. I will also show him how his company invariably falls short of fulfilling its promises to the customer. He can contact me, if he has any interest in his clients, in Mumbai on 40151046 or 28576008.

• To inform consumers,
• To make the management pay heed to consumers, and
• To get my legitimate problems with Airtel addressed.

    I have Recharged with 500 rs and got only 442 rs.but I was supposed to get 525rs so I want my 83rs back.When I contacted Airtel customer care they created a new rule by saying that u have not recharged from mobile to mobile.

    AirTel — My balance got less

    I have prepade connection in my mobile. There was Rs. 41 balance in me mobile after that I didn't called anyone. But still
    my balance decreases by Rs.18. Now it is Rs.23,how can it be possible?
    Balance get less by 30 Rs.

    Airtel — less discount given

    Under my bill plan of Airtel CUG 149. it was agreed and confirmed by Airtel that 200 local minutes and 200 locan / national SMS will be given free everymonth. But now they are saying that it is 100 minutes and 100 local/national SMS free.

    This is a clear case of cheating.

      Hi,
      We took Broadband Wifi connection from Airtel in May 2012. We got the connection transferred to a new address i.e. to Noida Sector 47, our new apartment. Since then the Internet connection has been working intermittently. Sometimes its slow, sometimes it doesnt get connected etc. We told this to Airtel engineer who transferred our connection and he said he will send another engineer to look into the issue. No one came, then we reached Airtel customer care multiple times and the customer care said that there is an issue from Airtel network side and it will be taken care of in 48 hours. It worked after 48 hours but again after a few days the issue started coming. Then again we called Airtel customer care multiple times and every time they assured it will work in some more time but it didnt. FInally we logged a complaint at the customer care and said we want some engineer to visit and rectify the whole issue for once and all, Airtel did not send any engineer even after assuring us. Then we again called them multiple times but no response, and then finally we went to Airtel office in Sector 25 Noida and told the issue and they logged a complaint number 31368648 in 13th April and finally the engineer visited on 14th April and said that the Modem is faulty and it needs replacement. He also said that the modem has just passed 1 year of warranty period (9th May) and hence we as customer have to do the replacement. We were not happy with this resolution because there was a huge delay from Airtel side in telling us that modem is faulty. So, we logged another complaint on 14th April[protected]. Again nothing happened, then we logged another complaint on 23rd Aril[protected]. After that we started receiving various calls from Airtel asking us the problem and every time these guys said that they will send some engineer to replace our modem, sometime they said they will replace the modem with an old one, sometime they said they wont replace the modem, BUT to cut it short, no engineer ever visited and no one resolved our issue. We kept on following up and we raised this issue to the Nodal team hoping that they will resolve the issue but again Nodal team did nothing. Then we approached the Appellate team hoping at least they will listen and do something, they did raise another complaint[protected] but again did nothing. Last update is that Appellate team member logged this complaint and said that she will send an engineer to double check the modem, an engineer called us from [protected] on 8th May noon and said he will visit on 9th. We told him to visit before 10 AM as we have to leave for office and he agreed and said he will definitely visit before 10 AM and give us call before visting. Again as expected, no one called us and no one visited on 9th April.
      Airtel service center, nodal team, Appellate team has been playing games with us and making us roam in circles since more than 4 months and every time we call them they ask us to describe the whole issue again and again and they also do not send us the reference number for complaints. We are totally helpless and do not know what to do next. We have been paying Airtel bills on time for every month irrespective of these issues.

      Airtel Broadband — Airtel Harassment

      Dear Sir,

      My Name is Hamel K Mendawala and the airtel contact number is[protected]Broad Band connection)

      Complaint History:
      On 3rd June 2008 i had given an request for shifting of address to airtel, subsequent to which the connection was shifted by a engineer called Mr. Mrutyam. Later in the evening when i checked the connection it was working perfectly. Next day when i tried to connected to the broadband i was unable to do so, so i again logged an complaint with Airtel Customer care on 9th June 2009 (Request number[protected]. I was assured that the same will be solved within 24 hours. Next day i tried to connect but was of no use. So again on 10th june i called customer care and reclogged the complaint and again was given assurance that the same will be put on High Prority and solved immediately. Since then daily i get calls from your service engineers stating to check the connection they have rectified and in evening when i check, the same is not working and i have to call the customer care.

      I almost end up calling to the customer care and executives daily 3-4 times, in the hope that they will be able to resolve the same but of no use. At the end i had given a call to airtel office at White House building on Friday 12th june, 2008 and i got an assurance that the problem would be resolved immediately by evening. The same night an executive named Mr.Gangadhar whose number is [protected] called me and said that shifting has not been done and there is some problem in server, so the same shall be rectified by Saturday. I again checked the connection on Saturday night and same status, connection not working.

      Lastly loosing all hopes i called the customer care number 4 times on Sunday. Each time i was told to be on hold and i would be transferred to Voice detartment/Technical department and then no one replied on the other end. The executives whom i called on Sunday at call center are namely – Ms. Lakshmi, Ms. Madhu, Ms. Vijay Lakshmi and Mr. Surest.

      I hope this mail explains in detail of the harassment i am getting from airtel and hope that my problem would be solved immediately.

      Airtel Broadband — irresponsibility on tthe part of customer care

      To whosoever it may concern
      On 13 th of october 2010, i regeistered my complaint of disturbance in broadband connection, by the complaint no[protected]. Inspite of me requesting them to release my internet connection as i had exams the very next day , the airtel support service remained numb. Throughout the day i had called around 6 times and the only excuse they gave was that they would release the connection within four hours. my net conncetion has been blocked without any reason and the airtel customer care is trying to fool me by giving the non payment of dues as a reason which i already did through my credit card. this misbehaviour is bringing the company a very bad name, and its sure to lose its market reputation. the customer care people are very arrogant and insensible. i called them 6 times at around 11:45 pm to know about my connection and the man on the other side recieved the call once and then did not. how can airtel manage to hire such people. we are the ones who are paying and suffering too . i do not expect any instant help from the airtel staff which i think are all quiet dumb for their jobs.

