This is Jayanta Biswas from Kokata, I have problem regarding Airtel postpaid mobile service.
For your kind information that, I had changed my prepaid service to post paid service just 2 months ago. and the problem is, i activated GPRS service few days ago over the phone to customer care no to 121, in the time i got 200 MB free Internet usage in the time of activating of GPRS services. and i got that information from an auto generated call by the Airtel services. as usual i use internet in between 200 MB data. But i have received the bill for July month, that generated in 13th August.In this bill i checked that i have to pay Rs.529 for internet usage.In this bill there is no information about this FREE 200 MB DATA USAGE. instantly i called to airtel customer care to 121, they told that they are extremely sorry for wrong information to me but i have to pay for this usage of internet. they told that they have to nothing to do. If needed kindly follow the below mentioned A/C information :

AirTel — low internet speed
Hello sir i am using Mobile office service of airtel according to company in this plan customer got 115.2 kbps speed but i got only 15.7 kbps speed because of that i am unable to browse internet properly i call customer care many times but no one satisfy me for this service airtel charging 395 rs. per month from meplease help me .. Thank you
