You have expressed concern regarding the delay in disconnection charges in the bills and refund of the security deposit amount of your Airtel number [protected].

We understand your concern and will work towards resolving the same.

As per the service request number 17522201 your Airtel number has already been temporarily disconnected with effect from 22 July 2008 and it will be permanently disconnected within 90 days from the sate of temporary disconnection.

Further to your mail regarding the bill charges we would like to inform you that we have waived off the rental charges of Rs. 53.07 in the bill dated 06 July 2008 and Rs. 109.13 in the bill dated 06 August 2008.

There is an excess amount of Rs. 60.73 - after the adjustment of the above-mentioned waiver amounts. Further there is a security deposit amount of Rs.500 - in your Airtel account.

As per process the security deposit and excess amounts will be automatically refunded through cheque to your billing address within 45 days from the date of permanent disconnection.

I want to understand why you have changed my Service Request Number
17223999 dated 24.06.08 to the service request number 17522201 dated
20.08.08 for cancellation refund of my security deposit. Please refer
previous emails regarding the same what date you will consider for
permanently deactivatition because more than two months we were
receiving call from customer care to continue the services with other schemes plans.

Also is it last bill from side of Rs. 121.52 - even though we hadn t
use your services intimated you regarding the cancellation long
back.If it is so why can t you deduct the same from our security
deposit and return the remaining to me.

Airtel Postpaid — Refund the Deposit and Unused call amount

Dear Sir,

I am a Airtel customer since 1998, I used the Post paid connection of Airtel March 2008 to July 2008 in Kerala. I was a good customer to Airtel. On 31.07.08 I request Airtel Employees /Customer Care Executives to Disconnect my number [protected]. After several reminders and Request basis Airtel Customer care Officer has Disconnect my mobile no [protected] only on 31.12.2008. The mean time the detected Rs.335.96 for 5 months. I have not yet received my Deposit amount Rs.500 also. So, Kindly take as request this and I asking Concern People to Refund the same.

I was using Airtel Post paid Mobile no [protected] in orissa from Dec 2006 to April 2008 and cleared my all dues but with serveral communication with M/s Air tel I never got my sequrity deposit of Rs. 500