      Airtel broadband complaint — irresponsible service

      I have been an airtel customer for the past 4-5 years. Till august I was using unlimited plan and i use to get a bill of not more than Rs.1200 and I also use to get this browser message and mobile sms regarding my usage stats.

      Previous month when I switched over to a limited 799 plan with a 6gb limit, the bill has got to more than Rs.5000. When I switched the plan, airtel did not inform me that i wont be getting any usage warning and unbilled amount stat. when i asked them through customer care, one of their representatives said for limited plan no stats will be informed. why the hell they didnt inform me earlier? even if i crossed 6gb, i was not informed about the threshold limit through sms or browser message. I checked the bill amount of Rs.5000.

      Also, there is no sign of 6gb usage discount in the bill. the usage showed around 20gb. so for a 20gb usage, the 6gb amount should be deduced from the bill.

      also, the rent plan is rs.799. but it has been mentioned as rs.905. how? it is stated that 20 paise will be charged for each mb after 6gb o[censored]sage. so let me state that out of 20gb, 6gb is free.

      so for the remaining 14 gb, an amount approx. rs. 2800 should be billed but it is in fact more than 5000.

      it is not only a problem but i have called customer care thrice and yet they are not informing about the bill stats citing slowdowns.

      1) airtel didnt inform me that i wont be getting any message when i cross the data limit for a limited plan.
      2) no discount made for 6gb.
      3) rent is mentioned as 905 but the plan rent is 799.
      4) 4-5 years of being a customer has no real advantage and no discounts, special offers were made.
      5) once i told them to switch to a limited plan but they upgraded to another unlimited plan without informing me.
      6) they are out to make money. they will reduce the speed after a limit in an unlimited plan but they wont warn us regarding usage in a limited plan. because they want to make some bucks. when asked you are told to check the usage in their website which will take eons to load.
      7) no respect or deductions for long value customers.
      8) other services like bsnl offers same options for a much low cost.
      9) limited plan sucks in airtel
      10) iam going to switch over to bsnl after this horror.

        AirTel — Unwanted deduction of money

        sir, i have many told u that i do't want any type of caller tone on mob.No [protected] .but u have given caller forcefully and today u have deduct my 30 Rs .
        sir kindly return my money otherwise i will go to consumer court.

        DEAR SIR/MADAM,
        AS I AM USING AIRTEL PREPAID CONNECTION FROM LAST 10 YEARS AND YESTERDAY MY BAL. WAS Rs 204 AT 15:10 HRS IST AND AFTER THAT I HAVE MADE ONLY ONE CALL AT 15:12 HRS IST FOR A MINUTE AND THE AMOUNT DEDUCTED FROM MY BAL IS Rs110 AND NOW MY BAL IS Rs 94 ONLY . I HAVE GIVEN COMPLAINT VIA SMS TO THE COMPANY BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN. IT IS MY REQUEST YOU TO PLS ORDER THE CONCERN OFFICER TO CHECK MY COMPLAINT AND CREDIT MY BAL TO MY A/C.

        Airtel — FORCE SERVICE AND MONEY DEDUCTION

        Dear sir,

        I have a prepaid mobile connection of AIRTEL - [protected]. The line is of KOLKATA, West Bengal. I was out of station from 9/5/2008 to 18/5/2008 for my job. I was in the area MALDAH, MURSHIDABAD of West Bengal. But today I have noticed that some ISLAMIC message is coming in my mobile. I contacted to customer care but they are saying that I have activated the service from 9/5/2008. Very funny thing. They are saying that I have activated the service. I belive that they have made it intetionaly.

        Today 26/5/2008 they have de-activated the service. But since lat two weeks they have deducted perday Rs. 1.

        My compalin no to AIRTEL Customer Care (service no 198) is [protected], talked with Mr. Dipankar Dutta (Supervisor).
        They are not ready to revart back the price.

        I want to revart back my price and they must be penalised for this type of ill service and customer harasment.

        I hope that you will do the best for the justice.

        Airtel — NOT TAKING ACTION ON MY COMPLAINT

        FROM LAST 2 WEEKS, I AM NOT ABLE TO CALL ONE PERTICULAR NUMBER, WHICH IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME. IT HAS CAUSED LOT OF LOSS OF MINE. I HAVE BEEN COMPLAINTING THEM FROM LAST 15 DAYS, BUT PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED YET.
        hi, i am Karan Gambhir...my prepaid number is [protected] and in the evening my today (14th October 2008) my balance got deducted by about 30 Rs for which i did not get ne msg from Airtel.

        my balance was sumwhere close to Rs 144 and on checking in the evening my balance was Rs.114.

        i tried complaining on the Airtel cutomer care but the executive did not have information about it, and he told me to call after 24 hours.

        please note i am not using ANY extra service except for Hello Tunes for which already Rs.200 was deducted from my account.

        I want a refund of those Rs.30 !!..its highly annoying.i am really really dissappointed with Airtel and request you to register a complaint from my side, and pls make sure a get a resolution for the same !

        Calling rates are very high - deduted 12/13 rupees for a local because I have a good balance!

        I attainted in your franchise M/S Sarbamagala Enterprise situated at Ronaldsay Road, Battala, Agartala, Tripura several times to surrender my SIM but the staff of the office delay every time.I have already complin by email but till i could not get any response from your end. Please cut my entire sequrity amount and disconnect my sim. I am not interested to go here in future.
        Misbehave of the staff of M/S Sarbamagala Enterprise situated at Ronaldsay Road, Battala, Agartala, Tripura is the main cause to surrender the SIM.         Hi,
        I am a user of airtel prepaid service.
        Currently i am in roaming.
        In the morning i recharged with amount 50 INR(talk time of 42 INR).
        After that i have activated airtel online service which is charged at 5 INR per day.
        So my account balance should be 37 INR.
        But unfortunately my balance was 2.49 INR now.
        So extra amount of 35 INR was deducted.
        I want 35 amount to be credited back to my account.
        Already i have informed the airtel service centre, but no actions from them till now.
        Please make sure i get a resolution for the same.

