[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — Airtel Friendz chat automatically subscribed
Today i got a message 5432161 saying that i had been subscribed for Friendz chat and will be charged Rs.10/-
But i had not actually subscribed to it.
I Had immediately called to the costumer care and a girl who answered the call named Aruna Kauluru (got it from feedback sms) said dat i had activated the same through airtel live ..
And the fact is that the last time i had successfully connected to airtel live is on 22/11 and that too used for browsing google maps and i had not even entered the airtel live portal.
However i had tried to connect to it yesterday i.e on 3/12 the connection dint established so no chance of activating the same.(0kb received byts of data and sent is 4kb)
Ur customer care executive was not in a position to her me coolly and is talking very exited, i wonder what made her so, I think the job of costumer care executive is to here the costumer first..Am i wrong ???
She said in a way that i had purposefully activated the service and trying to get the balance back so they are not going to refund the balance and is in no position to understand my version.what she had done is deactivating the service only after deducting the balance.
See the balance is mere Rs.10/- dats not a real problem if you cant give it back, but the fact is, being the costumer since abt past 9 years is this the way of interacting with me ?
Right now if you require iam ready to bring my mobile to ur relation ship center.
you can analyze the log files from my mobile yourself and confirm that i had not used airtel live in recent times.
Also i saw many complaints online on the same issue (airtel friendz)

May be its not a manual fault of yours but the system or software may commit it due to an error na..
why dont you check the same instead of blaming us?
Now my balance went into negative. not in a position to call costumer care or even reply to the feed back sms.
In the past 9 years i think this is the only first problem for me wid Airtel which i had considered Seriously and the costumer care response is really bad.
I request you to remit my balance and please take care not to repeat these kind of issues in future.
