[Resolved]  Airtel — Deduction of amount

Sir,

My name is Naveen Mehta, I am using one airtel prepaid no. i.e. +[protected],

The service provider deduct some amount w.r.t. Value Added Service of Airtel TV and I didnt use or activate the same thru phone.

I have already contact to Customer Care , but they people told me that they will not refund my money.


Request you to help me in this matter. The Provider are not responding properly.

I am very disappointed by the service offered by Airtel and the worst is that no body is there to listen, all gives you the false statements. Airtel is cheating me from last 3 months, i have taken a Airtel Prepaid 4 years back, i never activated any service, and they are deducting my amount for some or the other reason. Airtel is a fraud company... Since last few months I am being charged for Rs. 18.00 every week for activating some or the other services. I have never requested these services and now I have been threatened. Moreover the customer care executives agree to their mistake for wrong deduction of amount from my account and after that too give excuses for not refunding my deducted amount.
Even if i have deactivated my hellow tune service 4 month back still every month the airtel deducting Rs20- from my account.Every time contacting costomer care but no use.

AirTel — Deduction of Amount for services I did not use

Since today morning, Airtel has started sending me SMS 'Thank You for downloading MP3 using Airtel WAP service. You have been charged 15 Rs'. I received 15 such SMS in matter of half an hour. More than 300 Rs were deducted today for services I never used. At present, to avoid my account to become zero, I had to switched off my mobile phone.

I called up Airtel customer care from Airtel showroom and have asked for a complain number, but the lady denied me a complaint number stating that their system is down. Can someone please help?
I am pre paid customer of AirTel my number is [protected]. I have lost more than 30 rupees wef 21st March. Unwanted sms are coming from 64611001 and 56363 numbers. please deactivate all these subscription services and refund my money.

Though I have not subscribe to wap.mobifun.in, you have been deducting money from my mobile no [protected]. Please immediately unsubscribe/deactivate the service and stop deducting money.Further I request to credit the amount of Rs 80/- immediately to my mobile [protected].
hello i have given a complaint on 22nd of july saying that 25rs have been deducted from my a/c on reply from the airtel executive he told me that he'l verify and tell it to me on 24th july after 6pm. But on 24th july i got no call from Airtel regarding this indeed i had to give them a call when i asked them about the progress about this they told it will be rectified in an hour but as soon as i kept the call n other 25rd got deducted.. when i called them back they told me that i have downloaded some game, which i hav'nt done only. i have no games nothing from Airtel but still they have charged an total amount of rs 50 from me.

i would here by request the concerned authority and take strict action against them and soon make the matter solved.

hello, i'm Ephrem. my balance was Rs.257/-, today evening amount deducted Rs.6.50+ Rs.51.i don't know why & my customer care /talk to executive option not allowed nearly two days.also 3 to 4 days back my amount was deducted for vas download even though i did not subscribe to [protected]@qclub.in.kindly verify my complaint there must be mistake from your side.my mobile no:[protected] thanking you.

as iam using this service from last 2 years but many i got the messages of deduction of amount on various account but i never paid any attention but from last three days they had deducted nearly 250 rs for service which i nver used it continiousl from last three days iam complaing they give asssurances that the matter will be resolved within 24 hours but till now they had not refunded my amounts [protected]

today in morning at abt 7:40,i received a message consisting an url related to mms,i go through the sms bt not opened url..nd then check my balance tht was aboutt 32.43 which was about 42.something last night after a few seconds another message arrived tht is..mms service activation charged rs.30, again i check my bal..now it was 10.89.after it i contact to customer care it was nt responding..in noon at abt 12 i again contact to customer care Mr sanjeev told me tht mms service is activated by u in morning tht charged rs.30.ok...i asked how to stop this service,he reply me to write stop nd send it to 121.i did same..and got message no service is activated on ur phone..i again contact to customer care nd said, there is no service is activated on my mob.no.then hw did u deducted my amount she reply me to wait..checking..after 5 min.call automatically terminated.after tht i again go thru the same, same happened with me again,after tht i again contact bt this time on pressing 9(costomer care No.) they disconnected my ph.this happens several times.
SO pl. tell me...what should i do, hw can i got my deducted amt.
in real i did nt activated any services first,
secondaly hw the amt. is deducted in installments,
thirdly when i check to 121,i got messge tht no service is activated on ur ph.then why he is saying tht the service is activated by u...

This is pratap reddy. . What my problem is i recharge for internet balance with rs 250 which gives 8gb internet surfing with 3 months validity. Last week when surfing, my balance will be deducted from main balance(rs30). Then immediately i make a call to customer service and talk with employer. Then he forward my call to Divya Teja who is working as a supervisor. She told to me your access point is changed thats why your amount deducted from main account. After sometime she told that she will add rs20 to my account after one hour. But till now they can't add any amount to my accouont. Actually i don't know what is access point. After that incident I am trying to know what is access point.
The access point is automatically enabled when sim is replaced. They cannot send any message about access point when sim replaced. how can i know about that. Please take action if airtel is wrong, otherwise leave it.my mobile number:[protected]

Airtel — always deduction without intimation

hi, i use airtel mob no. [protected] since last 4 month, three times, i got a voice mail or call for ringtone and for make a friend, and without press any key deducted 1 time rs 10, second time rs 45 and today cut rs 5 and everyday rs 1. Before i week airtel cust. care exuctive mr Daljeet credit my last 45 rs deduction after my emforcement. Now stil that story remains. Last Ringtone call made by the no. of [protected]. I think Airtel athourity give the right to these such person who can deduct the amount from any airtel no. It should be avoid and Airtel official should be take serious action against them. i think it is a shamful and unlawful act.

I have tried my level best to lodged the complaint over phone but not succeed and they have also charged Re.0.50 for 3 minutes per call.
I have never demanded hello tunes but suddenly you
have activated the same and deducted my money.
Please take necessary action at you end and refund my money.

Airtel — reg. start of value added service without any intemation & deduction of balence

a value added service JOBS started by Airtel on my prepaid mobile connection No. [protected] without any intemation. i did not recieved any alerts in this regard. i make a call in customer care of Airtel and talk to Mr Manoj on 25.12.10 at 09:35 & he told me that the problem has been solved with in 48 Hours by a call on my other No. [protected] but i have not recieved any call from airtel and also not recieved my deducted balance. this is the regular practice of Airtel to the other customers also.

i m very dissatisfied with the company the reason is i call many times customer care to stop VAS but they always Says sir this will not happen again . but It Happend Again & Again .if this happend again I will Take the matter to consumer Forum. i also want my money back which is deduct by the company during last 60 days this money has taken by wrong way. if this not happen i will take legal action i want my money back. .matter is not that how much amount was that matter is it is taken by cheating

AirTel — Deduction of Amount

Dear Sir,
I Naresh Singh Mobile Number-[protected] is very dissatisfied with airtel. On the day of 26th of Jan 2011, I activated a internet of 50MB free by Rs 5 and same amount deducted from my account. But after that Rs 5.70 and Rs 39.
And 27th of Jan 2010 Rs 9.70 is also deducted from my account as browsing charge if 50MB is free what is meant by browsing charge. I used internet wef one year ago but browsing charge was 30KB per 30 paisa.
I used less internet but more amount deducted. Why it is happened? Call me and give reason. I think that is fraud of airtel.
I contacted to costomer care but no satisfied response given by them.
Kindly contact me at the earliest.

PLZ. TRY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM AND RETURNED MY AMOUNT AT THE EARLIEST.