        From past two months my balance have been deducted for bolly wood fusion.I called up customer care last month and informed them that I have not activated any bollywood fusion, I was given assurance that hereafter this will not happen but this month I faced the same problem.I called up in the morning the boy who attended said he will solve my problem within 24 hrs that time only Rs 5 was deducted .But today evening Rs 15 was deducted I called up customer care and I was handled very badly by a girl three times in the evening.Then Mr Selvam from (Chennai)solved the problem but he was very rough in the beginning.Try to improve your customer service .Problem is not for Rs 20 its all about care and service.

        If you don't stop debiting charges from my a/c without my permission.
        I will close my a/c with airtel & going to complaint against you in TRAI.

        Airtel Prepaid Connection — Unsolicited introduction of services and deduction for such services provided in my prepaid connection

        Sir,

        I am a prepaid subscriber of AIRTEL. My mobile phone no: is [protected] and I have an AIRTEL prepaid connection with lifetime validity. On 30.10.09 evening, I have recieved multiple SMSs from AIRTEL stating that I have downloaded their packages and have been regularly charged for each with the result that my entire amount of nearly Rs. 375/- has been deducted.

        On trying to contact their customer care I only got a recorded message and could not speak to anyone directly. I had sent an email to them and only got an automatic reply with no one from the company making any effort to contact us regarding this complaint.

        Kindly advise me how to proceed regarding these unsolicited message and unfair deduction of amount from my prepaid balance.

        AirTel — deducting money by unwanted calls

        Dear Sir ,
        my name is Valerian Carvalho.
        I am using mobile phone service of Airtel for last 4 years. Unwanted calls are always distrub me, like telemarketing calls & SMS any time, even SMS are recived at late night also.
        so far Airtel have deducted lot money by sending VAS sms witohut being asked by me.
        I had resister my number in Do Not Distrub service in 06 Feb2010 (reg. no.S[protected])
        after that also they have continued sending .pl look in this matter urgentley

        AirTel Prepaid Phone — Unwanted service registration

        whenever I recharge my airtel prepaid, they subscribe me to some service without my knowledge and deduct predefined amount for the service. When that service renewal time come, they send sms and ask to renew the service. At that time only I come to know that they have subscribed me for some service. When I called custmer care, they replied I have applied for service and now they will stop the service and refund the money. I have never received such refunded money. And again after some time they subscribe me to some other service.

        Airtel Prepaid — DEDUCTION OF CHARGES

        i am having airtel prepaid connection in chennai always within couple of days i get msgs from airtel for activating or downloading without my request or without any proof they deduct charges from my balance when i call at customer care then they simply now that data is not updated so we can't provide u proof or refund ur amount so like this they only send msgs and deduct charges from my balance without my consultation or my request. they are simply cheating and fooling the customer like me
        I got sms stating TT of Rs 90 for recharge of Rs.60 and I was robbed off Rs 120, HenceAirtel will do even worse things Better to ignore their offers and the company itself

        AirTel — Taking Money from Prepaid

        I am using Airtel Nearly 10 years. I am from Tamilnadu and came to Gurgaon for work, Daily 4 0r 5 times Unnecessarily they are calling from Airtel and charging Roaming Charges. One Day I got a Message that Thanks for Downloading Mpack from Airtel and You Charged Rs. 50, I didn,t download anything and they sending this kind of message and charging, So i make a call to Customer Care they told we will revert it back, After some time i Make a call to customer number, the recording voice is saying that i am not allowed to call to that Number also they are Charging Each customer care call for Rs 3 / min.

        I feel really bad About this service and Disconnect this Network and Change my network to others also i suggest my friends and family circle to choose another network..........

        Airtel prepaid mobile — unwanted deductions

        On dated 29/12/2010, a meesage was given on my mobile no. [protected] by AD-54321 that Rs 10/- has been deducted against NEWS SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE.
        I would like to inform that I have never demanded for above service.

        Airtel Mobile — deducted money

        dear sir,

This time i recharged my mobile on sunday date[protected] but i didnt get it so i called to custmer care and complaint for this . so today on[protected]i got it in the evening but again airtel diducted my balance 40 rupees by saying i have subscribed airtel tv which i didnt subscribe. the girl from custmer care was saying i have subbmit your complaint and i will gat its complaint no by message very soon but up to now i didnt get my complaint no. and any kind of responce from airtel.
        now i wana request to airtel to give my money back because this is second time with me otherwise why anyone will continue with such service provider.

        Airtel Prepaid Mobile Services — deduction of money

        with out information they deduct two time on dated 2/3/2011 total Rs. 20/- while i already apply do not destrub services on dated 22/2/2011
        when i complain at your custmercare on dated 2/3/2011 fist time he talk with us regarding this massage (Photo Picture SMS) but he didnot solve this problem and transfer to senior but he did not attend the call and cut the mobile connection. after this i want to complian at your costmercare but no responce at your site.

        I, Dr. Satish K. Sain having airtel prepaid connection no [protected]. I have got SIM card changed on dated 02, April 2011. On that day I was having the balance of Rs. 290/- . Also on April 05, 2011 recharged with Rs 222/-. Since one week airtel is deducting money from my mobile and as of now it shows Rs. 8/- only.

        I have checked with Customer Care three times (request reference number CBDCC[protected] & [protected] ). Also I have not activited any services othre than calls. I have not received any response SMS for the promlem solution as well as updation on my balance amout.

        Airtel — Unwanted service activation and amount deduction from prepaid account balance

        My name is Priyank Joshi and presently residing in Panagarh, district Burdwan, West Bengal. Currently I am using Airtel prepaid connection(mob. No -[protected] ). Initially my call rate was 50 paise per minute on all STD and LOCAL calls . On 12/05/11 I received a message of a special offer according to which on a recharge of Rs 12 I will get Rs 8.9 talk time and 40 paise per minute call rate on all STD and LOCAL calls for 60 days . I recharged on the same day and the scheme activated on the same day after I got a confirmation message. But on 09/06/11 without any intimation my call rate again changed to 50 raise per minute and when i called the customer care they told me that they will resolve the problem within 2 days but that did not happen. On 12/05/11 I again called the customer care to enquire about the problem then instead of solving that problem they activated a caller tune service on my prepaid number and charged Rs. 45. I again tried to call the customer care but now they are not receiving the call and there is nobody to solve the problem. So its a request to you kindly intervene into this so that i will get my amount back. . .

