[Resolved]  Airtel Mumbai — Very poor network

Hi,
I am Rishiraj Rawat & i have a prepaid connection of Airtel Mumbai no. [protected] & its life time card.I stay at Asha Nagar,Thakur Complex,Kandivali (E).The network of Airtel is so poor at my home that sometimes i don't have it for hours.And sometime when its there i just couldn't get the voice clarity.I humbly request Airtel to kindly improve there network in this area.

I had RC 61 with Airtel some few days back. However now I want to deactivate the scheme which reduces my balance by Rs.2 every day. I contacted customer care. As per the instructions i sent sms DACTDD to number 250 on 05-04-09. I received reply sms saying that your scheme will be deactivated within 48 hours. However till date it is not deactivted. I again lodged a compalint to Airtel customer care on 08-04-09 and I was told it will be deactivated within 24 hours. Today also I have contacted customer care and the same reply. Every day i am lossing my balance.

I am the user of Airtel mobile no.[protected] and my complaint is inspite of disrenewing the scheme of Astrology even they cut rs.30 per month.And there is no direct no. to talk to the executive or the incharge.

I had lost my mobile no. [protected] on dtd.05/06/2009 between 8:00 - 8:30. I had tried to call up 121 for the same, but there was no option to call up customer care and almost it had taken my time. The person who had taken up my mobile was free roaming around by receiving calls and disconnecting it. Today dtd. 06/06/2009, I had requested the Airtel Call Center to Stop my sim through only mobile dealer. I had requested him to trace the caller, but he refused for the same. I am worried about the situation. I had too tried to make police complaint dtd.05/05/2009, but was sent back as he told to make payment of Rs.700/- to make affidavit for court so he can write the complaint. I dont understand the strategy of our government policies towards the complainer and also of those service provider who anonymously first confuse people over their plans, then on call center no which dont have any route for asking queries and then refusing by saying that their is no policies such exist that can help to trace your mobile.

hello this is omkar surve from cbd belapur wants u to do something about this airtel network. called their customercare thrice or four times about my matter.they assured me about the same but the condition is becoming worser and worser. so plz look into the matter.

The airtel mobile signal is weak in this area, the calls keep disconnecting.

This adds a charged call for every UNcompleted conversation.

Is this a way to earn more ?

If airtel really cares for the customers ...
take corrective steps to increase the signal strength
OR
charge as per actual talk time and not per minute.

It is not difficult to shift to another mobile operator for good service.
AIRTEL is cheating customers left and right.. my number [protected] [ prepaid] gets messages saying " You have subscribed tro "so and so service" and charged Rs X for it... when we havent requested for anything. The request to deactivate goes where -- only GOD and AIRTEL knows !! The call centres are of no use and the real culprits [ the executives] stay out of reach... I am now conteplating to take up the case strongly with TRAI. Strongly suggest all new users to NEVER go for AIRTEL.
Can anyone please provide me with a Mumbai Airtel number where one can speak with a human being instead of listening to drab voices over the IVRS.

I am following since last 3 days for conversion of benefit of 99 voucher to 89 voucher.

Last month 99 voucher was for internet purpose. Which was confirmed with customer care on Saturday. . But they changed the same on this Sunday. Even the e charge walla does not know about this. I got no balance against the same. Contacted customer care but after 3/4 times, they tell you to just send the message.

I called up from different numbers and every time new complaint number (ref. no) is given but without any solution.

Can any body guide me what to do

I have not activated any scheme still they cut my 30Rs 4 days ago. Yesterday i call them and requested them to deactivate the scheme. But today i found they have activated another scheme and reduce 30 Rs from my balance. then i call the customer care and talk to them, at that time they literally cut my phone. and when i tried afterwards its not connected only. so pleaze reply urgently
please note some peoples calling from mumbai airtel mobile to UAE, KSA & others country @ rs.1.99 per mint & also given confirance line from mumbai only rs 1.99 intl call, pls do the needful.

Road, Goregaon (W).The network of Airtel is so poor at my office that i don't have it for whole day .I have lodged complanint many times, but till today the netweork in this area is very poor. Kindly do the needful.

here, in this there is no mistake from me. i want to mention that i had never used airtel live from the date i purchase the card. today i hardly recharge of rs60 and they cut my 50rs from my a/c. i want that they refund my 50rs. i request u. plz do early. i request u to reply me in 24hiurs

[protected] in the month of march '2011. i m getting my incoming messages. from India.. but since than ther deducting RS. 1 everyday for" DICTIONARY ON MOBILE" though i have not activated.. my relatives recharge my no. from India but Airtel is deducting onstantly . today I have got a message from no. [protected] ( dictionary on mobile ) that they have renewed this service.. its too irritating. i have sent several complains to Airtel CCC but no response.. really very poor service. pl. look into this matter immediately & credit my full amt. which has been deducted

I am Amey Mestry & i have a prepaid connection of Airtel Mumbai nos. I Have 4 airtel prepaid sim cards & its life time cards.I stay at Andheri (E).The network of Airtel is so poor at my home that sometimes i don't have it. And sometime when its there i just couldn't get the voice.I have spoken to the CSR he had provided me the complaint no. i.e. CINDL [protected] which they had said that the network problem will be solved tilll 5th of July and when i Called again they said there is a technical error and it will be solved till 11th July. U will get a call on 11th july in the morning 10am and yet the network problem is not solved. I m fed up of dis service if it doesn't get solvedtill today i'll change my network operator and switch to Idea. I humbly request Airtel to kindly improve there network in this area and don't give the fake promises. DO IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE OR I'LL TELL ALL MY COLLEGUES NOT TO USE AIRTEL OPERATOR. AIRTEL LOOSING CUSTOMERS DUE TO POOR NETWORKS.
