[Resolved]  Airtel India — customer care

i had recharged with Rs 555 and got the Rs.555 balance and when i subscribed for Mobile office internet service , i got a reply that my balance is too low to activate the service. 3 Rs were cut and my service wasnt activated. I tried subscribing two more times but got the same message and in all after spending 9 rs my service was'nt activated. I have been calling customer care from past three days but I think they are all dead!!My no is [protected]. Plz help me retrieve 9 rs back to my account.

this service and my a/c balance deducted for this service on 10.10.2010
please solve my problem otherwise I will go to TRAI .

Airtel India — PROVIDING SERVICES WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF THE MOBILE OWNER

Recently I got SMS from Airtel on my airtel mobile ([protected]) that I have been successfully provided with 'CELEBYOGA" services and for that they have cut Rs.10.

I never asked for any such facility. I dont understand the rationale behind providing these types of services without asking the customer is not understood and deducting the amount.

In case I take even Re.1 from "Airtel" Pocket without asking his permission, will they keep quite and leave me simply like that?

Further, I understand these type services are provided to other customers also.

I contacted the Nodal Officer at Jaipur (Mr Sandeep Jain) who asked me to talk to Customer Care.

I did the same and the Person who attended my call, told that this service has been stopped with immediate effect. When I enquired about the refund of Rs. 10/- he said it is not possible once it is deducted.

A nice idea, by the Airtel, simply impose any thing on the customer and cut the money and put it in their pocket. In case any complaints, stop the service without refund, though the mobile user didnot use that service at all.

Kindly take necessary action on the above.

I wish to bring to your kind attention how I was trapped twice by Airtel in the form of offers. I was offered a Rs.66 /- package to make calls to USA for a period of 15 days from 13th Sep to 27th Sep for 22 mins. The offer was abruptly withdrawn barely after two days without intimation and that too when I was having about Rs. 53/- as balance in that account. For the calls made before the stipulated date I was charged Rs.6.40/- per minute from the usual account. Todate I do not know why I was disallowed to utilise the offer by Airtel. The matter was intimated to the Local dealer. He inturn contacted the customer care and assured that the things would be set right. What exactly has transpared between the dealer and the Customer care unit is not Known.The only result is the dealer pleaded his helpless ness in the matter, whereby I was put to loss to the tune of Rs. 53/- and also in making calls to US with the hope that I would be charged Rs.3/- per minute per call. Had not been the offer made, I would not have made calls. Thus it is nothing but trapping the Customers.

As if it is not sufficient, I got fooled by Airtel in less than two months opting for Rs.125/- full talktime offer extended to me on[protected] which reads that the option has to be exercised on 11th itself. I wasted no time and opted for it. To my unpleasant surprise the talktime given was Rs.111.33 /- .
It is clear that by the offer the Airtel has succeded in getting Rs. 13.67/- . Had not the offer been made I would not have hastened to spend the amount from my pocket because I have enough amount for some more days.
The reply from the customer care is that the plan is not applicable to me. If that is so is it right on the part of gigantic Organisations like Airtel with more than one crore subscribers to send messages to the so called ineligible customers and sqeezing amount from the rural and middle class customers.

In both the transactions Rs.191/-(66+125) is collected from me. Airtel could encash more than 66 rupees in no time, thereby making nearly 35% profit.
If this is the way the things are being carried out may be perhaps I have to curse and pity myself for reposing implicit faith in Airtel.

May I request you to kindly to go through the ordeals exercised by me and see to it that the customers are not fooled time and again. I shall be grateful if the lapse is corrected and the excess amount paid by me be credited into my account.Thanking You

i am a Airtel mobile postpaid customer no.[protected], from last eight months i am regularly complaining about the M.C.A service but so far nothing happen. There so called technical department is so incapable, very poor service, no one is there to solve customer's problem.

From last few months i am facing lot of problem regarding talktime and the deducting the money from the airtel almost past one year my talk time was 50 paisa per minute and it was continued still few month back suddenly they started cutting more money without any track activeting anythin without asking,when i called cutomar care they denying the fact.

i have recharge Rs-69 in date 25/12/2010 for a2a minutes but my balance is not creates in my account please solve my problem. i see your recharge value in the your internet side which is a2a minutes for 1 month validity 250 minutes please give these recharge in my account.

