sir,
i bought a top up card of airtel of Rs. 60/-...but during scratching i lost last 4 digits of pin.
serial number of that card is [protected] and recharge pin is[protected]
please mail me the recharge pin of above top up card as soon as possible...

    Airtel 3G sucks
    Airtel is really a thief .
    Horrible speed, sometimes give 15kbps......

    Earlier also I mailed them but after a long process of 15 days I begin to get a fair speed of nearly 1 Mbps (Although they promise a "blazing speed of 7.2 Mbps") . Again after 6-7 days I began to get very low speed .

    I think its airtel new policy to give good speed for some time just after the complain and then back to there true face.

    Airtel is really more corrupt than Indian Government .

    Really this time I am not going to pay my postpaid bill .

    Customer care gives different mobile number to contact which are switched of 24 hours.. Most of the times not able to contact toll free and other customer care numbers.

    there speed is so slow that even the fb chat got disconnected automatically .... forget about booking a ticket from irctc .....

    I would suggest everyone to not to buy any thing from this corrupt company.

    Airtel is going from bad to worse...

    Simply stealing money from people....

    I know Airtel will run there template procedure again and will give me good speed after 7-8 days for just 3-4 days and then again back to low speed than any 2G speed .

    raha hai, Jiske karan main internet nahi use kar pa raha hoon, Aur is
    si area me reliance 3G ka speed 100kbps se jyada deta hain. Plz sir

    AirTel — low speed

    as we have taken plan of rs 999,according to the plan we are not getting correct service assured by airtel.our net speed is very low.so kindly take an action regarding this issue.we have already complained it for more than 3 times..

      Mera Airtel data card Number [protected]. I had purchase a data card from Mr. Rohan (Mb. [protected]) from Karshni solution. mane airtel ka fixed plan unlimited plan liya 650 ka but airtel ne mera wrong plan activated ker diya mera data card bhi nahi chal reha ta to mane airtel ke customer care per call kiya tab mujhe pata chala ki mera plan wrong hai airtel ne mera aisa plan activate kiya jo koi galti se bhi nahi lega . mane badi muskil se apna plan change keraya uske baad unone 4000 ka bill de diya hai uski compalin kai baar karayi but abhi tak koi solution nahi hai uske then after data card me hardware problem aayi hui hai wo detect bhi nahi ker hai mane uske liye airtel me complain kerayi to wo bolte hai jise liya hai useke pass le jao.

      na ye airtel wale sun rahe hai aur na ye karshni solution . Karshni solution to mera call be received nahi ker rahe hai me continue 15 din se call ker reha ho .

      Please kindly look this matter & advice me .

      No settings sent to me for airtel live and the customer care executives do not know how to behave with the customer.

      Airtel — Billing & Service related

      I have a airtel connection with number [protected] since 2006 & have always made the payments promtly & never exceeded bill amount of 500 rs in 5 years but all of a sudden I received a bill of rs. 2617 which is way beyond my normal usgae limit & Airtel claims it's GPRS Data usage. I had activated 3G services for using internet on phone & made some usage but not so much that Airtel claims. It was 100rs for 100 MB package I had activated & they said I would get a notification/alert on usage of 80% but I never received any alert. Hence I was under a impression that I am within the 80% limit but when I received the bill it said I have crossed usage limit & the bill was excess. Now they are not only denying to provide waiver but also cancelled my number without any notification. This is impacting my business too. I need a stringent action to be taken against airtel for inconveniences caused to me.

      airtel data card — Loss of balance

      As I have purchased Aitel Data Card for internet service past one month ago.I have recharged for Rs.751.00 3 G plan in T.nagar shop Chennai i received message in my in box that plan was activated with transaction I.DName:

      Recharge Successful on[protected] at 02:41PM, MRP: Rs751.00,S. Tax: Rs82.61, TransID: [protected], Benefit: 4GB of 3G data, Validity: 30 days
      Time: 6/13/2012 2:41:24 PM.
      I checked my balance on[protected] it showed me 3700 G.B is balance, But on[protected] morning it showed me 00.00 Balance After a great shock I tried to contact customer care after a long struggle I contacted Mr.krishnamurthy Divisional Manager cell no.[protected] he promised me that he will fix the problem within 24 hours and he also gave me complaint No.[protected] and he told me that 3G plan Rs. 751 was stopped I asked about my balance or my history details he promised to help me. After two days I tried to contact him but he is not available some one spoked and again promised me to retain my balance,but nothing was happened then again I contacted customer care and I spoke to Mr.Srinivasan Supervisor told me he will contact within four hours. He contacted me yesterday night in mobile No. [protected] at 11.08 P.m. stating that my account has been reactivated so my balance was gone and in future i have to make recharge to get new balance but I was totally confused with is reply. one person telling that plan was withdrawn and another person telling that my account was reactivated but no one answered me about my balance 3700M.B. i have paid Rs.751.00. Sir please consider my struggle with Airtel and please take action regarding above issue and oblige.

