sir or madam.
i am having Airtel prepaid card government plan(Airtel to Airtel 10 paisa,other mobile 30 paisa,STD call 60 paisa,2rs per day cutting ). Due to Happy recharge of 1 Month validity done by mistake the call rates are increased (Airtel to Airtel 1RS,other mobile 2.25Rs).i have called to customer care about that ,they told your previous scheme will activated after ending of this validity. When validity comes to end they told me to recharge 499 Rs card (6 months validity & 200 RS talktime). After recharging mobile i asked them about Complaint.then they give me time of 48Hours, then say we cant repair it. Airtel service center New panvel also do same thing.sir i am troubling with such call rate.
Then i go to the person from which i have taken He told me i could solve your problem but to your recharge of 499 RS your plan will be Activated after 6 months.
Sir please solve my problem as early as possible.My phone number is [protected].

i had recharged my account with 26 rs to get 450 free sms, and the recharge was sucessful for which i paid the amount, but it came to my notice that the my sms were never free, i called the helpline of airtel but they said you cannot logde the complaint as the mistake is done from ur side, as the no. i got was free wid the cellphone, but i belive that the process followed by airtel was totally wrong , if the sms benefit was not made for me than why the rechrge was done and where those money had gone???.they said ur money cannot be refunded too.

airtel prepaid -Rs 499 — incoming calls are blocked.

ref my mobile nO [protected] procured from Alwal sec'bad ( AP) 0n 05 dec 2007. CALLS FROM BSNL , AIRTEL EX KOLKATA ( WB ) ARE NOT received by ny mobile. defect not yet rectified.

Prepaid Card — scheme not stopped one year old

dear sir,
my mobile no [protected] at the time of life time chargeed i asked for scheme now it is more than a year still scheme not stoped daily Rs. 1.50 is deducted for the last 14 moths i have completed severl times and also talk to custumer care officer
still the scheme is not stoped .ONCE AGAIN I request u to stop the deduction daily from my a/c and stop the scheme

there ape many problems going on airtel...rite i.e. on 18th since morning no call r goin...
no msg...
it has bcome disgustin plzz solve the problem
I'm using AirTel since the last 4 years and I don't have a single problem.

Airtel Prepaid — Didnt get validity as told

I recharged my phone with 501rs easy recharge from an airtel dealer nearby on 29 May 2008, I had received a message from airtel telling I'll get 445rs talktime in that & 5 months validity.

Since I didnt get the validity & after sending 2-3 sms at 121 but no repsond, I complained on 29th May night, the customer care registered a complaint & told it will be done within 48hrs. After no change I again spoke with customer care on 1st June-again same story, told will be done by 4th June, Finally again on 4th june, another customer care informed me that it will be done by 5th June.

Is this a joke?My phone is not working from last 5 days..Dont we have any other work..we keep getting important calls & should have some mode of communication..Very bad service from Airtel..pathetic..

Please help me out what to be done next or some way!!
I paid money to get my Pre-paid airtel number for a validity of one year in March 2008. However I did not use the mobile for 8 months and now I find the service de-activated. Airtel store advised me that the one year validity is not really one year as it is supposed to be but it must be used more oftern?????????. What a joke and way to make fool of people. Some one must take Airtel to Conusmer Court to rectify this and stop them amking fool of people with their misleading policies.
Hi i am Using Airtel prepaid card Government plan from last 2 Years.
on this month i am calling to Airtel customer care for details for government

card TOPUP. one Guy say me the 250 rs topup is closed and now available package

is 395 rs. then i topup from my dealer rs 395 but the problem is occur that i

get only 249 rs from 399 rs topup, its no validity, no any other facility for

that topup. then i call to airtel customer care, the other guy say me your

topup is wrong. & tell me it mistake from call centre. and say you get all

ammount with in 24 working hrs.
but still i m not receive any voucher ammount from Airtel.(5-7 days)

AirTel — Prepaid Tariff plans-mumbai

Hi, I have recharged prepaid tariff with Rs.102 (for 500 STD SMS pack). It got terminated next day. Customer Care says its because AIRTEL has given me another tariff for 1 week dat reduces A2A call charges.

I never opted for A2A tariff, they have given it without my permission.i dont want it.
I want my 102 SMS pack back.

AirTel — lost of airtel prepaid card

I have lost my cell phone with airtel prepaid card, which was i using from last 2 and half year.
When i bought that card i submitted my all document to airtel gallery in chembur,
when contact to service center they told me that card was not registred on my name,
now they are refusing to give me the same number. Even they didnt told me the person who have registered on my no. and what they did with my submitted documents.

Please help me, to get back my number

Daily Rs.3 are cut from my Airtel Prepaid account Balance as VAS download charges. I have not downloaded anything & I wish to discontinue any VAS(Value Added Service) which has been activated on my Airtel Prepaid account due to which Rs.3 are debited daily.

ON 28 APR 09 AT 3:13 PM I RECEIVED A GOODNEWS (MESSAGE) FROM YOU.
THE MESSAGE WAS AS FOLLOWS:-

"Paaiye 31RC per poore 60 din ki validity aur call kare kisi bhi STD number per sirf Re 1/min. 60 din daad 1 rupaye prati din ke dar se discount ka laabh uthaaiye."

AND I ACCEPTED YOUR 'GOOD NEWS.'
BUT NOW I NOTICED THAT, ALL MY LOCAL CALLS ARE CHARGED Re 1/- INSTED OF 0.25 AND 0.50.

THE MATTER WAS DISCUSSED WITH YOUR CUSOMER CARE EXECUTIVE(MR. VIKAS ON 11 05 09), HE REPLIED THAT, BECAUSE OF THE "31 RC" YOU LOST ALL YOUR OLD PLANS.

SIR, HOW THIS CAN BE POSSIBLEWITHOUT INFORMING THE CUSTOMER?? AND NO WHERE IT IS MENTIONED IN THE "GOODNEWS" ABOUT LOSING THE OLD PLAN

FURTHER, IT IS REQUESTED THAT I MAY BE INTIMATED ABOUT RE-ACTIVATING OLD PLAN .

Airtel prepaid mobile — Regarding prepaid recharge cards

Sir,
Last six months ago I purchased 10 airtel prepaid recharge cards worth Rs. 12/= each for SMS. But nither they are accepting by airtel server, nor airtel getting back them for refunding money. Although 8 of them are without screched. But after making so many complands on 121 there no proper responce regarding this.

Govt Service — loss of cell phone (Airtel )

Today around 1830hrs I lost my cell phone-E71-Nokia- cell no -[protected]-with an IMEI no [protected] .
I have already spoken to customer care airtel.

Please immediately block the cell phones incoming & outgoing to prevent misuse.

I have contacted the police but they advised me to register an FIR after 1-2 days after they complete their local search.
Please trace the thief by locating the IMEI as attached in the photo/given above
