Sir, I'm prepaid customer of airtel, I wanted my call recording of 23 and 24 November 2020.it's very urgent ill be glad i[censored] can help.

Airtel — rude cce and no help

I got a code to activate hello tune service on my number, i got that code from official site of airtel, when i sendt the messege as directed on the site my balance got deducted but nothing got activated and changed, when i complined on to the customer care (?) i got the complaint number and when i called that again the so called customer care behaved like a hawker,

CCE (?) of airtel dont know how to speak and there they are sitting for dropping our calls,

Airtel in delhi is one of the most horrible service provider,

Airtel — customer care executives are really rude and not at all professional

I am one of the customer of Airtel, would like to list some horrible experience which I had gone through recently. Inconvenience caused stated as under:
Terrible experienced with customer care executives (Postpaid Dept).
a) I registered a complaint about my bill on 23rd Nov as I am paying really high rates as comparison to the other telecom providers and really unhappy with the plan thus the CCE informed me that I’ll get a call from concerned dept. Thus On 29th Nov, I received a call from shivpratap and he queried if would like to disconnect the number. I explained the problem to him, so he informed me about Rs. 249 monthly rental plan. But he didn’t have adequate information that how much I would save if I’ll get the new plan. Thus I told him to give me 2, 3 days and I’ll check the amount myself.
b) On 1st Dec, my phone services got disconnected without my knowledge. When I raised the complaint about the same and had a word with Rishab (Manager) in CC Dept he assured me that my phone will be reactivated on the next day morning (i.e. 2nd Dec at 7 a.m) and will arrange a call from CC dept for the plan. But I didn’t get any call from the CC Dept and also my phone wasn’t reactivated.
c) Therefore on 2nd Dec late evening, I spoke with Shabhuddin, Yuvraj (in CC dept). They were really rude, ill- mannered. When I asked them to transfer the call to manager or the team leader they refused to do so. And instead of providing any help or information about my account they started hanged up the phone immediately when they heard my voice. I was already upset as my phone was not working but the way my call was handled made me angrier.

Now I would like to take your attention towards few things –
1. Why my number got disconnected without informing me?? I told Shivpratap to give me 2, 3 days time to calculate the amount and not to close the complaint without my concern, so how dare anyone closed the complaint also disconnected my number without informing me?? If it was really important to close the complaint then you could leave the account as it was. What I believe that you have so many customers that you don’t care even if you loose few customers.
2. The Executives in Customer Care dept are impolite they don’t have understanding, listening and problem solving skills. They aren’t interested to help the customer they don’t care with customer’s problem but they take it as an entertainment for them. I assume they just come to office to earn money without any hard work; however they are good for nothing.
3. Instead of empathizing and understanding the problem, your Cust Care executives were hanging up the phone. IS THIS KIND OF SERVICE WILL YOU PROVIDE TO YOUR VALUABLE CUSTOMERS???
4. Well I had a conversation with the Manager Mr. Rohit Sharma, , he understood the scenario and was polite and apologized for the mistake of his executives . He assured me that number will be reactivated today itself. And I really appreciate that.
5. Although being with Airtel, I was paying high call charges comparison to the other provider but still I continued the services with Airtel because of good service. But now this awful incident forced me to consider other providers too.
6. This is like a black spot to your organization, offering just inconvenience to the customers. Do you really want to retain the customers???
Well at the end I would just like to say that I am not really happy with the kind of services provided by your executives. How can you take a chance with the reputation of your organization and specially when you know that there are so many competitors in the market?? I think you should first enlighten them that what exactly the customer service is…!!! Your Prompt consideration regarding the complaint would be appreciated.

But yes I received a call from airtel person at 7a.m. and that to on my landline number and he told me that I cannot activate the number right now as we need to follow the procedures.

Now I would like to take your attention towards few things –

When you need payment from the customer then there is no procedure for that not only this you can break all the rules and procedures for the same however to solve the customer problem you are bound with procedures. I am fail to understand one thing that procedures have been made for customer satisfaction or to harass the customers???
4. Also I believe that there is a time limit to call the customer which is 9 a.m to 7 p.m which every company follows then how can anyone call the customer at 7 a.m and moreover on the landline number??
5. There is not even a single person in your company who is taking responsibility of the complaint or taking initiative to solve the complaint. No matter what, they’ll find a way to escape from it, and just hang up the phone..
6. Although being with Airtel, I was paying high call charges comparison to the other provider but still I continued the services with Airtel because of good service. But now this awful incident forced me to consider other providers.