        Dear sir
        I made a transaction of rs 1000 for extra talktime benefit on basis of airtel official website . Here they provide 1100 rs on recharge of 1000 but they gave me 873 rs .
        When contacted them , they said within 24 hour you will get 123 rs more.
        After 24 hours I contacted them and they replied .... you got what you aspect .using intenet transaction you will get so and so.
        You should have recharge through retailer.
        What nonsense is this. They should mention there for this difference of internet recharge and retailer recharge.

        Airtel — Talk time varies

        Since all my efforts to clear my doubts regarding the above said subject with your customer care service, I am sorry to say that I have failed miserably. So you may please get me the details of my mob. No. [protected] for the last 2 months ( From february 2008 to till date).         AirTel — Talktime

        on sep 1 i got messege that with rv26 get tt 6 and airtail to airtail 50 so i recharge with same but i get 26 instead of that scheme, then after i twice talk with cc executive the first one said it will be done by 24 hrs. but it didi not works and second one is smarter than him he liten all the matter and simply disconned the call. then for this what should i do?
        a soft ware should be lonched by any organisation for all calls.

        dear sir
        i made a payment of rs 999 on 5 nov'10 at the site of AIR TEL to get a new connection
        of digital TV and was assured that i will get a new connection within 48 hrs.
        This is for your kind information that i have not yet got the connection.
        In addition to this, i was asked by a senior supervisor
        to recharge by rs 200 in order to get the installation, i did that also on 14 nov

        I have spoken 40-50 times to customer care of air tel and have been
        be fooled by the executives.

        Hello sir,
        my name is harshit pruthi...i have taken airtel internet
        plan name is (ALPHA 3GB)
        the executive said that its my unlimited plan....
        and also said that we have to pay only rs (649 + tax) which means i have to pay less than 750 rs as my bill every month

        but when as i got my first bill it was of rs 1000 which is more than expected....

        i request you to solve my problem or disconnect my connection as i cant bear this much amount....

        and last i want to say that airtel executive had cheated with me while giving my plan....

          I am writing this to complain on the airtel services and the irresponsible behaviour of the airtel staffs.

          I applied for an airtel broadband connection about three months ago. I called up this number [protected] and a person explained about the tariff plans.

          I chose the plan where I have to pay Rs.5000 for 5 months which gives a free usage for the sixth month inclusive of a wifi modem.

          The very next moment a person came and asked to fill in the form and collected the money. His number is [protected].

          After that they never responded for a long time and I was not able to reach them either. Then one day when I was able to get them over the phone they said it is not possible to give a broadband connection in my area as the allocated bandwidth for my area is already filled.

          So I asked them to cancel my application and refund the money.

          As per my request the application was cancelled on March 23rd - 2013.

          They said the money will be refunded through check to my address within 2 weeks time.

          The two weeks is long gone and still I dint get my money back.

          If I call those two numbers about it they say it will be refunded within two or three days everytime but I really lost hope in them and decided to complain about it.

          The manager who spoke to me claims to be Prakash from the Kodambakkam branch. I don't know how far it is true.

          He is too lethargic in his reply and he doesnt seem to care about anything I tell him.

          I am very very unhappy about this whole incedent and regret calling airtel for a broadband connection.

          I would like you to take this complaint very seriously and get my money back as soon as possible.

          Bharti Airtel — Refund of our money.

          We had booked our new broadband connection (Receipt No- 420014) on 26/10/2008. Each and every formality was copmpleted accordingly.We Had even given initial payment of Rs.800.
          But due to certain personal reasons, on 26/10/2008 only we cancelled our broadband connection.They told us that it will take about 45 days for cancellation processing.Our payment will be refunded within 45 days only.
          But 5 months had almost passed there is no reimbursement of our money.We had even gone to the office(where we had booked)not once but 10 to 15 times but we havn't got any proper response. The customer service is really very poor, they are not at all concerned about it (only show interest initially when to launch or provide new schemes or new connections) but not bothered about after services.
          Kindly, look into the matter .