        My Airtel Mobile # is [protected]
        Unwanted amount has been deducted from my account and I keep getting advertising calls and SMS's.
        I had submitted a complaint earlier for the same issue.
        I had received a call from some Airtel rep and he mentioned that the amount was deducted by mistake for some kind of service pack and he had refunded me some amount ,however same day after a few minutes some amount wad deducted and after a few days some more and like that they kept deducting the amount.it is really frustrating.
        Another big issue is I get lot of advertising calls and they are so irretating ..I feel like throwing this Airtel SIM..I have registred my number for do not contact list and even after that I keep get unnecessary calls from Airtel and messages ..Here are some of the numbers from I get calls almost every day atlest 4 to 5 times :- [protected] , [protected], [protected],[protected], [protected], [protected] .and so on ..there are many more numbers like this..I get unwanted messages from 56660 ..I hate this services like anything. I can not believe a company like Airtel can go to this level to trouble its customers.

        I request Airtel customer services guys to look into this issue ASAP.
        From my busy scheduled when I can take out time to write this long e mail you can understand my level of frustration. Airtel ..please stop troubling your customers.

        recently i got a sms saying that some devotional service has got activated for me, and i can deactivate it by calling a number, since i have never opted for any such service, i immediately called on that provided number, however it took me nowhere, now everyday 2 rs, are getting deducted from my balance, and after several tries i am not able to talk to any of you customer care executive,

        Its something pretty frustrating from Airtel side, how can they activate any service to a consumer without giving them a chance to accept or reject,

        Airtel Mobile Service — Customer service

        This is Saibabu, i was using airtel mobile connection for past 3 years, by 16 months have got 2 more connections for which i have paid caution deposit for Rs. 300.00 each. When i was requesting for portability to another service provider due to service lapse during my tenure, they were telling enomerous reasons for rejecting my portabillity request. After 2 1/2 months fight i have had my numbers moved to Vodafone mobile connection. Know they had generated last bill after my transfer to extend of Rs.253.00 and Rs.232.00. When i asked to adjust against the caution deposit was told that it was already adjusted from by 4th bill onwards which dont evidence in the bill i had received. Moreover irrespective of all the escaltion where i due course, they have intimated the existing service that i have outstanding due and request to interept my connection. I strongly feel that AIRTEL have converted from EXTENDING SERVICE to EXTENDING MONEY in all means.

        i have recharge my mobile number with rs 30 via www.rechargeitnow.com website. but in online recharge they deducted my money from bank account but didn't give any balance..

        i am using airtel service since 4 years. and airtel ap since 5 months since 1 month i am complaining the airtel customer care that my calls are being connected to wrong numbers frequently( 10-20 times a day) and am being charged for all the calls , and irritation when am in hurry to talk some... even after repeted complaints airtel is not responding properly and they are disconecting calls without any explanation or solution.

        Airtel prepaid mobile — Unwanted weekly deduction by Yahoo zone

        Yahoo zone is deducting Rs.10.00 every week through Airtel prepaid mobile service on my mob. no [protected]. This it is not authorised by me.I complained on 10 th Jan 2012 to Airtel to stop deduction and I was informed that action has been taken.Again duction was effected on 17th Jan.I again contacted customer care of Airtel.I was assured for deactivation of this deduction and further an SMS was given to me for Reference no CBDOV[protected] for my approach to Airtel in this regard. Inspite of all these the deduction is continued for 24th Jan and 31st Jan-2012.

        Airtel Prepaid — deduction of charges for unregistered services

        I have airtel prepaid no. [protected]. I have a very serious problem with the
        airtel services. They are deducting charges for the services I have not
        registered. I received a SMS from +5000 on 04.03.2012 regarding choosing
        Games for which I was charged Rs.10/-. Now today I received an SMS from
        AD-92956 regarding choosing devotional songs for which I was charged Rs.30/-.
        Incidents of this type have occured previously but now it is happening on a
        regular basis. This is causing harassment as I recharge my account and then
        suddenly find some amount deducted from my balance.
        Kindly look into the matter so that incidents of such type do not occur in
        future and also the amounts deducted as mentioned above may kindly be
        returned to my account.

          I called up Airtel customer care to activate internet plan - 99 INR pack which generally gives 1 GB of free usage(2G data) in the last week of billing cycle.
          I wasn't informed that the plan is charged pro rata basis.
          I didn't get any message regarding the plan activation to my registered mobile number.
          I wasn't informed on how much free usage is available and how much i'll be charged for that month on internet activation.
          And so i browsed internet and consumed around 600 MB in initial few days.

          When i saw the bill, it was 4300 INR. When i asked customer care, they replied that i crossed free usage which is around 200 MB, which is never intimated to me on activation and the rest 400 MB of 2G usage is charged at prorata basis which is around 4k.
          Atleast i expect that when i use all free usage, an intimation should be sent to user that additional usage will be charged at prorata basis, which is never the case.

          Over all a worst experience with Airtel customer care, and had to terminate mobile services from the provider.

                I recharged my mobile twice for Rs.150/- on 8.5.2013, but both transactions were failed but the required amount is deducted from my bank account but the Airtel page loaded saying "We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try later" and I check my phone but no recharge had been received. 300 got debited from the bank and the account did not get recharged.
                I made following 2 recharges from my SBI account through internet banking but not credited to the mobile no +91 [protected].

                  I had purchased an Airtel DTH SD Set top box and subscribed to a South Super Value pack plan on 3rd May 2013, through the Airel website and made an online payment of Rs. 1790/- I got a call from the web sales team that payment is received and the installation will be done on the same day. No one turned up till late evening. I waited for another two days and called up the customer care, who informed that for online payments it takes 24-72 hours for installation. Till evening yesterday 7th May , no one called up for scheduling installation. I called the customer care to follow up. After several back to back calls, they said it will be taken forward with back end team. I finally got a call yesterday form the installation team asking when is the convenient time for the installation. I requested them to do the work same day (yesterday) itself. Then I was told the technical person is not available and installation was re-scheduled to today morning 10 o' clock. As expected, no has called till now and the number from which i got the call yesterday is "busy" or my call is forwarded every time i try to reach that person.

