[Resolved]  Airtel / Postpaid Mobile Bill — unauthorised charges (Mob- [protected])

My complaints are:

1) Without my permission Call conference service has been activated on my number, for which I am paying a rental of Rs.49.00 from last 4 months. Even after requesting for deactivating this service (Taheer talked to me, in this regard), the charges are again there on my bill this month.
2) The charges of Rs.450 (in sep), Rs.120 (in Oct) and some more in months of August are imposed on my number on the account that, I have sent messages of these amounts to 58888 (which is indiatimes number to get cricket scores), but I haven’t sent any single message to this number.

Airtel - postpaid bill — Access charges in the monthly bill

wrongly add the monthly charges in the bill called Airtel-150,where the monthly rental was free for 3 years.

I beg to state that the c/o address is correct but the first name ie;Mr. Ravindra Tripathi is not mine .
Now the problem is that i have lost my mobile phone and would like to have a new sim card, but the retail outlet here insist that i submit a I-Card of Mr. Ravindra Tripathi ---which i can't.
I am really finding it very difficult as my mobile no has been given to hundreds of people and i can't afford to lose that no.
Kindly look into this matter immediately and give me relief.

Mere father Tarsem lal Saini ke pass airtel ka postpaid no.[protected] tha. 2 months se humne us number ko use karna band kar diya. before 25 days aapki taraf se recovery agent aaya and usne fine laga kar hume total ammount 1300 pay karne ke liye kaha. maine use waqt rs. 1300 us ko pay kiya and no. band karne ke liye apne father ke naam se ek allication likh kar di and usne bola ke aapka no. permanantly band ho jayega (witheen 1 week). But kal (16/01/2010) mujhe 212.91 ka ek aur bill mila hai. Even no. barred karvane ki application maine pehle se hi de rakhi hai. Maine 121 par bhi 2-3 bar call ki but no result. Pls help me.

on 14th of jan i got airtel 3G dial up connection ([protected]) nd ur company demand 234kbps surffing speeed bt i get only max 60kbps avrg 30kbps surffing speed nd for ur this poor service i cant talk in skype nd it's very urgent for me.so as per as possible plz give a solution...

yesterday somewhat abt Rs 325 were deducted from my cell, when i called customer care they told me that the balance is deducted due to tech. prob. and the bal will be refunded to u in next 24hrs. next day i got refunded with abt Rs.275 and on asking again customer care abt the remaining bal deduction, they told me that u have activated some talkies servies against that charges for monthly subscribsition has been deducted... but i have never activated such service. u r sucker u sucked my balance for no reason... i curse ur company may soon vanish from the market u mother [censored] rascals fools... get lost...
