Hi ,
I want to bring this incident to your attention.I had an airtel number which I transferred to my tenant.Itransferred this connection legally with the Airtel's approval
After 2 years - our tenant moved from my place and Iam not sure where he is and is not in touch.Last I heard was he was statying in abroad.
To my surprise - the bill on this number is unpaid and I have been recieving calls at odd hours of the night and people threatning me to pay the bills for the old number which I did not use.I was just the previous owner of this number.
To add to all these woes - they are sending people who are illetrate and goonds near my place for that guy who has left India and not paid the bills.
I even recieved an email from Airtel stating that I need to pay the money - even though it is not in my name.
Iam mentally being harrased and would like to take up this matter to Consumer Court and TRAI for cancellation of the license of AIRTEL.They are using moneypower and goondapower to harrass the poor customers.

Airtel is becoming worst by every passing day.

Thanks to TRAI for introducing number portability. Better use the option and exit Airtel.

Let the better service provider be the winner and worst go to hell.

have another new name now- Airtel Telecom. My wife ignorantly subscribed to your services and her vow started from that day onwards. Utility bills throughout the world are accepted as a proof of residence and hence are much more important than an “ electronic parchi” ( printout) for collecting the monthly HAFTA by your Tele –Con organization ( hyphen indented as it is be rightly called) . She has been complaining about the wrong address being shown in the bill, and nothing happened even after two months. The bills continue to come in the same address. When called up to the customer service department, they had the audacity to ask her to visit your office and resolve the same. There are quite lot of species, rank , rascals and charlatans, who manage your outlets, having the pathological problem- a genetic disorder of the siblings of those great” patriots” who licked the shoes of British and accepted jobs in Telephone Departments of this country for whom customer service is Greek, but are in your pay roll now.

After submitting all the relevant documents, copying the addresses is not a great job. Yet the largest tele- con company in the country could not find a matriculate to copy the address nor the army of incompetent foot soldiers and generals could resolve it. No wonder when another Mittal ventured to take over Arcelor, French Government was concerned about the Hindu management style, which focus exclusively on profit. Throughout the wherever Hindus have gone for carrying out business- be it Uganda, Hindu majority Fiji, Nepal, why even in Assam, our own country, most of these business class have come back with foot print on the back rather than making an imprint on the society. This singular focus on profit with scant regards to customer sensitiveness and corporate social responsibility has made Indian business class as a laughing stock in front of civilized society . Having lived in UK and enjoyed the services of British Telecom and Orange, with a fair degree of certainity I can say, the more our business class succeeds in business, the more enemies they will create for countries.

Even two after two months you are not able to raise a bill with correct address. Obviously we will not be paying my bill if the same is not resolved by providing HARD COPY of the bill with correct name and address. In the first bill, the name, flat number, pin code, place everything was wrong. Nothing changed after making a written complaint, except that name is corrected to an imperfect level . Now after correction it is ts Nirmala ( full stop) . Krishnan in the bill. Would you like to be addressed as SUNIL ( fullstop) BHARTI ( fullstop) MITTAL, separating 1st name, surname and parentage at somebody’s choice ?. All other errors still remains as it was in the earlier bill. For you the bill is a notice of HAFTA to be paid by customers. There are many to pray for the early demise of such corporate and honestly, I would be first in the Q to pay homages at that time.

Respected Sir,
I had been facing issue of network and failure connection since June 2011. The solution is given on 21st February 2012 by installing one booster in my place. I lost my business due to bad connectivity and wrong impression as well besides the harassment and wasting of time and energy.
I called the customer care and appellate team and reply from Airtel is still awaited. I stopped the payment and asked airtel to pay my cost and correct the bill.The executive had given one reference number (Ms.Sweta Mathur-[protected]) for stopping calls for payment till the dispute is settled. But in contrary to this, Airtel had stopped the service and I was asked to pay all dues as per their choice of Airtel. It is deficiency of service with unfair practice and breach of rights of consumer to have proper communication.
It is my humble request to look the matter and take responcibility and to save my rights and save me from the unnecessary cost and damages due malpractice of the machanism of Airtel.

This is in reference to my router which got out of order on 23rd feb 2012,
The airtel engineer advised me to send it to the Airtel dealer " UNIVERSAL
TELECOM & TRADERS" 2072 SECT 16 FARIDABAD FOR REPAIR.

Within 2 days, i went to pick up my router, but it was all in vain as again
when the airtel engineer installed it, it worked for just 20 mins and finally
didnt work,

Atlast i ordered for a new router from the airetl dealer faridabad, it arrived
on 25th feb, but then the engineer told me the real problem was in the adapter,
so i ended up paying for the repairing for the old router plus the new router

which was delivered to me..

i requested the dealer for the refund of the new router as the old router has
been working, the real problem was in the adapter, ever since i havent got any
response
from the dealer, they have been ignoring my calls..

Kindly take care of the airtel router dealer of the faridabab as they had been
very rude and ignorant on this, i neeed a refund as the new router is lying at
my place, its not even installed and packed in the box..