          Airtel — poor service and not refunding the money back

          hi,
          i m monil shah and a customer of airtel. my mobile no. is [protected] .due to some airtel fault rs .30 were deducted from my airtel balance without any reason on 7/08/09 . i called airtel customer service nd asked for the refund but than they told that i will get in 48 hours. but the refund was not made, my coplain no. is 104809 than i conacted airtel consumer service again bt they delayed and kept delaying it.Today 20 days are over but they are not refunding me the money back. PLEASE take a strict action against AIRTEL COMPANY .
          Please do the needful.

          Bharti Airtel — Not yet refunded my MONEY

          I applied for a Broadbaand Connection from Airtel on 21-Feb-2010 but unfortunately they could not provide us the connection due to some technical issues and these people agreed to refund the installation charges i.e. Rs.1000/- within a weeks time and now it has been more than a months time I have not yet recieved the amount. When I tried contacting the Airtel people there was not even a single person who actually wanted to take the ownership of my issue. I spoke to people like Arun, Hemanth, Gopal etc.. All these people only promised to refund but no one has yet refunded...
          So I kindly request you to take a suitable action against this company. I strongly believe CONSUMER FORUM will definitely help me.........

          i have prepaid connection[protected].i subscribed for a week pack of 40 on 9th march2010.the same day the server had stopped the service.why?           sir,i've paid rs. 100 for my aitel dth recharge but it was not successful and a massage came on my mobile that my amt wa credited in my account.But there is no credit balance of 100 rs..my order no is 5275448.i've paid on paytm.com.

            I did online recharge using my Indian Bank Debit Master Card for Rs330 on apr24,13.But recharge did not happen and amount got debited and not credited by Airtel team till now. transaction id 718950.Ref no. CBNRA[protected] .Compliant number is PR[protected].Unique Service Request number is CONRC[protected].They mentioned that as per Airtel records the Transaction was not successful.They told to check respective bank operator for further action in this regard.I contacted bank and they have no records and I requested Airtel team to check with bank if they had put back my money.I repeated mail them with my bank statement and they do not resolve at all.The issue happened in april and till now(july) it is not taken care of.Airtel Team closes the ticket without proper communication.

            On 1st July 2010, i have made recharge for Rs.45 for the following pack:

            Mobile Internet & Voice Combo pack @ Rs45
            Easy recharge with Rs45 & get Rs30 talktime & 100MB of internet usage FREE.Post free usage -30paise/50KB.Valid-30days

            But, Rs.30/- of talktime not being credited to my account and it is showing internet usage only for 10 days.
            According to this pack it should be valid for 30days.

              Hi.. my name is Pravin. I m airtel preapaid customer. I want to activate my Personnel tune so i contact to airtel customer care on 121. As per my discuusion with the executive he told me the rental for activating the personnel tune. He ask me wherther to activate Hindi or English personnel tune. I told him to activate English Personnel tune. But he activated Hindi personeel tune.
              Then again i contacted to their customer care for complaints on 198. But nobody is giving proper answer to me. My total deduction is Rs.165. They only hold the lines for around 45 to 60 minutes with no answer. I also requested to talk with Senior most person but against they hold the line for 1 hour.
              So I dont know how handle this situation. So I request to take aganist some action on Airtel.

                I am in Rajastan.When ever i top up my balance in my main account, it may be 50 or 110 even 399 with out any information the AIRTEL is cutting me 30 rs, and two times 99 rs also i lost. So due to this reason for the past 9 months i am putting only special balance for 149 rs. not main balance.                     Iam using Airtel services from pat 3 years with their Blackberry internet plan of 399, and from past 4 months i have been facing issues with the downloading speed as it give me only 399 bites/sec.....are you Kidding me !!!!! this is the type of service you provide and when contacted the customer care they simply reply its the p[problem with the Handset- Freaking Joke !!!!! and say we cannot help anything on this......these guys are just fooling around people with the massive plans. so if Airtel is a little responsible company then g ahead and solve this or else just grow with your eager Profits money making stunts and make the poor poorer.!!!

                    i am using airtel 256kbps dail up connection... location-chennai thousand lights.....
                    the problem is very slow download speed... but actual internet speed is the same....
                    1 month back my download speed was normal that is 26 to 30 kbps....
                    but now at whatever time it be time download speed is from only 7 to 12 kbps
                    i want ask whether airtel had restricted download speed or my connection problem....