                  Airtel DTH — Installation not being done

                  Hi,
                  We have shifted our house from Perungalathur to Guduvanchery and have requested for a re installation of the Airtel DTH connection (Customer ID: [protected]). We have called multiple times and each time we get an answer that the installation would be done by today afternoon, and if we call in the afternoon, we get the reply, by 5:30 PM. I really cannot understand your problem and fed up of the hallow promises given through customer care. To top it all once they have even closed the complaint that we lodged stating that the issue has been addressed. Until now no one has contacted us. This is going on for the past four days.

                  After seeing Airtels response in few of the complaints, I m hoping that some one would address this issue and still have a little bit of faith.

                    I recharged Airtel dongle on 6th april,2013 for 749 rs online. This plan is 3G recharge with validity of 30 days. After recharging when I try to connect to the internet , it takes lot of time to load a page. Speed is around 30Kbps to 50 Kbps which is less than the 2G speed. I have called so many times to Airtel customer care. All I got was the false assurance of fixing the problem in 3 -5dyas every time i called them. They admit that some server is not updating the online recharge amount. But they are not taking any action on it,though they are telling they will get back to me within an hour but nothing response I got till now.
                    Below is my dongle number[protected]. Can you please tell me how to get my money back as the month is over still I am not getting good speed.

                      I have already sent so many complaints to [protected]@in.airtel.com,nodal team, appellate team and platinum care aritel which are being
                      completely ignored for more than a month. Those were regarding "my fair plan usage calculation" and "wrong DSL Number shown in the smartbytes page of mine". ..

                      Account Details(Chennai, TamilNadu)

                      Plan : Rapid 175 GB (Rs. 2599 - 8 Mbps till data transfer
                      quota. 512 Kbps post that 175GB)
                      High speed data limit : 175.0 GB

                      Complaint 1 : I have attached the pdf of "unbilled usage details" for my
                      broadband account generated by airtel system for the last month (26 Mar 2013 - 25 Apr 2013) with the mail to airtel...The Billing cycle ended on 25 Apr 2013...I have highlighted several time spans in the atttached pdf where unusual and impossible data units were being calculated by airtel system...

                      For example : The time span between Wed Mar 27 17:51:21 GMT+0530 2013 and Wed Mar 27 17:55:26 GMT+0530 2013 is just 4 minutes 5 seconds...For that time span, the data download calculated by the system is 2.13GB which is impossible...There is another time span of 26 seconds, for which the data
                      download calculated by the system is 4.77GB...(Note: Maximum speed i can get is 1Mbps for downloading files or for any video streaming)...

                      There are several such time spans where the data usage calculations are unusual and impossible in the attached pdf...I have highlighted only very few of them in the pdf...

                      Due to the miscalculations by the system, my airtel broadband exceeded 80% of data usage in just 15 days(i.e.12 Apr 2013)...I tried contacting customer care and they did give me irrelevant and irresponsible answers...I sent a mail
                      regarding this issue on 12 Apr 2013 to [protected]@in.airtel.com and they did give me a formal reply that my problem has been registered and will be addressed by 13 Apr 2013...I sent several mails then to nodal team, appellate and platinum care airtel and most of the replies were nothing to do with my problem...

                      I had no other option and purchased a "Smartbytes pack Built in Data Limit: 25 GB" for Rs.799 on 16 Apr 2013...The data limit went dry on 24 Apr 2013
                      again...I purchased a "Smartbytes pack Built in Data Limit: 5 GB" for Rs.299 on
                      24 Apr 2013...And the data limit went dry in 6 hours...

                      Complaint 2 : On 18 Apr 2013, I tried to check the data usage through smart
                      bytes page (the url is http://www.airtel.in/smartbyte-s/page.html)...The page
                      showed someone's DSL number in the page. I did refresh the page and my correct DSL number had been displayed...I have attached the screenshot with the mail...

                      Complaint 3 : My billing cycle ended on 25 Apr 2013 11:59 PM) and
                      my High speed data limit has been restored to 175GB...I turned off the modem that night and went to sleep...I woke up in the morning and checked the smartbytes page and the balance remaining is 168.8 GB...How come it is possible for a turned off modem to transmit 6 GBs of data....It is really frustrating to see that the Balance quota has been dropping so rapidly without doing anything from our side....

                      I have the unbilled usage details pdf with me and the screenshot...If someone can suggest me a legal way to handle this issue, i will be really happy...

                      Airtel Broadband — Charging more for same bandwidth

                      2-3 months back i upgraded to home 999 plan from home799, which should increase my speed from 256 to 384, but it did not, i called up and regsitered a complaint, but even after 3 months it remain the same.

                      they don't forget to charge more, but they do forget to fix things.

                      Last month on dtd. 11.11.2008 i applied for my plan change from 444 to 1499 unlimited. your customer care staff assured me regarding my plan change before 5 to 6 days and plan changed from 17.11.2008 but in your billing you have charged us from 12.11.2008. When we complaint to customer care, the staff is not responding us and says that the billing is right and will be unchanged.

                      Company does not provide broadband usage pattern from their side nor am i given access to my broadband usage.
                      This month the company has decided to minimize my 4mb, with 10gb space account only in a few days to force me to upgrade. I hardly download & they expect me to believe that i can browse away 10 gb in a few days, who are they trying to fool. I know my usage patter since the last 4 years. Now despite complaints they will not provide me with my usage pattern or get back to me. This is how Airtel is trying to make money by cheating. Customers beware.

                      i got the airtel broad band disconnected on 13th Sept 2011
                      i returned the router the phone to the airtel outlet and paid the balance Rs/4.14.00

                      today 19th Nov 2011 i received a courier in which airtel has threatend me with the Indian penal code 405 !!!.
                      airtel wants 992.00 as bill amount but i have not used airtel broad band and more surprisingly i also returned the router the phone instrument for which i have the payment bill of outstanding amount and acceptance of airtel instruments.

                      this is intolerable. i contacted the police. they told me to wait for any action taken by airtel.
                      then the police will deal with these gundas thieves robbers scammers who dupe innocent people .
                      i will not be a victim to corruption i would rather donate this money to charity than to pay this untrustworthy and unscrupulous company
                      i shall be obliged if i get support in this anti corruption campaign i mean to fight even it means i have to go to any lengths
                      Airtel is cheating on the billing. I will fully agree with you. My billing shows very high downloads (almost 500MB at one time) even when my internet router and my computer is off.
                      Inspite of writing mails after mails I am not getting any solution. Can anyone help me what can be done about this ?
                      I have been facing similar issues with the Airtel Broadband. And I've noticed this huge jump in data usage from the month after the Airtel Smartbytes Service was launched.

