[Resolved]  Airtel — Network issue in my House

I have ported my no. [protected] to Airtel from Vodafone because Airtel has better postpaid plan then Vodafone... At intial time the network of Airtel working well in all my nearer are.. but since last 25 days Airtel network not reaching in home inside... I have to stay outside if I have to call or receive call.. I have complained on 15th June,2013 for such problem at customer care (121) of Airtel they commited me to solve the proble in 4 days. After 4 days on 19th June, I have calle again on customer care and asked about my proble, they accepted that some issues are there in the area where my home is and commited to solve the problem in next 72 hrs.. Then after I have called here local agent but the result is same give some time. After 72 hrs and till date I am calling customer care but no proper answer. I just getting a foolish commitment from all customer care executive and also from nodel officer " Your problem will be solved but we dont guarantee in how much time". What is this? is this a statement of a worldwide company ? After 15 days they still want more and more time but not committing how much...

I have lost my side business for computer selling, which I does from my Home.. I lost my all customer during this 25 days.. minimum of 15000/- Rs.
I lost just because of lower connectivity of Airtel network at my home... What Airtel will give a compansation for this ?

Airtel Mobile Services — connection problem

I have an airtel number [protected] .I am unable to recieve calls from internet services like skype and yahoo. Peviously i was able to recive the calls, but recently i am unbale to avail the service.Please help me out to resolve the problem.

hi to airtel
i am user of air tel last 10years but last 10or 15 days iam not receving incoming calls and outgoing calls there is some poroble in your network so plase start my incoming and outgoing calls
I cannot talk on gtalk while calling ring is heard but cannot connect from either side.I have talk to 121 but fail to solve the problem saying its a technical problem.Engineers will solve but till date no solution seen.

AirTel — missing of network

I am a airtel customer. My no. is [protected]. My compaint is this that phone shows a massage that "check info service" and network goes disappear. Then I have to restart my phone. The same problem was with my old no. of airtel and after some days the no. become close. When I call to customer care they told me that because no. has close they could not give me any information. Now I am feeling same problem. You are kindly requested to look into the matter personaly.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to bring your kind notice that our office is situated at A-41, MCIE, Mathura Road, (Near Sarita Vihar), New Delhi. We are having our office in this building at Basement which is fully centralised air conditioned and well air circulated. We regret to inform you that since last 2 months we are 80% of our staffs are very much disappointment due to poor signal of Airtel connection. There is no tower at all and through out the day our airtel mobile is useless because due to poor signal; no incoming and outgoing call is matured.

On behalf of all our colleagues, I would request you to kindly look into the matter and sort out the problem.

Your early action in this regard will be appreciated.

Airtel Mobile — Mobile Network

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a consumer from the matoshree nagar locality, in Upnagar,Nashik ...The mobile network hardly is seen !! Either there is no range or the range is minimum . I cant even call anyone nor recieve any calls . Even if i do it is not for long ..!!! please make sure u do something about it !!
its been hard on us to trust a big mobile company like yours !!

I am regular customer of Airtel services and using this services since last 5 years my no's is [protected] and recently I have taken a new connection in my name and my new no was [protected] and your customer care barred my new no because of they are not able to verify my address whereas I am using the Airtel services since last five years with same address and I am paying my all bill regularly without fail. I am working with Axis Bank Ltd and your representative came to my office and verified my office address still they barred my outgoing so I am switchover my new no to other service providers.
If you start thinking that you are largest service providers and you don't care for one or two connection then soon you shall become the worst service providers.

i have activated GPRS since last one month I have so many times requested for setting of GPRS for my "T mobile G1 with google" on 121 & also contacted Rajkot office for the same
i cant connect net without this setting
i request that company should send me the setting on my E-Mail address

I have registered for DND service on 24 jan 2010, it should activate within 45 days , but after more the 60 days still i'm receiving bloody unwanted advertisement sms, i called up 5-6 time to customer care but no result as yet they just gave me one new complaint ID each time, don't know who is responsible for this if not body is responding...

AirTel — No Network at my Home

I , Tejas Shetty , using Airtel Service Mobile No [protected] since past 8 years have been facing this issue since more than 2 years now .

My issue is that I dont get Network Coverage at my residence .

I stay at Chikuwadi , Borivali ( W), Mumbai - 400092 .

I have already registered a complaint at Airtel customer Care and they provided me with the Service Request No 38784783 and had promised that they would get back to me by 9th Aug . However I have still not got any response from Airtel and the issue is still pending .

It becomes extremely difficult to be at home without Mobile Connection as my relatives , Office Management and friends are not able to reach me via phone to provide any message due to network issue .

I would request you to look into the matter and kindly do the needful .

Airtel Mobile Service — No Minimum Offers

Dear Sir,
As i am using Airtel more than 3 years,they are not providing minimum special offers.Even i make the complaint to Nodal Office & Customer care.But they giving maximum amount of recharge offers.In order to change the portal they said to give the offer.but yet i not received the minimum offers.But my friends & family members getting special offers every week.
