Dear sir,
I am an airtel customer since 9 years .My last few bills were of high value which i have used, but there was a delay in the payment due to personal reasons . I have two numbers both airtel payment to one number is uptodate, the other number is due since two months but i had assured them that the payment will be made through my credit card on 28th of October but unfortunately my credit card was not functioning due to some technical problem whic will be corrected within 48-72hrs. i conveyed this to the collection agents, but they are demanding a post dated cheque which they need it by 30th morning, they are even threatning to disconnect the second nmber where there are no dues. I told the concerned person coming to collect the amount that i dont have sufficient fund to give a post dated cheque, then they said they will not present it this is only to show their head office that they have got the cheque which was overdue and will be returned to to me when the card payment is made. I really feel that this is a tactic being played by the outside collection agents employee to get their commission .
sir will you be able to let me know by tomorrow wheather i should give a post dated cheque, because I know there is not enough cash in that account and it is only a matter of a day or two by that time my card will also become active and i can make the payment.
The collection agent is acting as a big bully with a smiing face. Sir I would also like to know wheather they can disconnect the second line if the bill amount for the first number is not paid.
NB: the collection agents employee want the amount to be paid in there office so that he will get the commission . I feel it is to ensure that I pay at the same office they want the cheque as a security.
the collecion agency is LIBERTY Agencies Banerjee road cochin.
NB: the no for which payment is due is [protected]

i am getting the bill for addon number [protected] which is not in use since 6 months .
this is causing me a lot of problem regarding the bill of my other number [protected]
after giving several letters to outlet and complaints to customer care.

Dear Sir/Madam, Few days back, I converted to my airtel prepaid to postpaid connection.
I have been a good customer of Airtel
prepaid service for more than 1 and a half year. But in return,
i have got such a bad service that i dont have words to say neething bout it.
A customer care representative was sent by airtel call center on my request to my office
services from last 2 years but knw in return i
got such a bad service that i dnt hav words to say anythng abt it
i have paid my bill in the morning n still my outgoing n incoming
services r barred they promise me that withn 3 years ur outgoing services
will be started but till not
it has not been started i need u to explain yyyyyy the hell your reperesentative
keep on lying each n every time im calling your customer care
they giving me their words it will start in 20 min...thn 15..min...
its rubbish ru making fool of your customer
