my number [protected] was continuosly having serious disorders since its installation jan..2009.Most of the time my net remaind out of order.No body usually picks up local airtel office phone. i have frequently lodged complaints with their local enginers or so as Mr. Tajinder ji and mr. Manveer ji and at 121.Even at the time of installation i had problem with p.c secure.in the end i have to sort out pc secure complaint by paying to private softvare person.even sometimes our complaint was not properly registered.in the month of september2009 . Ihad problem of NET DISCONTINUDE.ALMOST DAILY.MOST OF THR TIME WHEN PHONE WAS ALSO NOT WORKING WE HAVE PROBLEM TO LODGE THE COMPLAINT.AIRTEL PERSONS SHOWED THEIR INABILITY TO DIGNOSE THE PROBLEM.With my repeted requests in sep.2009 and Oct 2009,i requested 121 customer care exicutieves that plz see if you are unable to provide me unintrupted promised quality service then plz cancel my number [protected],AS I GOT THIS NUMBER FOR FREE OF MONTHLY RENTAL WITH AIRTEL BROADBAND.,and plz compenset me for the month of sep BROADBAND BILL .We ARE LIABLE TO PAY IF WE ARE GETTING THE PROPER SERVICES FROM THE SERVICE PROVIDER.Our bussiness and reputation bore a GREAT LOSS due to daily FRIQUENT NET DISCONTINATION.Anybody can varify my complaint and request of compensation of bill by looking at my complaint record .Inspite of my repeted requests they didnot cancel my number. MY LAST CANCELATION AND REPORTING CONTINUED ERROR IN AIRTEL SERVICES FOR LAST ONE MONTH WAS ON OCTOBER14 ,2009,VIA COMPLAINT NO.836989.
NOW MY REQUEST IS---- NOT TO HARRASE ME BY SENDING ME THE BILLS FOR THE SERVICES YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDED ME. AIRTELL IS STILL SENDING ME THE BILLS. NEITHER FOR INTERNET OR FOR LANDLINE.THANKS ,HOPE THE AIRTEL AUTHORITIES WILL HEAR.My family is using more than 20 airtel mobile numbers.But an Airtel landline dissatisfied customer.pooja mobile[protected].HOPE TO GET A REPLY.

    Dear Sir,

    I am using Airtel Prepaid number for the past 2 years.

    For the last 3 days I have been charged Re.1 for the Jokes Service. (23,24,25/Nov/2009)

    I had not subscribed for any of the services. When I called up customer care to know about the details, the response from customer case executive was not good.

    He told me that, it has been activated through OBD. But I dint accept any service from OBD, usually disconnect whenever i get a OBD call without hearing.

    You could think that this case usually happens as subscriber says he has not activated, even if he activated himself.

    If I accept that this service is activated through OBD; as per TRAI guidelines dated 4th September 2009, the subscriber cannot be charged unless the operator receives consent from subscriber via telephone/fax/E-mail/SMS.

    But no consent was received from me.

    I am not giving this complaint because I have lost Rs.3, its because it hurts many low balance subscribers.

    Many subscribers get frustated and switch out from Airtel.

    Such OBD compliants happens mainly in Caller Tunes.

    I need proper explanation on OBD activation and want to know which content provider has charged me.

    If possible the my amount can be reimbursed.

    I want explanation about the poor response from Call Center Executive.

      I want to unsubscribe this service games club immidiately.This is an unneccesory service for me. Thank if you help on this problem .Airtel custumer service do not recieve my phone calls of deactivation.

      I am really fedup with automated subscription which are being activated by airtel itself without my acceptance or consent. It is really disgusting to find such subscription which are simply debiting my balances. Couple of days back, I took from one my friend who deals in recharge coupons etc and unsubscribed news servied. And now, it has automatically subscribed to games club and deducted Rs. 3/- twice from my account.
      I would like to have an immediate correction to this and would like to unsubscribe this service having refunds of sum debited.

      airtel fraudulently deduct in the name of game club membership renewal . actually it only happens with GPRS ( Mobile Office ) users . My mob. But now a days some amount in the name of games club or any thing java game downloadin or video downloading etc are being deducted from my account daily . Customer Care service of Airtel is very poor . I allready have registered a lot of complaints regard this but the result is zero . The only way to stop these wrong doings is to approach court .

