[Resolved]  Airtel — FAULTY STB NOT REPLACED BY AIRTEL

I AM A SUBSCRIBER OF AIRTEL DTH,CONSUMER NO.[protected]. AIRTEL STB(set top box) IS NOT WORKING SINCE 19/08/2013.COMPLAINT LODGED ON PHONE,AND REF NO.32706192 RECEIVED THROUGH MY REGD MOBILE. TILL DATE 23/08/2013, ie:4 DAYS SINCE COMPLAINT LODGED,NO ONE TURN TO ATTEND AND THE FAULTY STB(set top box) HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED. I HAVE PAID ADVANCE RENTAL PACKAGE FOR 6 MONTHS(UPTO 17/01/2014) FOR Rs.2110 ON 17/07/2013. I HAVE PERSONALLY CONTACTED MR.MANISH KUMAR,CUST HEAD MP & CG TO HIS MOB NO.[protected] SEVERAL TIMES,AND MR.ROHIT [protected], MR.VERMA [protected], MR.WASIM [protected].DAILY BURNING OF MY ADVANCE PACKAGE IS RS.12/- .CAN I GET REFUND/ADJUSTMENT OF AMOUNT FOR SERVICES NOT OBTAINED THROUGH DTH AIRTEL ?
