MY SELF VISHNU GUPTA & MOB. NO. [protected]. I REQUESTED TO CHANGE MY NO. FORM POSTPAID TO PREPAID BEFORE ONE & HALF MONTH & UPTO NOW MY REQUEST IS NOT FULLFILLED & DURING MY LAST CONVERSATION WITH CUSTOMER CARE PERSON STATEMENT GIVEN TO ME THAT IT WILL BE DONE BY 11TH FEB, 2011. & REF NO. IS 35691397 & 8184149. NOW I AM WAITING FOR THE FOVOURABLE RESPONSE.
I have applied for postpaid to prepaid conversion for my mobile number on 31st July, 2013. Till it's pending. I visited two times to saltlake citycenter airtel store in kolkata. But no action was taken. Then I complained so many times to airtel customer care by email. But still it's pending. I haven't expected this type of harassment from airtel. Because I am using another airtel no for a long time and also I am using airtel DTH. But now I have decided that I'll go for MNP to vodafone. I think vodafone service is much better than airtel. This mobile number was with vodafone previously and I never faced any problem that time. My email id is: monoj.[protected]@gmail.com

Hi,

Please don't give the answers without reading them
For one of the concern, you are saying it as address verification is
compulsory, we will do it.

But the most important thing is the following one. Can you please look into
this issue

The important point that you should understand is
1. Whatever I paid 1500 rs and the bill amount 173.04 what you are talking
about is purely and solely due to the mistake from airtel side. I didn't do any
wrong.
It's only airtel didn't do the requested action and moreover asking me to pay
the bills (eventhough I am not using it)
2. Will you try to understand the problem? and who caused it? or keep saying
pay this pay that?
3. If it's the issue with Airtel, how Airtel will ask me to pay bills?
4. When I called the customer-care person's Manager, hope it's you, you said to
send a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com for refund of my money via cheque. But now you
are not at all talking about these?

Regards
Harathi