      AirTel — Changing for unsubscribe services

      Yesterday, I got a message that I have been charged Rs. 10 for subscribing for Airtel Radio and Rs.10 was deducted from my balance. Whereas I had not subscribed for any such services.
      Last week, my hello tune was changed without any intimation to some not so good sone, again charging for the service without my request.
      This is not appropriate to charge for service that we have not requested. Is there a way we can stop this or where can we take this complaint further, and can we get reimbursement of such unwanted charges.
      Some action has to be taken to stop such activities.

      Hello sir/madam,
      This is Naveen kumar.b.g having airtel mobile no [protected].I
      got a call on 23 april 2011 by 6.30pm asking for a address proof & i told the
      same thing which i have given while taking sim( driving licence) but they told
      address is not matched the reason for same is yet to know. i visited customer
      relation cente in belgaum on 25 april 2011by 11 a.m they did not even took a
      copy of address proof & said that compliant was not necessary saying that you
      contact customer care number&
      The same day i called customer care they too told the same thing.
      But this number was recycled to someone else while i am using it since from
      last 5 months,but on 26 april 2011 it was suddenely disconnected without even
      notice to me.

      Airtel — Airtel activating service on its own and charging for the same.

      Airtel has been activating unwanted services on my number [protected] without my actual subscription for them,I have been charged many times for the same problem and even today service had been activated to a service i never subscribed for and till date I have been debited rs200 or more due to same problems.Even though i have activated DND(do not disturb) still i get subscribed to unwanted services.

      Please help with regards to this matter.

      Airtel — Services getting subscribed without user consent

      (June 29, 2011) One morning i get a message from airtel:

      "Dear Customer, you have been charged Rs 60 for this service. Now you can enjoy browsing(upto 1GB) for 14 Days."

      Just on the previous day (June 28th 2011) I recharged for Rs 98 which I do every month.
      I complaint on 29th morning itself calling customer care, they say they don't have information on how the balance got deducted, and said they'll get back to me on June 30th. I ask them will they refund my cash, they say they will if its their fault.
      They never did get back to me, so I call them up on (July 1st), now they say I've activated an internet pack via phone dialing *567# . I never did this, I kept telling them i have no reason to do this cause I had already activated my monthy gprs pack a day before, but they keep insisting I activated the service.

      I'm sure I never subscribed, I've no reason to complaint if i did, let alone post this complaint here.

      Again if some service gets activated without my consent, Airtel will eat my cash again, and if I complaint, they'll just tell me I activated the service...

The form and documents were checked by the airtel agent present there. after thorough checking the form deposited,sim issued and after three days sim was activated. from last five days all services to the no is stopped even cal to customer care saying documents deposited are not correct.no prior information was given for the same. 04 rounds to the customer cell at chandani chowk area and they only promise that by evening it would be activated. but no thing happened so far. can only say a airtel is a pathetic company and i did a grave mistake to join them.

      There is a games club, full track, and Airtel Gyan activated on my number, which I have not subscribed for. I am really tired of having such subscriptions being activated in my mobile without my consent. I tried calling customer service to deactivate, but they kept me on hold and then later informed me that the server is down. I was also charged for customer service call, which has not even rectified my problem. I tried calling again, but there was no response. I tried to deactivate using SMS service. It showed the services to be deactivated, but when I tried to reply back with the options provided - received a message stating "sorry not a valid option."

      I would like to have an immediate correction to this and would like to unsubscribe all the services activated with refunds of sum debited.

      Airtel — Gclub services activation

      Hi,
      I have Prepaid airtel number [protected]. So many times I got services activated on my mobile with my reqquets and spend the money. This time I am frusted very much. From last 10 days daily one service is getting activated on my mobile with out my request like ASTHA and GCLUB. on complaining to custmer care, they blaim that it have been done from airtel live from user.
      on airtel live there is only account maintain for postpaid only. so either only account user can do it or any person can go and register for the same. I dont understand this concept. I have well internet connection at my home and office then for what stupid things I go for mobile internet. I use mobile only for communication porpose not for playing the games on internet.

      Please take some action to unsubscribe such activity.

      On continously complaining to Airtel customer care and after getting no success to unsubscribe gclub.in from my mobile, I reached to NODEL OFFICER of my Karnatka region. And he has given me mail of confirmation to deactivate it and refund my money BUT today again I got the message for subscribtion of gclub.in and charged for Rs 2.