I had called a customer executive and they told me to visit aitel office as they could do nothing about it.                     In the mobile number [protected] from last 2 month i am facing problem doing Internet.                       First time i am trying my 3G experience in Airtel. It was a sick experience after using it. I dont see much difference between 2G and 3G. That too sometimes , the 3G N/W goes to 2G automatically(Mean H(HSPDA) Diappears and E(Edge) appears on screen. Download speed should be appreciated. But browsing worst ever experience from airtel. Please take care of network signals switching frequently (3G to 2G). browsing speed very very worst, because i have used Vodafone before.

                        Hi ,

                        Daily I am getting one Alert SMS stating Click on " PIN UP Girls " , Night Girls , Bikni Girls....

                        If this types of SMS if any young boys and girls gets they usally try to open and try to do practical and it is promoting crime in INDIA.

                        I want you to take serious actions against AirTel India. They want to promote their business by spoiling the society.

                          Airtel charging for unused services. Customer Care not helpful.

                          I use Airtel broadband for many years now. I shifted houses on 01-Jul-2013 following which I raised a request with Airtel (Request number[protected] on 04-Jul-2013 for relocation of the broadband line to my new address which is just 2 houses apart in the same street. Airtel customer care came back finally on 23-Jul-2013 saying the connection relocation is not possible due to no free lines in the hub (?!). I still do not understand - I have not requested a new connection for them to claim no free lines in the hub! It is a relocation request for 2 houses apart.

                          This is not the problem though. I asked them for a disconnection since the line transfer was not possible. But I was shocked to here they have charged me for the entire billing cycle for which I have not used their services. I have been asked to pay 1299 as per the plan before they can terminate the connection! I raised this with the Airtel customer care to understand why they charge me for a connection that I have not been using and for which I had raised a relocation request a clear 25 days back. Also I would like to understand why they have not comeback in a couple of days stating line transfer is not possible rather wait for 20 days to let me know that the transfer was not possible. These are clear indications of outright fraudulent ways of money making.

                          This is not expected from a organisation like Airtel. Shame on them!

                          I am posting the details of my complaint which has not been addressed till date only promises were made but no reply-

                          7-Aug 1002 LOGGED IN TO NDTV ACTIVE and down loaded news videos{(DDA offers flat in Delhi (size-1109 kb) and Advani goes Obama way (actual size of the video was more than1100 kb but down loaded video size was 651 kb because when the download process was On I got the under mentioned message)} (SIZE OF TOTAL DATA Sent 76 kb and Received 1829 kb) 20.03
                          7-Aug 1015 Received SMS from 64611099 thanking me for down loading java game and deducting Rs. 99 from my acct. 0.00
                          7-Aug 1027 I called 121 and gave complaint about the above mentioned message vide Complaint No.[protected] 7.09
                          8-Aug 1526 I called 121 but call dropped 0.10
                          8-Aug 1526 I called 121 to enquire about my complaint as I was promised for some solution result was zero. I was further promised that it would be replied at 1108 hrs on 12 Aug but I got no response 18.30
                          12-Aug 1656 Called 121 and asked about status of my complaint I was told that there was some problem in system of Airtel. I was suggested to call after 02 hrs. 3.26
                          12-Aug 1922 Called 121 and asked about status of my complaint but call dropped. 1.20
                          12-Aug 1924 Called 121 and Talked to Mr. James about status of my complaint I was further promised that it would be replied on 14 Aug but I got no response 12.54
                          14-Aug 1844 Called 121 to check the status of my complaint but call dropped. 1.03
                          14-Aug 1846 Called 121 and Talked to Ms. Sania and Mr. Ram about status of my complaint I was further promised that it would be replied on 15 Aug but I got no response 7.29
                          19-Aug 1458 Called 121 and Talked to Mr. Manjunath about status of my complaint I was further promised that it would be replied on 20 Aug at 12.04 hrs but I got no response 7.35
                          20-Aug 1851 Called 121 to check the status of my complaint but call dropped. 1.05
                          20-Aug 1846 Called 121 and Talked to Mr.Sharief about status of my complaint I was told that it would be replied by 12.04 midnight and I should wait till past midnight but I got no response. 7.29
                          21-Aug 1347 I called 121 to enquire about my complaint as I was promised for some solution, but result was zero. I was further promised that it would be replied on 25 Aug but I got no response 19.07
                          25-Aug 1832 I called 121 and talked to Mr. Mallikarjun and Ms. Shobha to enquire about my complaint as I was promised for some solution, but result was zero. I was further promised that she (Ms. Shobha) herself would be replying after 02 hrs but she did not respond. 20.07
                          Hi Surendra,

