We had drop mail to Bharti Airtel for changing our plan but till date we have not get any revert from them.

Kindly change our plan from 199 to Airtel New 99 Value Plan for the following no.[protected][protected]-48-49. Kindly do this on urgent basis.

These are the conversation with Airtel. Airtel customer care executive deny to help us on phone and when we drop them a mail they simply refuse for any for changing any plan.

my no is -[protected] i have request to chnge my plan but after two months they have chnged that too i have escalated to regional manager level and during this period my billing was too high because plan doesnt changed.

till i'm fighting with reginal manger but he is not at all resaponding, so i've cleared my payment but its very worst service from bharti from top to bottom which i never expected.

simply pre paid plan is good...no need to beg/followup with irresponsible teams.

But they every time reply me that it was in process. I ask them it take how many time and at what time it is change my plan.

i am narendra from sikar rajasthan before 16 month i have purchase airtel dish. my costmer id is [protected] . i take super plan 127 per moth . but last many months airtel change my plan super value 127 to 221 plan without any notice & without my permission . i have loss 100/- per month . i want only super value 127 plan . how can airtel change my plan without any notice any request change plan . now i want refund my money.i have also complain to airtel costumer care but . i have no any solution .please help me solve my problem

AirTel — Regarding changing of plan

My airtel number is [protected].. I applied for mobile portability, frm the customer side i received a call and they gave me the offer of airtel to airtel 10p and other mobile 30 p bt they nit yet activated ant offer for my number.. i'm complaining to them for the past three weeks bt no response from their side.. they are really cheating the customers by saying like this. And to 198 if i call, call is getting disconnected. I dont know wat to do for this. Kindly take action to solve my problem. I'm really suffering for the past three weeks..

This is again reminder to my previous complaint which has not been solved yet.. My mobile number is [protected].. Still they did not change my mobile plan and everytime the customer service man is asking me a due date of 1 day but it took more than 4 weeks but they did not change the plan on my mobile number..
