[Resolved]  Airtel India — customer care

i had recharged with Rs 555 and got the Rs.555 balance and when i subscribed for Mobile office internet service , i got a reply that my balance is too low to activate the service. 3 Rs were cut and my service wasnt activated. I tried subscribing two more times but got the same message and in all after spending 9 rs my service was'nt activated. I have been calling customer care from past three days but I think they are all dead!!My no is [protected]. Plz help me retrieve 9 rs back to my account.

i have been using [protected] sim for last two months.Now when i use that no it shows sim blocked i am not able to contact any person due to all my contacts where copied to sim directory pls help in matter

Airtel India — non credit of recharge amount Rs 500/-

sir;I have done my prepaid mobile[protected] recharge through ICICI Bank internet banking service for amount Rs 500/- on 03/04/2010 at around 1500 Hrs.Bill No. is[protected]. Amount Rs500/- is already deducted from my ICICI bank A/C, but this amount not yet credited to my mobile account.It is, therefore, requested to do needful to credit the amount of Rs500/- to my mobile no[protected] account at the earliest. Airtel India — Mobile services

I do not browse the internet by phone.Infact, my phone does not have such facilities. But still airtel is deducting my balance inspite of my several communications with customer care.
Respected Sir,

I have subscriber of Airtel ( [protected] ). I'm customer since last 7 years.

Recently I'm shifted new house, during this transcation I have lost my Sim Card
(prepaid), I tried to search everywhere but I could not get it. So I shall be thankful to you if you kindly issue same number simcard.

airtelindia — account update

i m rajender bhadana and i m using airtel postpaid and i want to do my account update to check my bill on my phone at *121*1# to 0 acount. so its my humble request to u to kindly help me and update my acount.
Now-a-days airtel Value Added Service is the best money earning scheme by cheating the public.
I had a very much of bad experience with this value added schemes.
I am using airtel service, almost near to five years.

I never used to active any Value Added Service like cricket pack, devotional pack etc..
But without our concern or notice, they activate the scheme and one day you will get a SMS of Rs.30 detected from your account.Then only you will realize, something is added to your service.

The same thing happens to me, not a single time, it happens more than 5 times.
Every time I used to call the customer service centre and had fought to get the reimbursement.
But most of the time they are not ready to pay back the amount, which has been detected from your account.

Even though you have not activated the scheme, they will tell that you have activated the scheme through SMS.

This VAS is useless and customer care people are also helpless.

Be aware, check your account balance periodically, if possible call the customer care centre and check any of the service packs are activated on your mobile to avoid future shock.

Airtel India — loss of sim card

Dear sir,
Ref: Mobile phone connection No.[protected]

With reference to the above mobile No. It has informed to the Airtel office about the loss of mobile phone on[protected]. Subsequently the sim card have been blocked @ around 10.30pm same day.
Now I came to know that the same Number have been allotted to some one in Mettur dam area, to one Mr. Suresh, with out any notice to me. and hence it is embarrassing for me to know about and How can the service provider can allot the number which has been blocked by me for security reasons, with out my consent . And it had resulted me heavy loss.
Therefore I request the company to issue me the same number immediately.

I am a Airtel customer last four years.But unfortunately last 40 days I received very low signal in my home area (i.e.My billing area).I have repitedly complain to the Airtel customer care service (complain no[protected] but steel no result.

I wanted to recharge to my airtell mobile so I heard latest recharge offers from airtell & recharged Rs 222 from Vijaya Mobile Banking it was deducted from my bank account and a confirmation massage also received ( Recharge ID [protected] & transaction Id[protected] on[protected] but the amount not added to my mobile. I called & registered the complaint to airtell care ( Reference no CBNRA[protected] ) & they will convenience me to wait few days but still I didn't received any response from them & amount also. so please do the needful regarding this.

Airtel India — deduction of amount Rs. 5/- per day since 02 oct.

i want to draw your kind notice on my problem that from 02 oct 2010 Rs 5/- is being deducted from my mobile balance daily and one message being sent to me that"you have been renewed for gamesclub subscription service from airtel. you have been charged Rs. 5/-"

sir ihave not activated any service like this and if it has been activated by mistae from either part, PLEASE DISCONNECT THIS SERVICE AT THE EARLIEST.

Airtel India — Suspend the No.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I Sumit Bhikchand Bora, I am having the AIRTEL no.[protected]. 10 days before the no. was SUSPENDED by company where I got the message on cell when I m going to Switch it on the message is "SIM REGISTRATION FAILED"

After I talked with Customer Care @ 999 from ARC Centre so that person told me that Ur documents are not received hence the no. was Suspended, so kindly submit the document. So I told him that in the Month of May I submitted the document @ AIRTEL ARC centre in Nirala Bazar, Aurangabad.after that the person said that you just submit document at ARC centre so afterwords within 48 hours the number is ready to work.

So as per that I submitted the document @ AIRTEL ARC in Camp, Pune. But after long days the No is not started yet.

Today Morning I discussion held with Nodel Officer Mr. Abhishek Pandey on [protected]. So he understand what problem I m facing and said that now your no. is in Recycled yesterday, so u went any ARC and submit the document so you will get the same no.

After I went to Camp Airtel ARC center in PUNE, so the person sitting there is not ready to take the document moreover he said that NODEL OFFICER misguiding me. So you can take other no. After that I went to other ARC centre @ Near to WADIA College, Pune behind the MANGALDAS POLICE STATION. I met one lady there, she told me that the procedure they can't continue from their ARC centre. for that purpose you have to go to the VEGA Centre in Swargate.

I m requesting you that kindly help me to REALLOT my previous no [protected]. to me.

This no. of mine is circulated everywhere specially for Business purpose.