                          I believe Airtel is conning its customers by arbitrarily sending such messages, and then deducting money from their balances. In fact, I have received one such message today from 64611099 informing that Rs 99 was being deducted from my balance for downloading JAVA games from AIRTEL Live Service when no such game was actually downloaded.

                          I have already lodged complaint with Airtel customer support, and the custmer support executive told me that I will receive a reply only by 21.10.2008 - mind you, only a reply, they never admit that they have committed a fraud here -.

                          I hope Airtel will refund the money fraudulently deducted from my balance. By the way, have you got the refund yet.

                          AirTel — Charging for services that I have not asked for

                          I have been subscribed by Airtel to packs I never asked for. I had never subscribed to the Christianity alerts, which I have been getting for months now. Every time I try to register a complaint I end up being redirected and in the end my complaint is not registered. The company should stop this service immediately and refund the total amount which has been deducted from my prepaid account for unasked for services. My number is [protected].

                          AirTel — Charging me for unused service

                          I am using an Airtel connection and from few days I have been charging Rs.10 everyday till date. so i want unsubscribe this service and want my balance to be refund. My mobile No. is [protected]. please do this for me on sympathic ground as I am very helpless.

                          I was advice on phone by Air tell representative to subscribe for hello tunes free of charge for one month. Therefore I applied for hello tunes. As soon as I applied for it I received SMS that rs 30/- have been detected from my account. I was also advised by same SMS that if I want to unsubscribe from it, Then I have to call them back with a Toll free no. Which I did as I wanted to get out of this offer. On doing this I was again charged rs. 30/- with a message that I have been unsubscribed from the service.When I wanted to ask them why I have been charged for unsubscribing, again rs . 30/- was charged and so on. I can understand that this could be due to computers related programs. I tried to contact the Air tell representative but could not.

                          2) I have also been charged for subscribing to jobs on mobile twice, which I have not asked for.

                          3) Therefore kindly look in to the matter favorably And refund the amount to my mobile account. Also please unsubscribe me from jobs on mobile and hello tune service.

                          AIRTEL BROADBAND SERVICE — Shocked by Airtel Service

                          Hi,
                          I decided to take airtel broadband internet connection at my home and called their customer care center.And after calling them immediately they responded with nice behaviour and after a few mins one of their executive(Rajesh Amathi) called and asked for suitable time to visit my place.In that very evening he visited my room and after all the deiscussion he took Rs 2000 for the connection on 12th Oct 2009.he gave me doc ref number :231871 .And he told me that I would get the connection with in 3 working days(MAX).After one day I got verifiaction call from Airtel.
                          But When I did not get any further call from Airtel I called Airtel CC again and As per Airtel CC the maximum no of lines provided by the DP [delivery point] at our location exceeded the limit.So I can not get the connection.
                          So Iasked for my 2000 RS back and they told me that I will get it after 7-15 days.
                          My point of concern is that if I'm not provided the connection then it is useless to stack my 2000 rs to their account.They should have proper info about their own capacity before wasting others time and money.Now I can not opt for other internet provider untill I got my money back.

                          AirTel — Airtel charging for customer care support

                          Looks like airtel dont have money to pay for customer care executives. they are charging 50p for 3 mins when calling 121. this is not right. speak up.

                          Its really bad about Airtel Service. I am going to throw my Airtel SIM and I will do the same for around 5 Airtel SIM(My Parents, Wife, Sister, brother) and move to some other service provider.

                          I think Airtel start BEGGING their customer and started cheating their customer like they charge some amount when we recharge the fee and now it seems that they started charging for CUSTOMER CARE.

                          No Other network doing such a kind of stuffs. NEVER GOING to use AIRTEL SERVICE ANY MORE AT ALL.

                            I took Airtel DTH HD+ connection on 10th June 2013. I paid for HD+ set topbox, however I was not given the universal remote. I was being told that the stock is over. I had to follow up with them untill 30th June to get it. The universal remote is also not working for some features of TV remote.