      Hi consumer court please take some strict action against such companies.

      I got the call from Airtel customer care on 01-Sep-11 and I got the message of deactivation from 54321 on 10.20 am on same day with ref ROVAD[protected].

      BUT I am very much surprised that again that same day 01-SEP-11 01.26PM, I got the message of gclub service is activated with charge of Rs.2 and I am getting charge for same gclub from the day (30/SEP/11) I complained to NODEL officer also. But nothing ishappening.

      So from 30-SEP-11 to 01-Sep-11, I got charge for Rs 6.

      Your *121# START/STOP service does not work. It reply as no value added service is activated then I dont know how daily I got this service activated message.

      Please Rakesh, help me to get out of this mess. I cant waste my time this daily to track such activity. I am simple working person not any highly posted manager.

        My Airtel Mobile no automatically activated cricket and friends chat service. I was tried to stop this service with customer care. First I sent a stop request to 121. Customer care replies the list of services to stop. when I replay the message to 1210 "Message sending failed" after a 5 min again customer care replies "We have not received any input from you". I never seen this kind of worst service at any where. They are cheating their customers with this add on services. De activating these services is very tough to reach the customer care.

          Dear Sir(s),

          This is regarding my request for change of plan from 512 kbps to 4 mbps via request number 34895454. Here is the chronology of the case:

          10-July- Logged the request# 34895454 for change of plan. I was told that this will be done by 15-July
          14-July - I got a call on my cellphone from Airtel, informing me that plan has been migrated and I can check the bandwidth increase by switching off and on the modem. As I was at work at that time, so did checked this during evening, but bandwidth was still 512 kbps only.
          15-July - I called up 121 and spoke to Veer Vikram Singh and he told me that this wil be done in 24 hours, i.e. on 16-July
          16-July - I called up 121 and was told that this wil be done in 24 hours, i.e. on 17-July
          Since then I have been calling up 121 daily (except for Sunday) and each time the agent and their supervisors (Mr Anwar, Gaurav, Bharat and today Ms Aarti and Amrita) are giving this 24 hours resolution assurance each day. So, from 14th July onwards I am getting this 24 hour resolution assurance and this has been shifting each day.

          I am sure, that all these are mere assurances and nobody is actively looking at my service request and that is why it is not getting out of this eternal 24 hour cycle.

          I have been an Airtel customer since 2001 (for my mobile), and my interactions regarding my mobile phone account have always been good. But this broadband issue has been a very bad experience to me.

          Request your help in early resolution of the same.

          I am in Greater Noida within Delhi NCR region.

                Dear Sir

                I became tired of customer support service of Airtel Prepaid. I was subscribed for 2 unwanted pack (1. GameClub, 2. life_pack) which i dint choose to activate and actually I am unable to get benefit of those services/packs evenafter paying Rs 60 for those unwillingly. To deactivate those unwanted packs i called so many times to customer care service 121 but i never be connected to any CC executive then i called to GPRS Helpline Executive at 12118. Although I m pleased to talk them but they are helpless to solve my problem that is to deactivate those unwanted packs permanantly. I am using Airtel only for Mobile Office to utilize internet on my Mobile phone from last 3 years.

                I request you to pls deactivate all service packs activated on my number and to improve 121 facility.

                I am using Airtel Service since 6 years. I was subscribed ( actually Renewed ) for unwanted pack GameClub Subscription which i dint choose to activate and charged Rs. 30 for that. To deactivate these unwanted pack i called so many times to customer care service 121 but i never get a satisfactory reply from executive there. Executive name is Sandeep Sathe ( GPRS helpline Indore Center ). Although I m pleased to talk them but they are helpless to solve my problem that is to deactivate those unwanted packs permanantly. I am using Airtel only for Mobile Office to utilize internet on my Mobile phone from last 7 days.


                I request you to pls deactivate this service pack and please not repeat this problem again.

                  hi. im tushar from madhya pradesh my airtel mobile no. is [protected] and service provider is fooling me all the time now a days . it started from the day when they deducted 100 rs from my account and after trying so much i connected to customer care and i told them that i got deducted 100 rs for no reason and he told me that it wud come back in 2-3 days and it came back and just after that day they charged me for some games club subscription renewal although i did not activate any services and more after 2 days i got dedected 50 rs and got msg that some game has been downloaded that i did not download not got either but yet charged all 80 rs for no reason . and tnow when im trying to contact customer care call dont connect. and when i went airtel prepaid serves they said we dont know any thing now i just come to know thats how they fool customers.

