[Resolved]  Airtel / Postpaid Mobile Bill — unauthorised charges (Mob- [protected])

My complaints are:

1) Without my permission Call conference service has been activated on my number, for which I am paying a rental of Rs.49.00 from last 4 months. Even after requesting for deactivating this service (Taheer talked to me, in this regard), the charges are again there on my bill this month.
2) The charges of Rs.450 (in sep), Rs.120 (in Oct) and some more in months of August are imposed on my number on the account that, I have sent messages of these amounts to 58888 (which is indiatimes number to get cricket scores), but I haven’t sent any single message to this number.

Reason:, I have raised same compliant 4 to 5 times through Airtel customer(Hard copy of bill every month), but the airtel service fails to provide the needed.Even 2 leads have assured that they will do-finally i came with empty hands.

Iam using airtel service for 3 years, I am happy of getting the services from the airtel(poor services).

I am using Airtel connection number [protected] from long time. On 10/8/2009 I had made the cash payment of Rs. 4000/- to Airtel executive wide receipt number 201906. My outgoing call facility is deactivated on 20/08/2009 due to non payment of bill. After repeted request the Airtel is not ready to activate the same.

This is regarding the above telephone number which is in my Wife's Name "Manisha Abraham". Last mont we received a huge bill for 6000 and 5000 was on the Broadband.



Your technicain has said that due to something which went wrong at your backend the network was opened and marked as guest.



Hence my network was open for all ; I have brought this to all your folks in the customer care and no one is ready to listen to anything.



I dont have any other option but to disconnect the services and must say that i wont pay a penny tilll the time i see your investigation details and proper apologies from your colleagues.

Airtel Mobile — Network problem at my residence since one year , nothing done about it even after complaing every month

My number is [protected] and I have been using this number for the past 4 years or even more


since more then a year I have been facing network Problems at my place the address of which is given below

Every time I try making calls , it says connection error , or then in 5 or 7 seconds the call drops , if you check my bills it will show you the details
People try calling my number at it says not reachable or engage tone , I ve been regularly calling up the customer care but in vain , every time the answer I get is your problem will be solved in 4 days etc ...