                              Hi,

                              I recharged my airtel sim with 9 rupees 3g pack which allows for 3g data service for 30 minutes. Thereafter, I used the internet service and once my download was complete, I stopped it. When I then checked my balance, I found out that around 116 rupees were deducted from my balance. Earlier it was around Rs. 254 and the ending balance was around 138 rupees.

                              When I contacted the customer care, he told that I had used 44 minutes of 3g data service. My complaint is that I was not at all informed when the 30 minute service was over. In case of 2g service, Airtel sends a message informing about the same but in this case, I was not at all informed.

                              Also, if the 30 minutes service was over, Airtel could have renewed the service as they usually do for 2g packs but they didn't.

                              It is not fair to deduct any amount at all from the account balance of a consumer without informing beforehand. I want that Airtel gets this message strong and clear. I want Airtel to refund back the amount (116 rupees to be specific) to my account balance.

                                the companys unending fraudulent activities shall never end. Here it comes with a new scheme, if at all ur a airtel customer or ur trying to be one, do know abt this? Never use the internet (or so called subscribed packet data) when u have large amount of balance. I[censored]r using the so called data pack, ur entire balance will be taken away before the data is over. If that is not enough further, the care personnel will prove u wrong for complaining by saying they have no track of such debits.

                                  Hi,
                                  I had recharged 3G data plan my mobile [protected] with Rs 102 for 1 month validity. The speed never crosses 60kbps. I have raised the complaint on 21st June after using it at low speeds for almost 15 days. After that I have called Airtel atleast 5-6 times everyday. However the standard answer is the compaint will be resolved in 24 hours. When I call them back again next day, they say there is no complaint in the system and they will raise a new complaint. This has been happening for last 3-4 times. I am frustrated with their attitude and want to switch to some other service provided if the issue does not get resolved in next 24 hours.

                                  The way they are handling my issues, AIRTEL IS A FRAUD COMPANY, just wanting money from you without providing any service. STAY AWAY from this company.

                                  Airtel has the habit of closing the case as resolved without even checking with the customer. For this case alons this happened atleast 2-3 times.

                                  Even after 16 days of registering my file complaint the problem persists. I have called airtel customer care 9-10 times but Airtel has not been able to solve this basic/simple issue. Airtel did not even attempt to solve my problem. They asked me to change the sim. I did it with my own cost, but the problem remained. I called up customer care again and after my forceful complaint on Saturday morning, the customer care(lady) said I would get a call back within 4 hours. Even after 3 days there is no call from airtel. Airtel customer care is WORSE than any government agency. My validity also got over without making any use of available data.

                                  I have finally decided enough is enough. I don’t intend to continue with Airtel data service any longer. I will also port my normal voice connection when the remaining balance amount finishes in my account . I will make sure I spread this horrible Airtel customer service through my friends/ social networks/online complaint forums etc

                                    My Phone number is - +[protected]. Today at around 12.37 in the afternoon I got a message from AT-AIRINF saying " Thanks for downloading SMSTEXTCONTENT from Airtel. You have been charged Rs7.0"

                                    Then I got a message saying I had subscribed for Horoscope Sagittarius Pack - They debit some amount and I now getting nonsense horoscope messages.

                                    Then another message saying "Thank you for subscribing to Random Facts. You will now get 5 facts" and amount got debited.

                                    all messages at 12.37 on saturday 29 june 2013.

                                    I have never activated any such pack. I am really fed up with the way Airtel, Andra is treating me. I have a loyal customer to airtel, Tamil Nadu. I had one single number from Year 2007. I dont think many people have the same airtel prepaid number for such long period.

                                    I would like to know why Airtel is treating customers like this ?. I also want Airtel to refund all those small small amounts which they debit like this.

                                    It really gives a very bad impression about the image of the company in the minds of the consumers.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    i am receiving so many unwanted messages everyday to my mobile number [protected] and charged for the same which gives mental agony and financial loss to me.i request you to stop this practice with immediate effect, failing which i will be constrained to take legal action.Further, i request to refund the amount which you have charged for the unwanted messages you have sent to me.

