[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Activated my invalid sim | |||
Hi, Sir/Madam, SIM card showing Invalid SIM Hello, My name is M.Mahesh and my mobile number is [protected]. I was using this connection for the past 3 year and had no problems with it. Suddenly in August 2012, I got a message on my mobile showing INVALID SIM. I contacted the nearest Airtel office and came to know that the SIM has been released in the market due to not USAGE. For your information, I was using this connection day in and day out. I have made calls everyday, there's no way there can be zero usage for this number. plz sir activate my sim. this sim is very important for me, this no i was mention in my cv . and my account balance is 40/- Available. I am really harassed by the deactivation of my SIM card. I request you to activate my SIM card as early as possible. Airtel mobile Sim — Made my SIM card to invalid SIM
Hi Sir,This is Nagur, my mobile number is [protected]. I have been using airtel mobile services for almost 5 years. I recently moved to Australia on company's work visa on temporary basis. So I converted my post paid connection to prepaid and brought the SIM to Australia. Recharging the mobile on regular basis. I'm using this SIM to receive SMS from India, since my bank accounts and everything is linked with this number. But unfortunately for the last 10 days, it has been deactivated and made it as invalid SIM. I'm not sure what is the reason, this mobile number has almost Rs.300 balance in it. I sent number of mails to customer service team and made calls as well. But there is no action taken.
Please suggest what needs to be done further or do the needful from your side. I desperately need this SIM card to be active.

Myself Jaydeep vidhate with using the mobile number [protected] (Maharashtra/Goa).I was used this SIM since 2004 from Idea network and later on in 2013 I did sim portability in AIRTEL network. Suddenly after 8-9 months number became invalid.
Today's date mobile number is reflected on my name but in invalid satge. I want this number urgently as it is using from pong time and it is connected with so many people ( Bank account, clients, job portal or many more ) so I am ready to pay charges for reactivation in any mode (prepaid/postpaid).
