This is a complaint regarding my broadband service. I'm controlling really hard not to use capital letters and abusive words. I'm this close to breaking my laptop due to the amount of frustration your service has caused me.
I've been an Airtel user for past 5 years and 4mbps user for more than 2 years now. For last few months, an annoying SmartBytes upgrade pop-up has been showing up randomly when I'm browsing.
This hinders when I'm sending an email, making a payment, normal browsing, and even when I'm playing games. It ruins the overall browsing experience.
I pay to use Internet, however, it feels like you don't want me to. Over the past few months, I have been advising close friends to not go with Airtel due to absolutely pathetic customer care. I've contacted all possible mediums, and even consumer court forum. I'm helpless, and looking at the way your company is progressing, I guess arrogance has taken the better of you. I'm lucky that I don't use your mobile services because I've been hearing nothing but complaints in that too. However, my current issue is with your annoying popup.
Are you lacking developers? Don't you have anybody with enough programming skill to remove this popup? Why are you so hell bent on advertising?
I'm afraid that this email won't even reach you. But still, I have to do what I have to do.
I hate Airtel now. I was your unofficial brand ambassador an year back, but now I am doing whatever I can to make sure you don't get broadband subscribers. You are on the top right now, but I curse you that you will fall down so hard that one day, you will realize how much pain and agony you are causing your customers.

AirTel — reduce Balance
Dear sir,My cell no.[protected], before this fax i have already i done email you 3-4 time but after 22.01.08 cant get any reply from you.
My complain is that....as u said me i check my scheme and my balance on 22.01.08 evening, and after 17.01.08 i do first time my mobile switch on after yours mail, than i do switch off my balance is192.12 after all value added services de-active after meet your Bharati House Care officer after on 17.01.08 noon, my visitor number was 126.
so how coller tune service is active on my mobile.. you can see my account detail that how much i do call received or make call on this number, for this complain i did call your care on 22.01.08 evening for Rs. 30/- refund and he said i will get refund with in 72 hours but still i can get and today 07.02.08 on I make call you care canter than she said I have not any complain your about coller tune thereafter I have already call on 22.01.08 in evening about 19.00 hr, and how your care said now I cant get refund because I cant complain with in week so please tell me who is responsible for write complain.
Before this matter three time my balance reduce without any service active by me and use
1st = 17/- , 2nd = 17/- & 3rd = 18/- but first & third balance i get refund second times balance still i cant get thereafter i did may times call at your care center.
You can see my account detail and my using that after 25.12.07 how much i make or received call and if my coller tune is still active please de-active this and make sure me that can u refund my reduced balance Rs. 17/- and Rs. 30/-. My current balance is Rs 186.12
