[Resolved] Airtel Mobile Postpaid — false information about rate plans
don’t believe in airtel customer care people and the rate plans they offer.
I am a airtel customer from past 6 years and postpaid customer from past 3 years. Till October 2007 I was satisfied with airtel service and network. Till September 2007 I was in 449TKT plan. On 11th September 2007 I interacted with Mr. Manjunath K (Airtel customer care) regarding new airtel plans and he told about 349 TKT in that no clip charges, monthly 600 minutes free local cals to any mobile, 200 sms free and other details. Then I thought this rate plan is OK compared to 449 TKT and I send sms to change the rate plan. And this plan is activated on October 2007 and in October bill I came to know monthly free calls is only 450 minutes. When I visited to nearest airtel office in Bangalore they told that is a mistake done by customer care and they cannot give 600 minutes free calls as the plan is chaged.
If this mistake is from customer care people, who is suffering, then what is the use of customer care when we cannot get the correct information and details.
So don’t believe in airtel customer care people and the rate plans they offer.
