Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am tariq Jamal I am using you air tel No [protected] .I am facing problem to send any massage to any mobile no...and this disgrace for your company after many complans my problem is still remain.... my fist complain was in first weak of july-09

I am using Airtel prepaid card. On June 2008. I received SMS from Airtel Number 543211.I just opened SMS immediately 30 Rs deducted from my account .

In last two months i am facing same problem. I am not activate the any Airtel servies .who will be active the servies. Totally 90 Rs detucted from my account. Please look into this matter on urgent basis and resolve the issue as soon as posible

I purchased a prepaid connection of AIRTEL no. [protected] of chennai but since the time of purchasing the connection I am receving a message from 64611001"you have been renewed for (daily) jokes pack text based services subscriptionon AIRTEL STK you have been charged Re. 7/week-" But I never put a request for activation such alerts. and I am loosing Re. 7/- in a week. one month, , IF A LEADING COMPANY SATISFY THEIR CUSTOMER IN SUCH MANNER THEN HOW CAN WE FEEL.i m trying 2 cancel this pack.better i can cancel the airtel connection.plse cancel the AIRTEL STK PACK.ok

sir on my sim cricket updates facility is activated automatically.every week 5 rs. deducted 2 or 3 times for renewal of the services that i cant start.pls deactivate the cricket updates service as soon as possible.

I am receiving joke via SMS from AirtelLive(AL) every day and for this they are deducting Rs. 1? for each joke from my prepaid account. The service provider company without prior permission activates the services like caller tunes etc & balance is reduced by company two times in last 6months ,30/-Rs each time were reduced.

Dear sir, Airtel stoped my servies even life time membership for post paid connection [protected] due to their reson that My handset IMEI number is not valid due as it is China set. What EMEI number will be valid, Airtel need to explain me.

Sir, I India, no single compony is selling such facilities mobiles in India for a low cost, their cost for same fafilities more than three times that out dated china set.

we always support India Government decisions at any cost as we are Indian, but things need be avialable in India comparetively cheaper that other brands.

Sir, Question arieses, When such china set were selling in India, than related aothority could not taken any action against those seller. In my views, sinle rupee has an important value for poor Indias but due to this laps a lot of indian currency has lost for noting (in china set).

My service provider agent is giving me another IMEI number with an identification certificate, will it work?
