[Resolved] Airtel Prepaid — recharging through internet | |
Hi all, When i was trying to recharge my prepaid account through internet, am getting a mesage after entered all the details (mobile number, amount to be recharged and location) recharge can not be processed at this time. i have been trying this since september middle. but i couldn't finish the process. may i know the exact reason for it is not working? am not here to receive this kind of response from the service provider. its frustrating me. if they can't consider these kind of issues, why they are providing online recharging facility to their customers?. am very much annoyed by having airtel prepaid. please make sure this does not happen again. when i use this mobile no this is not working in net. or any other like purchasing..so pls inform to me whether this is a number.

i am Sunil Kumar using ur airtel company's prepaid connection with number [protected] in Haryana.I recharged of 95 Rs. with my icici account. my Bank balance is deducted from account.but i have not balance in my mobile. and come to following message by airtel customercare-