                      My average monthly data usage was less than 10 GB initially. After airtel launched its smartbytes service, my data limit went dry on the 20th of every month (monthly billing cycle 5th of every month). Whereas, my monthly internet usage remained the same.

                      I later upgrade to a 30 GB plan, which worked fine for about 2 months, post that, the same problem.
                      I then decided to upgrade to an 80 GB plan, which again worked fine for just a month, however, I've started facing the same problem again. And the data limit would go dry just within just 15-20 days. And all this data usage/theft, without my internet surfing habits being changed. I mean, how can I go from a 10GB monthly data usage to 80 GB, with same internet surfing, and still its falling short every month.

                      Apparently, I'm not the only one having these problems and after reading the above comments, I'm convinced that airtel's system is rigged on purpose or whatever. In a way, we're being forced to buy smartbytes and the customer service, as usual, is of no help in this regard.

                      I am having the Rs.1099 plan in Airtel.Right now I have 10GB as download limit and after that it becomes 256kbps.But never was my usage beyond 10GB.Suddenly after the smartbytes plan my 10GB gets exhausted in 10 days of my billing cycle.I agree that Airtel is fraudulently charging nowadays.Even I had to go for Smartbytes after my plan gets exhausted and that too will get exhausted after a few days.The System is rigged to extract the maximum amount of money from the customers.This is a broad daylight from Airtel.Customer complaint is useless.

                      I have the exact problem with Airtel. In my daily usage there are burst o[censored]sage at one time ranging from 1.2 GB to 1.7 GB. I can assure that I have not downloaded or uploaded anything that large. I constantly observing the unbilled usage and it shows that at an average I am using 3 GB everyday. When I contacted airtel, they mentioned they have state of the art of billing system. Do they think just a mere mention of the word "state of the art" convinces me in any way...It is really very bad..I have installed the local bandwidth tracker to see my average usage and in six days I used 1.5 GB (upload + download).
                      I have two airtel Broadband connections at two different places for 10GB and 15GB. Within 10-15 days of billing cycle I get a message stating I have used 80% of data limit. I don't understand how is it possible.
                      I suspect they just double / triple the data used for p2p downloads / video chat / youtube. Else it's jsut not possible for such a high usage. They are using some very innovative logic to make quick bucks.

[protected] do make a recharge of Rs 149 which is an 2g unlimited data pack for airtel and as per the terms of the pack an aforesaid speed of 256 kbps till 2GB and thereafter a minimum speed of 40 Kbps is to be provided to the customers. I have made a recharge of the same on 30th of april 2013 and have completed the usage of 2GB and than the problem began like i am not even able to surf the net i,e the condition of the speed is so worst i even cant open the google page forget about any download.

                        Please take a note of the matter as i am not able to call the customer care helpline of Airtel even to report the same. I have a project to complete and as i have rechrged wid Rs 149 i want the company to provide the minimum speed else return me the Amount of Rs 149 so that i can transfer my plan to the best network available in town.

                          actually i made a 3g recharge of of ₹655 on 4th may 2013.but i am not getting the 3g speed and from past 3 days i am calling helpline number and every time they are giving a complain number and they told me TAT is 24hrs but till now i did not get any anything and when i call today they are telling there is no such complain regrading that. so please do the needful because of these i suffer a lot and they (air tel) are not giving proper response to me .

                            I got a recharge for the 3 GB data Plan on my Airtel number on May 1 2013. Even after activating a plan my internet speed was extremely slow. I raised a complaint for the same on 2nd May 2013. The airtel got back to me saying it was resolved, which it wasn't and the speed remained slow. On 6th May 2013 I raised another complaint for the speed and the executive told me it would be resolved by evening. I checked my account balance in the evening I had about 767 MB left. Then Monday morning I get a message saying my 690 MB of data had been deducted. I called the customer the whole day but my calls were not answered. I finally got through to one customer care executive today (7 May 2013) and he informs me that there is no plan activated on my phone which is ridiculous. After minutes of arguing the man decides to check the customer database and agrees yes there is a plan activated. He then offered me a measly INR 100 recharge as calling balance, which is unreasonable because I want my 3g data that I lost back. When I asked him to forward my complaint to higher authority else I would have to pursue it legally. The executive then cut the call on my face. Airtel has been harassing me for days now! I demand my money back.

                              I am using Air tel Digital TV for the last three months. I am really fed up with the Air tel Dish TV service. When I call the customer service he/she say 1 min sir &immediately cut off the off (What a service by Air tel Tamil Dish TV customer care) my Air tel Registered id is – [protected]. Last march I had 33.00 Rs balance. So I planned to recharge my account to watch IPL cricket match. I recharged for 200.00 Rs on[protected].during the time of recharge my TV switched on. Later I checked in my TV its saying that you have balance 33.00 Rs. I don’t know where the amount 200.00 Rs went to. Immediately I called the customer care guy form my registered phone he is repeating the same you have 33.00 Rs balance. I called them again from unregistered mobile phone. Customer car guys saying that u have 200.00 Rs balance.
                              Now friends tell me how we can we believe this Air tel Dish TV?
                              About Digital TV.
                              I don’t know what is the resolution for my 233.00 Rs.

                              i had loaded a valur voucher of rs. 37 by which all the std cals to u.p. charges re.1 only. but my cal rates are stil not reduced.

                              I have been using an airtel mobile connection since the past 4 years.I started with a prepaid card but later i converted it into a post paid one.Earlier the bill used to be about Rs 300 to Rs 400.However, teh bill started to increase day by day in every next bill with a simmilar usage of my phone.
                              10 days back, i enabled teh gprs and gps service on my connection.I was told that all i have to pay for teh gprs is 249 per month and Rs199 for a monthly subscription of GPS.However, today i received a message that my current unbilled amount is Rs 5600, which is just unbelievable as all my previous dues are paid.
                              I am highly annoyed by this kind of an open loot by this company since a ling period but i have stuck to this connection as i do not want to change my number.
                              I really want to take some serious action otherwise airtel will keep on looting people the same way.