Does any one really got a solution by wtiting here ? I have been harrased by Airtel folks and have not got a solution for weeks. This is an uttrely horrible behaviour. They just dont care for their customers. It is best to enmass return their settop boxes to them. It is not worth using their product. Sunil mittal should me ashamed to have a product like this and he should be more ashamed to have a customer service like this. What is the use of going global if you cant take care of your customrer. I have logged a complaint[protected] on 27 Dec 2011 against disconnection of my broadband and phone line, Because of high bill issue(I had complaint against that on 121, because As par my Lan card send receive is not match with your bill usages because that broadband connected with single Server Machine. But nobody came from Airtel to check). I am only the person who is continually mailing regarding resolving bill issue. Every time I mailed to [protected]@airtel.in and [protected]@in.airtel.com but reply is not coming soon, after every 2 or 3 follow up mail, I get response from Airtel. After long time, your CSA "New Guru Associate"(Executive-Shweta Sharma) contact to me and settled bill with Rs 10000/- Against outstanding Rs. 27214/- . I received settlement mail also from New Guru Associate.
But every time new CSA persons came to me then I get discuss with Shweta sharma (New Guru Associate Executive). She talked to every person, who came to me. And later they did not came to me again. But before 4 days ago I got legal notice from airtel.

Why legal notice is sent to me? when I have already settled my broadband bill. I have all conversation mails, which I sent to Shweta Sharma (Every time I CC to 121). If New Guru Associate is not belong to Airtel, then 121 should be confirmed me about this.

Please do not enforce me to take hard Action.

Again after some days they alerts jobss service in my no. and charge 1.5 Rs. when i want to call custmer care they disconceted my no. and again charge 01 Rs. for IPL alerts... aur mera call custmer care se disconected kr diya gaya. i also mail Nodel officer bhopal region bt no one here my complaint/request.
After that called up customer care several time no response. my call is disconected.

Please sir help me. i[censored] cant help me i have PORT my no. for another service & i also go consumer court aganist AIRTEL.

It is really a shame, on the part of the Management, to dupe Corporate Clients in this manner.

I have been using Airtel service from past 10 yrs... I had many worst experiance from customer care... I am also in service industry I rest customer...

If you have chance please listen the all the voice recorded message when customer speaks to your representative...

If I am not receving any response I am really want to report the same in court... Its not joke I will sue complaint against this industry.

i have an airtel connection running at home.Mothly charges are rs 500 with unlimited pack scheme.When the connection was installed .Your representative had said that it is fixed tarrif scheme of rs 500 per month all inclusive taxes till this connection persists.But it is an illegal matter that your company is changing the plan all of a sudden(limited 5GB only) that too without prior notice. On filling a complaint with the customer care in place of helping they misbehaved. We use Airtel not only for internet but all our mobile connections too are airtel. We have been your customers for over a decade. I believe that the customers are you priority so i would be great if look into the matter and make sure we get what we were promised and stop the unfair trade practice.

I am copmpelled to write this mail today because of the immense trouble caused by your sales executives who are extremely inefficient and unable to resolve any of our problems. In spite of spending multiple days trying to get a solution to my problem all that i get to hear is that they will register my complaint. Saying that they are transferring call to their senior, they just disappear keeping us on hold for long durations of time. Even if we leave the financial aspect of my problem, does my time have no value in your eyes? I have been continualy following up with your sales people for the last 10 days and finally when 1 was resolved another problem has sprung up with again no proper reply or help from your sales people.
I hope my problem will be adressed quickly without any further delay.

Dear Sir,

In spite of so many call and complain, your entire team is just paying with your system and the customer is getting sufferer.

The development is:

1. No one in the customer care is attending the call, just saying thanks and cutting the call, or the system is so bad the call is getting cut, or the people are so cleaver that just increasing the no. of calls they are making and fooling your esteemed system.
2. You are giving false claim that your people are afraid of comming to Sector 21, Kharghar because they assume that they will be beaten by local people. Please note, your people may be right either they have cheated a number of people in this area or connected with anti social groups or due to your extreme poor service they are expecting good treatment from the area or even they actually on leave, just fooling you around.
3. I have paid in advance and still can not use your service since mid of June 2012, though it is recorded from 22nd June 2012. Hence not only just for compensesion, we will go for consumer right and all possible ethical, social and media way to expose the level of service you are providing.

I do not like to extend my time frame, if I see so senior person is going to take the action except the parroting style readymade words, just see what a common man can do.

I do request to all other service provider also to provide good service, because my small and modest action may cost you dear.

I had taken an AIRTEL broadband connection(No. [protected]) in Jun 2012. I used it for one month and recharged it with an amount of Rs 450/-. After using it for just one day, your people deactivated it saying that my address details are not available. I promptly submitted the details at your Relationship Centre at Begumpet(Tel.[protected]) on 02 Jul but have not received any favourable response so far. People manning your tollfree nos. 121/198 have been incompetent, irresponsible and useless and have only managed to waste my time. I complained to the nodal officer who has not even bothered to respond. My official complaint(No.LB[protected] also remains unanswered.

My experience indicates that AIRTEL has become too complacent and arrogant and has started resorting to unethical and cheating practices. Please act soon to prevent your company from sinking in the near future.

I have been using mobile No [protected] at Jaipur for the past over three years my monthly bill has hardly exceeded 600/ to 700/-. To my surprise my bill for the month of Jun 2012 has come Rs 2942.94. I had lodged a complaint for this vide complaint No[protected] dated 18Jul 12.
On enquiry I have been told that the billing is high because you have used various down loads. To my utter surprise since I donot have any internet connection on the mobile nor have I ever applied for it, with out this how is it possible to download any thing is beyond my imagination.
I have never applied or done any SMS seeking these facilities.I feel this is an out right case of wrong/incorrect billing. Please instruct the concerned staff to rectify the bill at the earliest, so that I can clear the same.
I would be compelled to seek redressal through legal means if the same is NOT resolved in a fortnights time.