AirTel — credit of recharge amount

recharge amount not credited in mobile no- [protected]. at 04.15 pm on 08jan 2011. as per information recharge was successfully done for rs60 vide trans id [protected] but the amount was not credited in balance. an urgent action for the same is requested . kindly re-imburse the amount.
I have got the worst ever experience. my connection was [[protected]] cut for not giving the documents. I furnished the same to their Kalyaninagar br. the mobile was started again it was stopped without notice. when informed it was restarted again after 10 days the ecene was repeated : this happened three times; now 999 no. is saying that it is stopped for verification of documents. then why it was started 3times? how long it willbe closed? and why it was not informed by SMS, when unnecessary promotional SMS are sent to trouble us?
I am userof mobile no. [protected] and am receiving commercial text mesgs. regularly, even though I had complained to Airtel customer care previously. I was assured that within 45 days such mesgs. will stop but I am still receiving them.

Airtel India — commercial text messages

I am user of mobile no. [protected] and i want to stop the commercial text messages on my phone. Thou Airtel Customer Care assured to stop the same but nothing has happened so far,I donot want to receive any promotional or commercial text message.
I am availing airtel IP TV srvices for last one month (Vasundhra Enclave, East Dehi). Initially there were many problems with modem, it was changed after rigorous complaint follow-ups. After 20 days the I P TV and BB facility goes out every day after 8.00 pm and signal disappears till morning. i filed complaint by calling 198 and received the complaint number. One day after the representative visited and conveyed that there is a technical problem in the back up server and the same would be corrected by evening. Thereafter the signal never came back and its a week gone there is no follow up from airtel on complaint. Even 198 is not working when it reaches the stage when the call transferred to operator. I don’t expect this carelessness from a reputed service provider.

airtel mobile number activation — Activation charges RS 331/ paid but not activated;

Dear Sir,
Om 3/2/2011, i called the airtel executive for a new connection. His name is Mr.Dayalan (his cell no. [protected]. The cell number allotted to me was [protected]) and I subscribed for plan Rs,199/-.I paid the aactivation charges of Rs.331/ in cash and asked for a receipt. He said that the receipt and a welcome letter will come to me by courier. But he gave me the sim card with sim no.[protected] and promised to activate the phone within 2 hours. all the documents needed, like passport copy for address proof was given to him. But till 8 pm, no activation was done. So I called him on his cell number given above but he did not respond at all. Till today 4/2/2100 I had called him 10 time but he did not pick up the phone. Subsequently, I called 121 and gave a complanit and the complaint no. is 35640067 dated 4/2/2011. I feel and fear that some foul play has occurred. Please look into this as I am longtime user of airtel ever since it started with 2 landlines and 2 cell phones. This is a big credibility issue and I would request you to investigate this and let me know.

AirTel — Airtel does not care for customers

Airtel customer services have become pathetic and more pathetic are its mobile services. Charges are has been deducted freely even though I did not use any Airtel Liver services. Till now more than 100 rupees have been deducted. I promise to myself never to use Airtel services again. And I promise to spread the words to others never to use Airtel Services.

Be carefull of airtel. I am facing big problem with airtel india. I have done payment but paid amount has been reflected as arrears and asking me to do repayment. They are not providing receipt no. on given receipt, when I producing given receipt they are not considering it as a valid receipt. when I am going to their office he is giving me offline receipt and promising me that receipt no will come as sms. He has never given me sms showing receipt no. isn't it ridiculous hard copy as receipt and receipt no. promised as sms. Now I am doing rounding after them. they told me to provide e-copy of the receipt at [protected]@airtel.in but when I am posting it, it is getting bounce back. Hey friends be carefull airtel has created big havoc for me.

Airtel India — REGARDING MONEY DEDUCTION FROM THE MAIN BALANCE UNNECESSARY

This is not only valid from Delhi and Rajasthan but throughout India.
Airtel India is one of the cheapest service providers in India.
It deducts the amount from the main balance without activating any service to us and when we call to the customer care they do not reply in a correct way and different persons sitting at the customer care replies different things.They deduct amount on the behalf of HELLOTUNES AND CALLERTUNES.Please never take a new connection.The customers who are using this service is completely bored and deactivate the connection to avoid deduction from their balance unnecessary.It deducts directly 50 to 60 rupees as a name of HELLOTUNES.

i canot connect connect internet to mobile office and when i try to connect it i loss my network connection and when i stop connecting to internet i got my network back. my num. is [protected].
