[Resolved] Airtel Mobile Prepaid — poor/ no network/ signal | |||
Dear Sir, I have a prepaid mobile connection from Airtel in UP(East) circle Mob number [protected]. For the last 3 months i have been speaking to airtel office here in Allahabad to improve the signal strength or stop giving prepaid connections for our area. However, nothing has been done since we are prepaid connection holders and the money is already with the company. Airtel Prepaid Mobile Services — Poor mobile services
I am holding an airtel prepaid mobile connection: and I have found it the most unreliable service provider. Their calls often get dropped. Network is not available most of the occasions. If at all there you got to make two times minimum to get thruogh because of call drop. And while on roaming their meter runs even with out making any calls. I am going to throw it in next few days after consuming left over balance.Airtel Prepaid Mobile Services — Loss of signal

Airtel Prepaid — POOR NETWORK
I had given calls on customer care and personal visits to relation ship centres for getting no coverage in my office premises where all other mobile networks can reach but cann't get airtel network, last 4 mths no improvement. I get the answer from our side everything is ok and our mobile towers in your office area are also fine. i work in sushruta trauma centre 9 metcalf road delhi-54. there are absolutely no mobile signals in the building and around the hospital, whereas signals of every other operator is coming except airtel.its a kind of bizarre yet emergency situation which might force me to change the operator which i personally dont want to, but many in my office are thinking on the line.

Airtel Prepaid — poor network and poor customer service
I am a customer from outskirt of chennai. Here i am staying very close to national highway and a private university. Network strength here is very poor and calls get disconnected frequently due to poor range. When i tried to contact customer care, they asks us to wait to talk to customer care executive and it gets disconnected. So i decided to switch to another network. Many thanks to number portability facility.And thanks airtel for poor network and customer service.

Air-tel prepaid connection — poor network
Poor net work because of overlapping of tower signals. While taking suddenly disconnects as signal reduces to zero. Customer care only mechanised but no proper interest is taken to contact costumer and solve the problem.