Therefore i request you to look in the matter and take it seriously.Otherwise results might be un-expected to you .

Airtel GSM — Airtel Unauthorised Deductions and Poor customer service

Offlate it is noticed that Airtel being one of the largest supplier of GSM service has become very care less about customer services.

I have close to 5 connections of GSM service and i find one or the other issues with Post Paid services

1) Unauthorised deductions in the name of various schemes in post paid service. If we call and ask customer care excecuitve says sorry and we will refund you back. What is happening how much money is Airtel robbing like this??? this is nothing both robbing people. There are many people who will not even know what is happening. Assume if there are 1 million customers who really dont know what is happening airtel is robbing around 1 crore ruppes from inoccent people.

For a company like airtel this is pathetic and i feel very sad to expresse that i am one of the customer of airtel.
2) Poor and pathetics customer service from airtel. Having so many people they could not solve my one problem of SMS . Really surpraised to see that how this company operates with such are poor problem solving techiniques.

IT IS HIGH TIME THAT AIRTEL SHOULD BE AVOIDED FOR USAGE.

We are using Airtel sevices from past 4 to 5 years and we use to trust them. But now the company has changed they have become like vultures they are in look out for an oppotunity to levy some unathorised chages as and when like.
I have called the airtel cutomer service to activate do not disturb like 5 months ago for my moms mobile and they said that it will be activated in 45 days a rediculous time gap they have given but still i said ok but they keep on sending my mom the same unwanted sms and keep on activating some services which my mom doesnt even know about and started charging rupee at first everyday now it went upto rs5 everyday today i spoke to the customer service representative he said that it was me who activated the service and after a conversation he decided to deactivate the service and to my surprise he said that there is another service which is presently activated on the and asked wether i would like to deactivate it as well (and this service is about some chat with a cricketer it seems) this is the level they are going down to now. Airtel is really becoming a thief in a corporate veil.

My mobile (Nokia N-70) is lost/stolen. In that mobile I had an application(guardian) installed which sends sms to the predefined number whenever a new sim card is placed in that mobile. With the help of that I got the following sms which contains the information of the new sim card no.

I want the address and name of the person whose number is that. For that i went to the airtel office in swargate pune along with a letter from the police department to give me the details but the guard told me to come with the police person or send the police only. then when i wend there with a constable he said that he wants a round seal and some thing some thing like this. please help me out in finding my mobile..

Another alternative is call the person saying that you are calling from NOKIA and his mobile no is one of the 20 nos that have been selected for prize based on selection of IMEI numbers.

And you would be needing the name, and detailed address along with landmark so that the prize can be couriered to him.

There might be the menu which is tedious but I think you can get thru (use airtel network to make the call so its free)

But, please keep the details of the mobile purchase with you (The original bill and xerox copies just in case, this will have the IMEI number mentioned in it and thus it can be proved that you are the purchaser of the mobile phone) and also police complaint for theft of mobile phone.

my Airtel friends two card no is[protected].my card validity was over, to extend validity about 1 yr, so request to u to send m that SMS so as i can extend my validty.

i havent started any cricket pact service.but they cut balance every day for it.when i called at customer care, guy said that he could not do anything for it so i requested to him to transfer the call to the manager and manager told that the service has been deactivated.but the service has not been stoped.After 2 days i again called and customer guy transfer my call to the manager.but the manager told me that he will give the refund for only 2 days but after 2 mins he said that i will not give refund.whatever he likes he told me so i told him plase transfer my call to chief officer.so he gave me the number([protected]) of Mr KEYUR KARYA.When i called him i hear airtel music and after 5 mins casset said that he is busy so call after some time.and Rs3 charge for it.who stop them?who will give the refund?i have no trust on airtel.really i am waiting for portability service.so i can change my services from airtel to other company without changing my number.

Reliance Mobile — Gross ignorance

On 23rd July 08 I had bought a LG mobile hand set model no. RD6600 for Rs. 6500/- from Reliance world at Dhole patil road, Pune. At the time of purchase, one of the executive Ms. Tulsi [protected] approached me and said there is a scheme of wrist watch going on for an additional payment of Rs. 1000/- which I did. And now I am running from pillar to post to get the damn wrist watch for which I have already paid.
The executive Ms. Tulsi has some weird sort of excuses with her for not delivering the watch to me. I wonder, if such a disgusting attitude the executives of Reliance can have what is the future of this coveted company? Frankly speaking, though I am writing this complaint, yet I am sure nothing will happen, but this is just to relieve my frustration. After all we are Indians, and we have to live by these type of conceit and foolish people around.