                                I opted for a new Airtel - DTH connection through Airtel website on 3rd March evening. My transaction ID is[protected].

                                Finally after making number of calls to customer support, today the installation team came (after 4 days) and not able to install the set-up box. In addition to this, they also broke the neighbour's Airtel DTH connection. The team said, they will come back as they don't have enough wire to provide the connection. But, they never returned.

                                I am frustrated and called the customer support to cancel my new DTH connection and return my money. They disconnected my call. This is not expected from a company like Airtel. I would like to take this to consumer court.

Requested Connection in the name of RANA JI CHAUHAN, Installation address: R-91, Second Floor, Ramesh Park, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-92, Contact no: [protected], e.mail: legal.[protected]@gmail.com through your website (ONLINE)

                                The said transaction was declined by your website and no customer 10 digit i.d. was provided but an amount of RS.4350 got debited from my HDFC Bank A/c vide Narration MHDF[protected]-Airtel Bharti and Cheque/Reference no.: [protected]; value date:22.12.2009.

                                In this regard I contacted your customer care immediately several times but they failed to provide any details/ status in this regard which caused mental agony, harassment to me.

                                    For long time Airtel had Rs. 333/- for full talk time, but now with same amount, there's some other service (sms, internet, local call)
                                    Using on-line recharge facility (from bank acct) I use to top-up the airtel with Rs. 333/- which always meant for full talk time.
                                    But now Airtel changed full talk time amt. that's fine, but why this old full talk time amount 333 used for some crappy top-up?
                                    This means each time some one want to top-up, using online service, need to cross check if there are any changes.
                                    Airtel should have updated user about this.
                                    When airtel can send sooo many crappy sms (related to, love, bollywood, bikini, jotishi, useless offers) why not some thing useful sms.
                                    My complaint's why the popular full talk time amount is being used for some other mix service, which is not much useful to subscriber, airtel should have used some other amt, (e.g 332, 334, etc) for this new mix service plan.

                                    This is clear case of misleading the subscriber using popular full talk time amount.
                                    Thank to govt. now there's number portability.

                                    AirTel — related to service

                                    this is to inform that on 2nd jan i called up customer care because i was facing problem in using gprs facility in my phone instead of helpin me they created a mess for me. they gave me alot of number to called up so that i can solve my problem but it didnt. when i call in the given number the person said your state is diffrent and you should contact the respective customer care service then again they give me new numbr that day i calledup atleast 20 numbers all went wrong as i was in rooming i balance got finished because of that.my balance was 150 and at the end it left with 10rs only. And also i recharged my cell by 100rs but it didnt get the balance yet when i said i'll complain about all the things you done to me they cut my phne and then stop pickin up. I need my 150 + 100 rupees back as soon as possible

                                    Airtel — Registration Crap

                                    Month back i bought 2 sim cards from AIRTEL. 100rs each +110Rs recharge for both. it took 2days to start the service later after 2days it started working and again after 2 days it stopped working. reason document rejection. Again i submitted the doc's at airtel office but they rejected! 2nd time i submitted it again, got rejected!! 3rd time i went at airtel office to enquire about the status they said both the numbers are deleted from the system!!!
                                    and they have no specific reason for so.!!!! Really pathethic service AIRTEL provides!!

                                      many times we registered complaint with customer care and supervisor but we are not getting any solution.
                                      they self will give request number and without solving problem they will CLOSE to problem request number.

                                      everything under control you people . WE ARE FOOLISH PUBLIC RIGHT!!!!

                                      check our complaint history then you will come to know how many times we requested to solve problem.

                                      Note: we are unable to contact Customer care. WHY YOU PEOPLE BLOCKED OUR NUMBER IN IVR?

                                      AIRTEL really do not respect to customers.

                                      they will give miss call and automatic sms will come your problem has been resolved. airtel do formality with customers . sometimes me and my friends we thing we did mistake to use MNP!!!!

                                        I am writing to express my utter disatisication and complain on the services received from Airtel DTH services.
                                        I am not sure what is the resolution time(SLA) and what are they doing to help solving customers problems.
                                        There are many points which I would like to highlight. As I started to get the problem on 1st of May 2013 and till date 07th May 2013
                                        it stays in unresolved status after lodging multiple complaints with Airtel DTH Cust Care/Nodal office. It's a total pain using this service from Airtel DTH.

                                        1. I logded a complaint on 01st May 2013, Complaint no[protected]. I was given assurance that within 24 hours the issue will be resolved.
                                        The issue was "No Signal". But at end of 2nd May, it was not resolved.
                                        2. On 2nd May 2013, I called up Cust Care and again 24 hours assurance was given. And thanks for the consistency that the issue was not resolved.
                                        Airtel DTH after sales is simply a failure again.
                                        3. On 3rd May 2013, I got a new complaint number :[protected] and again the same parrot lines from Cust Care people ie. we give you assurance of 24 hours.
                                        But not resolved. And I get an sms saying my old complaint number 30126165 is resolved.
                                        4. Again the same happened on 4th May and 5th day , the issue is not resolved.

                                        5. On 5th of May I get an sms saying my account is valid till 5th May 2013.I called up Cust care to extend the validity for the period I have not used.
                                        But it was denied and told me that it can only be done after the issue is resolved.
                                        6. On 6th May I recharged and problem was not resolved.
                                        7. On 7th May the same issue not resolved..

                                        I am more than happy to disconnect it but Will Airtel DTH pay me the money back for SetTopBox which is outsourced to
                                        some sales agency called "Khushi Enterprises,Wakad,Dange Chowk Pune".

                                        It may be that Airtel DTH is having more channels in HD or in total more channels. But Sorry to say,this is the worst DTH service in the whole country in terms of customer satisfaction.
                                        We don't have any other option except going to Consumer Court and Consumer forums discussing on this.

                                        I have all the evidences of follow up done with airtel service centres and service received from them. Also I tried to contact senior officials of Airtel but in vain.