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    I am Deepak Bhupal Bist, my Airtel post connection no. [protected] using since last two year. Whenever I took that connection I had regularly got itemized bill,From month of July 2009,i got itemized bill but there is no any STD details mention in that bill.
                    Lot of time I spoke with customer care executive regarding the same problem, they promised me it will be appeared in your next bill, but still problem is as it is. I have already paid July month bill, as per your executive commitment. Again you are sending me the same bill without details, that’s why I haven’t paid bill of Aug to Oct.
                    I am really very frustrate, after spoke with you, I m not getting proper response. You have deactivated my services, which is affected my business. This is not my fault, that is happened from your side, I have facing lot of problem, Daily I am getting call from recovery department using rough language. If they are not stopped calling me I will make an action.
                    So I requested to you without any interruption activates my service, and also want apologies later from your side, when I got both things I will clear all my due, otherwise I will take action against you. Whatever I have loosed in my business you will be responsible for that.

                      I got a recharge of Rs.299 done to get my international call rates to reduce from Rs.9.20 to Rs.6.99 per min. I was told by the customer care executive that I would get a talk time of Rs.266, instead I got just Rs.172 and then also my call rates were 9.20 per min. I spoke to your customer care executives Ms. Rupali, Mr. Mangesh and Mr. Indergeet, everytime they said let us check the details and the phone gets disconnected. I didn't got any results yet and now even I can't speak to a Customer care executive at 121 as on pressing 9 it says send and SMS on 131 and disconnects the call. I would like my issue to be resolved asap.

                        I am having a motorola Z6 phone bought during March 2008. My IMEI number is [protected]. When i called customer care.. they are not sure of what to do and even if we try to explain them, they just say go to registration centre or hang up.
                        I also talked to the registration centre fellows on phone and enquired, they clearly mentioned that the registration is only for korean/chinese phones and not for branded phones like Motorola.
                        They are able to understand the problem but not the airtel customer care.

                        Request Airtel to look into this very matter ASAP, since it is very serious.

                        I hav a MotoRazr 2 V8 phone. My IMEI number is [protected].

                        This is regarding my complaint (invalid IMEI for motorola) [Sub: IMEI number invalidity] on 25 November 2009. I got the reply from Mr.Rakesh Kumar of Airtel to send the contact details to [protected]@airtel.in. I had sent the required details to them, till now they not even bothered to contact me. Now the connection has been taken off from today, my mobile (its showing unregistered sim), Rs.8000/- mobile is a waste now.

                        Dear M/S Airtel, just posting a comment to the complaint will not work in the long run. Necessary action needs to be taken on the compaint. Remember... you are getting your image tampered every passing day by not paying heed to the customers.

                        Airtel is having one of the poorest customer care and customer grievance addressing. Thats all I could say.

                        My wife has a Motorola Z6 model with the IMEI number [protected]. Since today her phone is not active and says sim not registered. When i contacted 121 they asked me to check the IMEi number by sending an sms to 57886 with the first 8 digits of IMEI number. The sms reply was Valid IMEI number of motorola Z 6. Airtel customer is unable to solve my problem and asked me to check with a mobile service center. The mobile phone service center says its not a problem with the phone as it has a valid IMEI number but its a problem with Airtel.

                        I have called many a times to 121 but they say they cant do anything and suggested me to change my handset. I paid Rs.9500 for this phone and today because airtel has not updated the database with this IMEI number the phone is blocked.

                        What is airtel going to do for this? Why should a customer suffer for airtel's some technical database error?
                        I am also suffering to same proble. I have a valid IMEI number from Motoralla. I called to Airtle Customer care and they told me that your IMEI number is valid ant don't worry from barring. I sent a massage to 121 writing IMEI 15digit no. when a reply received as this is a valid IMEI number but then too my mobile is barred by AIRTLE and they stopped me to contact any customer care executive too .. I dont understand AIRTLE is playing with us or what ?

                        I have a issue with the Airtel connection when using my Motorola Razr V8 with IMEI number [protected]. Airtel says this is an invalid IMEI but Motorola says it is valid and even when checked by sending SMS to 57886 I got the reply that this is a valid IMEI number. The issue seems to be at Airtel database and Airtel is not agreeing the issue. I've called the customer care and have escalated as well but no use including the manager's as they really try to push the issue out of there hand. I also have written a mail to '[protected]@airtel.in' and there is no response yet.
                        Hope some Airtel person looks into this issue and help to resolve. My Airtel number is[protected].