                                    I am receiving Feng Shui tips on sms without requesting for the same from Sulekha.com on my mobile no.[protected] for quite some time. I hv been informed 3/4 days back that these services will be charged henceforth, and for not receiving these, I was asked to send msg saying 'STOP FS'. I sent 2 msgs one on 15.09.10 at 11.32.38 and another on 18.09.10 at 14.44.45 both to 5432105 and recd. another msg saying send 1 to deactivate on 18.09.10 at 14.51.26. I cud not use the sms service on this mobile from then onwards as I was not getting the msg. typed from this mobile.
                                    So I sent 2 msgs from from our another mobile to 5432105 on 18.09.10,one at03.07.12 and another at 03.13.58 to stop fs to mobile no. [protected], as I am not able to use sms service from this no.
                                    I sent a complaint on consumercomplaints in on 19.09.10 about the same but I am still receiving these msgs. I am not interested in them and not ready to pay for this unwanted service.
                                    Firstly please arrange to stop these msgs and inform as to what shud b done to use the sms service on this mobile. When a key is pressed

Actually MNP is a customer right. but here airtel is denying that right for me.

                                    I am Airtel prepaid user and keep losing my prepaid balance without making any call day by day. If I recharge for Rs120 I get a credit of Rs100.00 for making calls.

                                    I make use of the mobile for receiving the calls only. But as days pass, I keep getting unwanted SMS and keep losing my prepaid balance.

                                    In past, many times, I have requested through online service to stop all the SMS services which are chargeable and keep the service on for receiving calls or making calls only.

                                    Despite this I have been losing my hard earned money and no solution forth coming from AIRTEL.

                                    I really feel cheated from such a big company stealing money by exploiting the people of India though the use of technology.

                                    I am surprised to read that your team is working on a solution. What I have posted is happening to me as well as lakhs and lakhs of your customers. Your software is tuned in such a way that it activates unwanted services without the knowledge of the customer and keep swindling them over a period of time.

                                    In past I have made many such requests to disable the services and over a period of time found that the services gets activated without our request.

                                    You should activate services on if you have got request for the same in writing.

                                    I wish to also further inform that despite asking for DND, I am still getting SMS from Airtel itself in connection with the business promotion.

                                    Airtel has by default activated some daily sms alert for euro cup football and has been sending messages to me and charging 3 rs per day for the same. I am not interested in football at all and had not asked for such service. Not sure how it got activated and how they have ripped off me for so many days. The most pathetic company on earth today is airtel. Their service sucks.

                                    It would be appreciable, if above mentioned unfairly deducted amount Rs. 180.00 be refunded immediately into my account.
                                    Likewise, large number o[censored]nknown calls are also received. It is not known whether charges of the same are made or not. In case, charges are being made, the same may also be stopped immediately.
                                    Repetition of above act would force me to approach TRAI for justice

Since switching to this plan, my 3g network speed is very slow.My phone shows H symbol but speed is extremely slow. Even slower than 2g at times.                                       The airtel 3g modem which i'm currently using is giving me a download speed of 0.06bites/sec when the shown speed is that of 70 kbps. This has been happening for the past few days and the customer care seems the least bothered to give a right answer. All they do is put me on hold and later say that, i'l be contacted soon, which never happens!

                                      I have lots of important work to complete and that requires the use of my net, even surfing the net seems to be impossible at this speed.

                                      The people concerned NEED TO DO SOMETHING and fix this issue as soon as possible.

                                        My complain regarding the Internet pack. I received customer care call that Internet pack has been activated on my mobile but when I am trying to use, its not working. then again I contacted to customer care and he said that the pack has activated on my phone number.
                                        then he tell me that send the keyword from your mobile "MO" to 54321, after that the pack will be working.

                                        And I did the same.
                                        A very next day, I received the message from Bharti- airtel company that the bill amount is more than 2000. When i again contacted to customer care, they tell me there is no Internet pack activation.

                                        I have used this services after number of confirmation from them. Now they denied to admit their fault and send me the bill of more than 2500.

                                        Airtel Mobile Phone — NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXC

                                        i have been trying to call airtel customer service through 121 and [protected]. once i reach the option to speak to customer service executive, line gets disconnected. this happening for the last 6 days. in between i received two calls from airtel for customer satisfaction survey and i told them i am not happy and the line immediatly gets disconnected.

                                        is there a way i can complaint to any other body about such irresponsible customer service? Really the corporations such as airtel which makes enourmous profits on customers should go a long way to serve the customers!!! i pity the system we have here!!! NO ONE TO QUESTION???