                                        Please advice on how to go ahead and taking legal action against this incompetent Satellite DTH running and cheating common man.

                                        I have Purchased Airtel Digiatal TV/DTH considering, being renowned co. they will provide me good service. BUT soon i came to know they are WORST SERVICE PROVIDER .There picture quality is very Low and channel used to override each other, means when we r watching one channel then of voice other channel come.                                         Airtel DTH — Airtel DTH - Worst Service

                                        Hi,

                                        I took a new connection for Airtel DTH on 19/4/2010 in Bangalore.My Customer ID is [protected]. The problem started the next day itself. There was no signal available.I called the Customare Care
                                        person and logged a Service request on 20/4/2010.They promised that the problem would be fixed in the next 24 hours. It is more than 72 hours and nobody has called or come yet.
                                        We have called the Customer Care several times and everytime they just escalate the issue internally.No action is ever taken. Out of our frustration, we even visited the Airtel Relationship Center at 100 feet Road,Bagalore. We spoke to Mr. Satish there and came to know that he cannot help and infact there was no one at the center who could help or guide us.Mr. Satish gave us the mobile number of the Sales Manager, Mr. Jayram. We personaly spoke to Mr Jayram on 22/4/2010 and he took some area representative into conference and assured that somebody will come and fix the problem by that night itslef. Nobody came. Today morning, 23/4/2010, we called Jayram again and he again tries to take somebody into conference. This story repeats everyday.
                                        It is hardly 5 days that we have taken the connection and out of this 5 days, we have spent 4 days speaking to cutomer care representatives, relationship representatives and sales manager.

                                        Our DTH signal is still unavailable.

                                        Airtel DTH — charged again for ngc hd

                                        I purchase an Airtel digital tv on 2 nd of July 2010. At that time it was said that Fifa 2010 will be available in Hd format and after fifa 2010 new hd channel will be added at free of cost as i activated ESPN HD with Rs:- 100. But after NGC HD activated Rs:- 16.5 is deducted from my account. Please give me the right solution why again money is deducted from my account, because ESPN hd package is for one month but i got the facility only for 11 days. So solve my problem why it is deducted two times?

                                        Hi,

                                        I made the big mistake of opting for airtel dth plan.my complaint Id is 5477040.I have bee n following up with a mr.jag dish,miss reena for the last 2 days.all I am getting is a series of explanations but no action at all.I am really frustated with the services.I will never recommend airtel dth to anybody.they don't care about wasting your time and are a group of stupid with 0 accountability.I would love to go to consumer court for their callousness.I have wasted3 days waiting for them to show up.
                                        Worst in service, even the customer care. I recharged my account with 1000 throught online and it got credited. but after 2days my balance become -ve and a transaction with "reversal of payment" was updated. when i ask customer care that they said that transaction was made by my bank itself. and also i didnt' get good response from customer care executives. Airtel DTH, worst in service.

                                        its been three days since i got this new Airtel connection along with my Sony TV

                                        i tried airtel customer care they say still 48 hrs i do not understand y i get only the demo channel and nothing else

                                        Airtel DTH Service — WORST SERVICE

                                        I WAS TAKEN A AIRTEL DIGITAL TV LAST MONTH, FOR PAST THREE DAYS I REALLY SUFFERING WITH THEIR SERVICE, NOTHING ON THE DISPLY IT SHOWING ONLY BLANK. I WAS COMPLAINED THRICE TO CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE. EVEN THEY ARE SAYING IT WAS BOOKED AS A COMPLAINT IT WILL BE RECTIFIED WITH IN 24 HOUR'S I REALLY DONT KNOW HOW MANY 24 HOURS THEY NEED. NO ONE CARING FOR THIS, I REALLY BOTHERED WITH THIS SO I REQUEST YOU MY DEAR FRIENDS DONT GO AIRTEL ITS WORST SERVICE. NO BODY IS THERE TO CARE OF CUSTOMERS.

                                        AIRTEL DIGITAL TV — Unresolved complaint and Pathetic Customer support

                                        Hello,
                                        My DTH User ID: [protected] MY STB is a DVR.
                                        My DTH Airtel Digital tv connection had been working fine for the last 1 and a half years.
                                        during the last month an engineer called from your side to migrate and realign the dish towards a new satellite.
                                        After a couploe of weeks I received No Signal error message B001.
                                        I lodged a complain 9395618. Which was closed automatically without a call coming from your side.
                                        When I called customer support I was given a new complain number: 9433437.
                                        After calling for 4 Days and the calls being forwarded to the customer support supervisors multiple times an engineer was sent, who came without Any ID or uniform, and he was unable to solve the problem.
                                        He came went to Check the Dish said everything was alright, and then came back near the STB, did not understand what the problem was, and changed the antennae wire connector pin, Obviously that did not solve the problem.
                                        He waited for TEN minutes, when nothing happened he went off saying I will bring another engineer and come back.
                                        He did not return.
                                        I Called up Customer care the next day I received a pathetic response from the superior that as my account was suspended my complain was not being taken care of.
                                        When I tried facing my first complain for Five days, whenever I called i received a response that Sorry our system is under update please call back in an hours time!
                                        I did not recharge my account as My balance was getting deducted and I was not receiving any channels.
                                        I was NOT informed about this when I had placed the complaint.
                                        Now when a new engineer came, he went up and said the LNB had moved from it's place and therefore there was no signal.
                                        He realigned and I started receiving my channels, I recharged my STB.
                                        Everything worked for about half an hour and then I started receiving Error SM1.
                                        I called that engineer again, and now he said that that the LNB is faulty therefore I am receiving this error.
                                        He said I am replacing the LNB with the one I have which has only one connection and I will come and replace this the next day.
                                        Three MORE days have passed now.
                                        That particular engineer is not answering my calls.
                                        Neither have I received a call from the customer support department.
                                        It is absolutely annoying to watch TV as after one channel the other gets skipped as there is no signal on the second antennae.

                                        So many hours have been wasted with following up with your customer support, that I do not want to call them again.

                                        Please reply by what Maximum time my problem would be solved or else please send someone with my refund and collect your dish and STB.
                                        I would rather switch to some other service if you cannot resolve a simple problem like this for so many days.
