[Resolved]  Airtel / Postpaid Mobile Bill — unauthorised charges (Mob- [protected])

My complaints are:

1) Without my permission Call conference service has been activated on my number, for which I am paying a rental of Rs.49.00 from last 4 months. Even after requesting for deactivating this service (Taheer talked to me, in this regard), the charges are again there on my bill this month.
2) The charges of Rs.450 (in sep), Rs.120 (in Oct) and some more in months of August are imposed on my number on the account that, I have sent messages of these amounts to 58888 (which is indiatimes number to get cricket scores), but I haven’t sent any single message to this number.

We are hospital setup and using corporate post paid connection. We had advance rental plan. in this we get discount of monthly rent. We had request in time. The expiry date of plan was on Aug 09. We had sent request to renew same plan on July 09. In the gape of three months they not bother to upgrade the plan. We had mailed to airtel 121 and nodal officer desk and submitted a written copy in Brand shop at sahar mall but still yet it was note done. Whenever meet the brand shop their reply is your request is in processing. In this view they sending the bills in raised amount of Rs.298 as monthly rent. When i asked about rent Costomer care exec at sahara mall told to pay the rest amount after deduction of monthly rent. In August 09 we had paid rest amount after deduction of monthly rent. Then in the bill of September 09 agiain send the raised amount with monthly rent + due payment of August (monthly rent which was deducted as per direction of Costomer care exec). Again contacted with CC at Sahara mall told us to pay rest amount after deduction of consecutive two month rent. This is starting of fourth month we had enquire at 121 CC for the status. The problem was still same. The adjustment was not done niether the plan was renewed.
airtel is very cheat company i hav activate unlimied internet on my mobile but after activate when i am using net on mobile my balace is come down down n down i cant beleave airtel after all they are not picking my cal

i have two connections in postpaid, now i want to change into prepaid with same mobile numbers

I have requested for Prepaid to post Paid, mine is a 3 years old pre paid connection with airtel and I decided to get it post paid, but it was a very bad experience, I submitted my docs before the 25 days back and all verification done but till date new connection not working & they also stop my old pre paid connection. now no one connection is working.

I recently received a SMS message from Airtel. The message states the following

Without my knowledge and wish they activated an unwanted service and stated to swindle money from my account. When I tried to stop the service, it was denied (displayed a message like service busy try latter)

If they Airtel is mischievously swindling like this from all the mobile customers, then how much money they are swindling each day without the knowledge of a poor customer.

I want back all my money which was swindled by Airtel.

I am sending this to you because, Airtel is not providing any email ids of their CEOs or any office bearers of Airtel.

So kindly forward this complaint to concerned authorities and safeguard the poor Indian’s packets.

I have purchased a sim card from Airtel retailer at Jewel Chowk, Jammu before 21 days ago but till date my number is not getting activated verification is also done by airtel personal but all in vain

Now I will take the Jammu Airtel to consumer court be ready for that
i m always using using mobile office on airtel. mobile office charge is 20 rs.day but last time they are cut my 20 rupees twice a day they are cut my 40 Rs. and today costumer care is not working also. this is not far...

I just want to get my weekly bill structure/details to my mobile no and to my mail id.I also want you people to change my bill date and make it from every month 1st, so that i can keep a record.

I hope this will be done soon.
Even after repeated reminders I have still not received any revert for my query.
Such negligence on your part pains me alot. If this is the way a reputed concern behaves with the customers then I feel the same would be the case with a majority of the clients. Gone are the days when the focus of any business was sales. In this cut throat competitive market where lot of Telecom Companies are fighting over a large piece of market share, the service provided by you is poor. So my experience with Bharti Airtel is now turning from bad to worse.

Firstly I have applied for change in Bill Plan on 5 Nov. 2009. After called many times I received different answer in every times from your sides. Finally the Customer Care Executive (Mr. Sunil ) replied very rudely and unrespectable revert to me. This speaks volumes about your untrained staff and lack of administration in the company where staff is not equipped to handle customer grievances.

I am enjoying the Bharti Airtel from last 2 years on same number. Moreover my repayment track is excellent. And all that finally I got rudely behavior from your executive (Sunil). If that kind of services is provided by you to existing customer then I am sorry to say I am not continue with Airtel Bharti.

I am also working in service sector and I understand and acknowledge customer satisfaction and customer delight. So I request to handle my complaint regarding my bill plan and unauthorized charges in my bill for the month of Nov. 2009.