                        I have purchased Fly E 105 With Airtel Sim card From Gyan Electronic jhansi up on 3rd Oct 2008. I have started receiving message that my phone will be stop working from 30th November 2009 since the IMEI number is not registered. In case, I have to continue with the same phone I need to contact some govt. office and pay some money which I don't understand.

                        I feel cheated and this is like an insult to me that such a message is coming even after I purchase from renowned shop with proper bill.

                          I am S.Akilandeswari .My Husband is using AIRTEL Prepaid Mobile Phone SIM.Once the mobile was stolen and we get a Duplicate SIM.

                          After 2 or 3 months when it is in usage (Nokia 1100) ,we get a information that "SIM Rejected" .So we went to AIRTEL Showroom in Spencer Plaza(Winner Telecom) .They replaced the SIM and charged 50 rupees we asked why we are getting this "SIM Rejected" message.They said some problem in usage of SIM.This happend in 16 November 2009 .(Mobile Nokia 1100)

                          Some days later that is 23rd November 2009 we just changed the SIM to LG KP500 model mobile.That time the mobile gets switched off and switched on continuously.We tried with other AIRTEl PREPAID SIM.That time and all it is working fine.So we guess problem in SIM and went for replacement.Again they charged 50 rupees.We asked him why you are charging for this as this is a manufacture defect.He never mind about our words.So we paid the money and came back.He said the new sim will get activated.But still now same problem persist.

                          Why they are not responding properly and why they are charging again and again when it is a mistake in manufacturing side ??

                          We need our 100 rupees repayment for changing the card again and again.

                            I am really disgusted with the messages i am receiving from 54321, 561234, 64611099, 64611050...I had been charged numerous times for some downloads in multiples of Rs.150, Rs.99 & Rs. 30 by this numbers. When i complained it to Airtel, Customer care hardly came up with any solution . Who's is going to give me a solution. On this messages I was also given a link http://gclub.in .

                            It will be great if somebody deactivate this service . Airtel seems to have no solution.

                              I wanted to complain about an Airtel employee named Nitin Pokhale who dashed on my car today while riding his bike. At a traffic signal chowk, Mr Pokhale was on the other side of the road. From the wrong side of the road he assumed that the traffic light had turned red and started crossing the road on his bike. As the light was still green the traffic was following (my car being one of them). Mr Pokhale dashed headon on my car denting the front fender. He fell down and bruised his knee -all because of his own fault. When questioned this fellow did not admit his mistake at all. Over and above he has the audacity to questions me 'what if he had broken his leg!!'

                              A company of Airtel's stature must take this employee to task for irresponsible driving (that to while prominently displaying the company's ID card). The fellow does ot even have the guts to admit his mistake nor the manners to talk to lady. Hope some 'gyan' is given to him by your HR department as a part of your corporate social responsibility in making Pune roads safe to drive.

                                Dear sir madam

                                I have a corporate connection no [protected]. and i have made advance
                                payment of rent for 1 year.

                                Around 4 months back i lost my mobile and subsequently i requested for new
                                sim card at air tell (Sheeba electronics) office at jail road new delhi.

                                But till date i have not got the sim activated after repeated request at
                                Jail road center and when i call at your customer care they don t give
                                complaint no as my connection is not working. They always suggest that i
                                should visit center and request them and time is passing by but nobody
                                cares to take any action.

                                Even after 4 months my connection is not working and i am losing on my
                                advance rent.

                                As per my opinion i have prepaid advance rent for 1 year that s why air
                                tell people are ignorant and not taking any action on my request.

                                Has my no. been allotted to sum other customer or what s the problem.

                                You are requested to get my sim activated at earliest and accordingly give
                                extension of duration in relation to my advance rent

                                    he told me that i won the airtel lucky draw prize 10, 0000. after that he told me you win lucky draw of rs 100000 and tell me deposit Rs 5400 /- as a govt tax cash in mumbai or then again i talk to avinesh he told me that i have to purchaseRs 5400 as a dis TV recharge coupon from the market then they will give me draw amount

                                    i want to change my airtel persecond plan into all india 50paisa/sec and daily 100 sms free.[protected] its my no
                                    This morning i recieved a call from a fake number [protected] saying that I have won 10 Lacks in Airtel lucky draw competition and told me to check the number on the back side of Sim card i. e. 89914 and told me to called them back after checking. As I checked that each Sim card has 89914 number on the back side i called up on same number they said to depoist Rs 20, 000 in some bank account for Signing Authorither.

                                    I also believe that no one give you free money therefore i spoke to them for a long time and told them u transfer first in my bank account then we will give u Rs 20, 000 back sir trust me.

                                    Long time they gave me a miss call on my mobile...
                                    Airtel team has to take a serious action on these kind of calls...
                                    They gave me a e mail address to send my bank details on it..[protected]@gmail.com pls don`t respond to any e mails which you recieve.

                                    Please go first to nearest Airtel office and check whether it is true or not...

                                      I am a bonafied customer of Airtel for the last three years and having its post paid connection.
                                      But for the last some moths some subscribe charges being added to my bill such as "Weekly sub" and MCA services.
                                      Despite of meeting on 121 to your officials the same have not been unsubscribe so far.

                                      Now I request you to please Unsubscribe ( weekly Sub) and (MCA) hence forth, failing which i have to surrender the connection.
                                      I hope you will redress mygrievance.

                                      Airtel Postpaid Connection — Cash deposited but not yet reflect

                                      hello their 1..

                                      this is very sad that airtel is not able to serve their client in the best way

                                      because i have deposited the money on 09/06/2008 but till now it was not reflecting in my account because of that you people have disconnected the service for the same.

                                      i facing hell lots of problem after so many follow up nothing is worked out

                                      kindly find the airtel cash receipt attached with this mail

                                      this is not only me even my friend (Rohit [protected]) have also stopped their blackberry service from airtel because they didn't give him the proper service.

                                      because of this we are decided to go with vodafone for our CUG connection for our co.

                                        Hello and Good Evening!!!

                                        I am myself Blessen Cherian from Lucknow and having the customer number [protected]. I have booked my connection through the phone that i have received from the sales department on Sunday 23rd November 2009 of Airtel DTH from this number[protected]. The person who called me was Vyshnavi and then later talked with her senior officer as he have stated that he is from the verification department. she have given me the details regarding the South Economy Pack and i have agreed for a deal.

                                        The deal was of 1850 for 4 months free and 15% cash back to my Airtel DTH if i am using my credit card. They had forced me to make the payment through the IVR at the same time and i have agreed for that too. The promise that they made was on Monday evening. That day evening they had called me from another number as i was in the prayer was not able to pick the phone? The number was[protected].

                                        Next day morning i have started calling from 9 am and they have replied my call after 10 am as they said that was there timing.Promised me to call me back with in half an hour and till aftrenoon i haven't received any call. Then i called them and they said sorry to not to call and promised me that they will fix it by 5pm. The all day i haven't went for my work and they haven't delievered... The again they haven't called me as i have called atleast for 7 - 8 times.Always they have treated me as i am out of the family. Again promised me to fix the item by 5pm-7pm. They said they will call me and they haven't. Again i have talked to them at 7:30 and they say the time slot is for 9am - 10 am. Whats this? Do u mean that i have to take leave for one week to fix my Airtel DTH. Who will pay my salary for my leave??This is not the way to deal to do busniess??You guys put the film stars and for what?? To cheat the people??? I have paid my cash and you guys are playing with that??? This same will be copied and listed to all blogs and let people know what AIRTEL DTH gives??? Mouth Advertisement is the best way to do business and it will for sure will make the people to think to buy from AIRTEL??? This will be forwarded to consumer court through the web and to will print this pain and will be forwarded to legal department too...

                                        Hi I am sandip from ahmedabad
                                        I book a new dth connection on airtel by phone on 2nd march and they collected payment on 3rd march and given me time for 24 to 48 hours but they are not given me connectioin till 6th march I call custemor care for 4 times but they told me every time that you complain has been forwarded and they call me in 1 hour.today they given me time for 10:30 am but till time they didn’t call me and they cheat me.while I booked a connection they called me 3 times that have you pay or ont yet but after payment they didn’t call me after 3 days.my recpt no is 24497 and signe by Mr Jay of ahmedabad.
                                        Now I feel like airtel cheat me so don’t buy it online
